The online entertainment has a nice variety of interesting shows, including documentaries. My seat was comfortable with good leg room, but only because I got lucky when I asked for an exit row seat while checking in. The regular economy seats are extremely narrow and uncomfortable with almost no leg room (and I am only average in heigh). Taller people sitting in regular aisle seats are hanging their legs out into the aisle throughout the flight because they have to for any kind of reasonable comfort.

Somehow the airline should tell passengers that they are going to have to go through a(mother) strict security process before getting on the plane in Frankfurt to the U.S. We all stood in line for close to an hour in a very hot area of the airport to go through full-on security - water gets thrown out, shoes off, laptops out - the whole works, again. I had already gone through this kind of security in Vienna for the Vienna-Frankfurt leg of my trip. I had no idea this was going to be required and had planned to use my time in Frankfurt to relax and get something to eat. Instead it was spent standing in a surprise security line that moved extremely slowly. Not a fun way to spend the time before getting on an 11-hour flight. If they are going to require that security they should have many more lines available so that it moves at a reasonable pace.

The flight crew was great, and the aircraft was very nice and clean.

I showed up to the airport 2+ hours early, I tried to check in online, was given a error the said my reservation didn’t exist. When I arrived at the airport I went to the check in counter, when I told them I was checking for a flight to Seattle, i was told that I couldn’t check in because there was a issue with my flight. I was directed to a corner of the terminal. This corner had no chairs or seats for us, we sat there for 2+ hours all the way up to the time our flight was intended to depart. All the while we tried to get information or what was the issue, but we were just stonewalled. Finally past our boarding time were were told the flight was being canceled, and to standby for more information. Another half an hour went by before they told us they were getting us a hotel, and buses to the hotel. So then we waited another 15 minutes or so when they asked us if we had checked in because we needed a ticked to get a room at the hotel. Again we waited in line for 20+ minutes to check in. I had 2 bags to check, one I need at the hotel, the other I did not. They let me check the one bag I could, told me to check the other at the business class check in in the morning to avoid the line, sounds good, or so I thought. So condor gathers us all up, an entire 767 worth of people, and begins hearding us to the buses, they don’t tell us where we’re going, just to follow the one employee, to the 5 or so buses. A large group of us got split off at a set stairs, helping older folks and family with strollers get down the stairs. Now I spent 30 minutes wandering around Frankfurt am main looking for buses. Well they don’t park them out front, they park them out in the middle of nowhere. Finally get to get hotel, it’s a nice hotel. The next morning the lady at the business class desk was extremely rude.

Check in to orlando and boarding were great. the aircraft was top notch.

When checking in at counter in Orlando agent advised that my carryon, which was minimal weight, would need to be checked. I rarely check luggage and travel lightly because I don't want or need the hassle of lost luggage. I was only given a ticket to Manchester, my luggage had a tag to send it to Paris. Upon arriving in Manchester, their was confusion as to how to pass through security without a ticket to get to the next gate. After that was resolved, there was a question of whether this was a flybe flight (which is what it said on the ticket) or an Air France flight, which was what the ticket issued at the gate said was the airline. I inquired at the gate as to whether my luggage would transfer given the confusion. Was informed there would be no problem. Upon arrival in Paris- no luggage along with at least 8 other people. It tool over 30 hours to "recover" the luggage.

I enjoyed the personalities of the different flight attendants and how attentive they were about providing exceptional service. They were so friendly and kept the positive energy of the flight up.

I've flown both regional within the US and international before. I was extremely disappointed with the comfort level and ammenities provided on the Thomas Cook/Condor flight. For a 9 hour flight, I had the same amount, if not less, of leg room and chair space as I had on another airline flying for 2 hours regionally in the US. The seats were incredibly thin offering little support or comfort. I'm a motion sleeper and almost always fall asleep when flying and I could not sleep the entire 9 hour flight because of how uncomfortable I was. BOTH, the in flight movie service and the entire food/beverage menu was chargeable. Even on 45 minute flights in the states, you're offered a complimentary ginger ale or Diet Coke. On this flight, it was $3 for every beverage with the exception of tap water, tea or coffee. Access to watch the movies was $7 as well. Two meals were included, but it's essentially a flavorless small warm oval shaped cup of vegetable & chicken mush for dinner and a cup of yogurt for breakfast. However, you're welcome to pay the $11 for green Thai curry or penne pasta or a cheese and sausage omelette if mush doesn't curb your appetite. No snacks were included either, but peanuts were also chargeable for only $2 if you're interested. Of course, these prices are affordable, but when it's costing me over $1,000 for a round trip flight, I would greatly appreciate something besides tap water and warm mush. When trip prices are similar for most airlines, I will never fly Thomas Cook again (after the return flight of my trip to get me home from holiday).

I liked that the plane has all economy seats so even the "poor" people can sit in the front of the plane. I liked the courtesy and pleasantness of the crew. Good entertainment system at the seat but I would like more options for free. (Only 6 movies and TV shows are free. You need to pay 5 pounds to be able to watch all the rest)

I did not like the terrible airport in Manchester. It looks like a war-time Eastern European airport. No computerized check-in kiosks, you have to queue to check-in. Then you go down some stairs to get to the security level which is a huge mess in a small room that looks like a gym. At the gate, the gate crew called upon "those passengers seated in rows 1 through 8 to board" but somehow everyone was granted entry to the aircraft! I was in row 6 and got on one of the last. I said to the gate lady when I finally boarded "wow that is quite a lot of people seated in those 8 rows!" She just shrugged and looked overwhelmed. Also there is no kosher food option as I found out from a Jewish passenger seated next to me. They just offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and diabetic as special meal options. Finally, the entertainment system is nice but only offers a limited number of options for free. For 5 pounds you can access all the other films and TV shows. Also the airport in Manchester had a runway construction or something so we took off one hour late and I missed my shuttle in New York.

If they are going to require that security they should have many more lines available so that it moves at a reasonable pace.

Nothing

Carrier at origin Transcaribbean which kyak booked me on left when it decided to without any notification as to why it was delaying. They made us go through security and sit in the gate until almost an hour after it's original departure time. No announcements. The plane sat on the tarmac in front of us the entire time. Most likely they wanted to only make one flight instead of multiple flights to save themselves. Instead of arriving with 2hrs to make my connection to frankfurt I arrived with less than 30 mins even after I rushed to get to their check in point.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
