Superb. Staff great. Great flight. As with other airlines, seating too tight and restrictive.

There is not one likable thing about this airline. It’s starts with the deceptive pricing and continues through the whole flight. The worst staff I’ve ever experienced way over priced bags absolutely no food or drink (unacceptable and you should be embarrassed) the seats are cramped and uncomfortable there is no entertainment there is nothing about this trash airline that constitutes any amount of money. It’s worse than spirit and way more expensive it is disgraceful. Do not travel with Allegiant I repeat do not bother no matter what they say the price is it is never ever going to be the right choice I’m mind blown at how awful the entire experience was I’m embarrassed that I chose so poorly I cannot reiterate enough how beyond horrible this company and its staff are, not one person on this flight or at the airport is qualified to sweep up trash on a city sidewalk they should certainly never be given any job that requires a brain or manners or communication with human beings, what a disgrace to the human race. Your criminal chiselers and should be put out to pasture

Great flight. Friendly staff. Free snacks and drinks would be nice. I would love fewer taxes and fees added on.

My 90 year old father flew with me. He needed wheel chair assistance and is nearly deaf. The staff was amazing with him.

It was fine. Nobody was outstandingly friendly but no one was rude and everything was smooth . The captain thanked us for flying but no one greeted me as I walked on the plane or as I exited which is the least they could do lol

Clean, friendly, roomy. But check-in from the phone link was terrible. Repeated attempts wouldn’t save at the final step. Just kept spinning! It was very frustrating. Finally, I used the app (vs website link) to check-in which worked very smoothly on the first attempt.

Check in on the web portal was cumbersome! After several attempts I finally got the boarding pass.

Excellent flight and even arrived 23 min early. No entertainment , or wi fi on board, but I downloaded a couple of movies beforehand which kept me entertained. Really like flying Allegiant airlines.

WE were delayed about an hour and never any communications from the employees working the gate. We also were moved to a total of three gates.

I love how they show love to their customers and care about them too.

The flight was delayed by two hours, then by three hours. Then, at 10:01, a notification that the flight was back on schedule for the original time. I just happened to be getting on a train to go to the airport at 10 just to be extra early for the delayed departure when I saw the update come through. I got to the train terminal at the airport at 11:07. A shuttle immediately arrived and offloaded, but didn't show anyone on before speeding off. It was 30 minutes before another arrived. I finally got to the terminal and through security and to the gate just in time for them to tell me the door had just been locked. Flight closed. I had to wait until the next day to fly out. No or for a hotel, a meal, nothing.

I had a great experience from booking to boarding to landing. This was the best experience from all the flights I’ve had with Spirit so far! The price and times were affordable and perfect. I will fly with them again soon!

It’s was a cheap flight and they got us there safely. It’s just their whole business model that make the experience “meh.” They make you paranoid about whether your personal item is too big. They make you paranoid about being crammed into a middle seat at the back of the plane. They purposely cram people together leaving multiple rows completely empty and even after the door closes the FA’s announce that everyone has to sit in their assigned seat. We knew what we were buying and in that regard we got a cheap and safe flight but it felt like they do their best to take any enjoyment out of the experience. That’s all on management, not the crew.

They changed our boarding gates at the last minute! No one at gate told us! It was finally announced over loud speaker but the person spoke very broken English and couldn’t understand!! Just went to information board to confirm. Had a “ medical emergency “ they called it and we couldn’t use bathrooms ( I understand) The flight attendant allowed the teenager sitting in my row to move to be with friend? Would have loved the same from my husband at back of plane! Why did attendant ask me twice to push my bag under the seat and NEVER once said anything to man in aisle across from me?? His was laying in floor!! Rate food? What food? Just drinks were offered for a price. Should be against the law to charge $5 for water. No… not the best flight.

Spirit Airlines at Laguardia is a small terminal so it is quick to get to your gate and to get your luggage. The flight is short enough to orlando and the price was very inexpensive. The seats do not move so you can't recline. Drinks and snakcks should be complimentary.

The flight time did not match my original email on time of flight. Missed the first flight. The representative I got on the phone was so incompetent it was unbelievable. My guess is it was AI but it told me it was not AI. They did get me rebooked which I was very thankful of. The return flight was delayed because of staffing issues for the plane and when we reached our destination the jet bridge would not work so we sat on the plane another 40 minutes. I did get to my destination and I did get home but not a good experience.

They charged late fees for selecting seats (no $0 options). They also changed my gate within the last half hour and are refusing to reimburse my costs to drive across the country with two small children in a rental car.

The flight itself and the crew were great. Sitting on the tarmac for over an hour until our gate opened up was really frustrating. Missed our scheduled bus and got home two hours later

There absolutely needs to be WiFi on flights. Not sure why this new aircraft did not have the capability, but it made for a very frustrating flight. I honestly would have paid twice as much for another airline to have WiFi as an option, especially as a mom with kids who have disabilities.

Flight out was great but this flight was canceled and nothing was available for 2 days after this so I had to purchase an expensive ticket from another airline so I could go home. The flight cancellation was said to be a crew issue, it wasn’t weather or maintenance.
