Staff was very courteous and kept things organized. We will definitely use Air Canada for further travel
Great flights. 90 minute departure delay for maintenance issues, not a great start but, afer that very good. Didn't pay extra for seats and lucked into a window and an aisle seat. Price was excellent at the super low economy level.
Flight was in business class on an older Lufthansa 747. Business class seats definitely old style. Flight attendants were a little curt but attentive. Movie choices did not include anything that would be considered new releases.
Just a little improvement on food but everything is excellent

Poor planning meant the plane was delayed an hour, then a thunder storm started and the ground staff couldn't work. Eventual arrival in Santiago was 3 hours late resulting in missed connections and the need to buy new tickets.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
Well considering they didn't transfer our luggage once we arrived in Frankfurt to our Air Canada SUCKS!
The pork noodles were disgusting. The tuna sandwich had hardly any tuna and the bread was stale. A salad would have been better. An apple or a muffin.
Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.

Our seat numbers took a long time to be given to us. We were not seated together and I was put in the middle seat with both people on either side of me taking too much space!
Expect Business Class seating to be 2 passengers per 3 coach seats, with center blocked. This is typical for flights within Europe on most airlines. Service was excellent!

Food is delicious I’ve tried Thai green chicken curry and it was perfect!
Flight was 1.5 hours late to depart so changed flights to Swiss Air.
