THEN I had to buy my bus ticket and spend 1.5-2hrs on top of already waiting 1.5hrs for the flight that got canceled. HORRIBLE. Will never fly United again. Did i mention upon my arrival home I found out American was WIDE open seat wise to chicago?? And no one checked for me!"

Cons: "The remodeled interior puts the seats closer together from front to back and don't recline. That also limits the size of the tray table, which is tiny. Even as a tiny, short person, it was uncomfortable. For anyone of normal stature it would be torture. Paying for a "better" seat appears to provide very little if any added benefit, just keeps your party together. There is no entertainment, movies, music, or wifi so bring your battery pack charger. There is only expensive junk food to eat. My only option on my coast to coast flight was a red eye. So you arrived just wiped out. So if you do this to save money, in my overall assessment, it's just not worth it. I'll never do it again."

Pros: "Wouldn't change anything about this flight . It was on time. Flight attendants were very pleasant and attentive. Flight was smooth. Passengers were friendly."

Cons: "Our plane was delayed. Upon the arrival of the plane that we're boarding, I'm not sure if the crew had time to do a quick sweep. Then I noticed on my seat a soiled stain on the seat which looked like a bodily fluid. The flight attendant immediately cleaned it up with some wet napkins. But I'd suggest next time that they wear gloves and disinfectant sprays when there are stains on the seats because you don't know what it is."
Pros: "This flight was a good value and the crew was very nice."
Cons: "Feels like we are being nickel and dimed having to pay for a regular seat assignment. What happens if I don't pick one and don't pay the extra charge? I didn't want to chance it...."
Pros: "It was on time & fast."
Cons: "Seats don't recline, i'm short & even I didn't have any leg room whatsoever."
Pros: "The air fair. Even after the fees for seats, and bags, the flight was still 100 bucks cheaper than the cheapest competitor. I was in a empty row...except for me, of course, so I was able to spread out a little. The Airbus 319 was clean and appeared well maintained as everything worked. I didn't eat or drink anything so I gave 3 stars."
Cons: "Fees for everything, carry on, seats, coffee, food. The seats are rigid and nonreclining. This does avoid the spilled coffee or laptops being bumped. Although you couldn't actually put a laptop on that little tiny tray. We did have an unusually long period of turbulence that kept people bouncing and swinging for about 40 minutes. That was not the Captains fault since it was clear air turbulence and was unavoidable. It was the roughest ride I had felt in some time."
Pros: "Great price though."
Cons: "Comfort is horrific, food and drinks you have to pay for... Really bad."

Pros: "They cancelled the flight. I was on hold for 2 hours with frontier. Couldn't get a flight. Terrible!!!!"

Cons: "Just about everything I was not happy with. Carry on prices, I couldn't even get my laptop on the seat in front of me because it was too small. Your seats were like sitting in lawn chairs the whole flight, I was very uncomfortable about 40 mins into at 4 hour flight."

Cons: "Luggage was not on flight when we landed in Milwaukee. Because of this, I had to purchase a few items as did my son whom I traveled with. Several phone messages left with Frontier Airlines were not returned. Will hopefully be refunded $60.00 for 2 bags checked. Next day we did receive luggage at our doorsteps. Unfortunately ( because we do not live in the same city) he received my luggage and I his. This was not a delivery error but a Frontier bag tagging error! ~Debra"
Pros: "The ONLY thing I liked was the sense of humor of 1 of the flight attendants."
Cons: "I was sooooo excited to learn you were now flying into PBI, WHEN I MADE MY RESERVATIONS, I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER CHECKING WITH ANY OTHER AIRLINE............... No one told me the price of the ticket DID NOT INCLUDE my seat selection. Then to charge for a cup of coffee???? seriously, with oil at less than $28/barrel, you folks are making a killing. Go back to the good old days where the price of the ticket included everything! And to top it all off, I could not check in online for my return flight yesterday evening, and after being on hold for 30 minutes, your customer service representative was trying to get me to go in even earlier than 2 hours today to do my checkin at the airport........checking 2 pieces of luggage would've cost twice as much at the airport as opposed to online!!!! As a Denver native, I have always flown Frontier every chance I get, but this trip has caused me to re-evaluate my future travel needs."
Pros: "Nothing They wouldn't let me on flight for being sweaty running 1.2 miles from local bus station to make flight. Said I smelt of alcohol (wasn't drunk) had to work the night before and prob smelt cause I the restaurant biz and was a really busy behind the bar.... I ruined everything Was going to football game (300$),flight home (250$) And the stress"

Cons: "You have to pay $40-$60 each way for a carry on. Tiny stiff seats. Everything except for a cup of water was extra. The fold down tray was too small to hold food any way. I will never fly this airline again. I even heard people on the flight say they were booking a different airline on the return home.we were also two hours late to take off and 50 minutes late to take off on the return home. The online flight status for each said "on time""
Pros: "Aircraft seemed newer.n comfortable seats but they don't recline."
Cons: "Luggage handling at Frontier is worst I've experienced with any airline. Extremely slow getting bad out and my new ski bag was ripped after only second flight. The extreme nickel and diming is annoying but Ivey he fares are lower most of the time. It would just be nice to get good service and not have to wait an hiur for bags to come out."

Cons: "Have to buy all drinks and food. Sat on runway for over an hour after reaching destination. Zero in flight entertainment for a 3 hour flight."
Pros: "I was text the day before of a gate change. When i arrived in Denver there was another gate change and time change. Then after a couple hours there was another gate and time change. Thats a total of three gate changes and delays. Once in Milwaukee we taxi for about 30 minutes in the run way. And later the plane was parked and we sat for 2 hours at the gate because of ice that had not been removed. Frontier blamed the city. But I, like the rest of the passangers, watch other airlines come in and out without problems as we sat in tge plsne unable to get off. During the 2 hours of waiting not even a cup of water was offered. But on behalf of the crew, the pilot did his best to rectify the situation by helping chip away at the ice himself along wth the copilot and by continuously reassuring us by keeping us updated. However, this is an experience I will never forget. And I will never fly Frontier again. The $30 price difference does not make up for the inconvience that I and other passangers experienced. In addition, that $30 was used to pay for checking in my bags and additional charges for carry ons, a significant detail that was not mentioned during booking."
Pros: "I can't think. No pillow, No service. WHY are the attendants on the flight? besides to close the doors?"
Cons: "Lack of two airline attendants. Lack of pretzels or a bottle of water. Joke that children could fly this airline. Mom's Parents must bring sippy cups of juice or milk and get through security? I brought my own water and was still thirsty. Flight #2 they didn't even ask if we WANTED to BUY a drink. Suitcase last minute change "holiday price" balony!!! with no notice to email address provided?? No notification that 2 hours ISN'T enough time to reach TSA. WHAT? The entire 300-450 people losing their wits with flights that we were going to miss. No pillow offered on A RED EYE. I was traveling with my dear kids that bought me one. Entering the terminal the desk clerk was un-attentive that I was the customer. THIS is the worst non- apologetic customer service I have ever experienced in 29 years. and I have been a customer service rep for major companies including BF Saul, mortgage, MCI and Trane AC. What could you change to make people feel welcome, part of a cool airline experience?"
Pros: "everyone did a great job - especially one of the gals at the check in counter and boarding area - witnessed her handle several frustrated travelers with courteous professional ease. (did not catch her name, but overheard she was from el Salvador) - thanks Frontier, you Rock"

Cons: "Besides not being able to recline at all, you can feel everything that's going on behind you - every time someone puts the "tray table" up or down! A child behind me thought it was a toy, flipping it up and down repeatedly. Very cramped quarters for a 4 hour flight!!"

Pros: "The flight was very good, early arrival. Flight was not full so we enjoyed the extra space. There is no entertainment available and we did not buy the snacks, so my rating for those should be N/A. I like the fixed seats for a no frills airline. I flew Spirit a couple times and they had upright seats with disabled recliners. I find the fixed, molded seats are a happy medium between upright and reclined. The thinner back also allowed enough knee room."
Cons: "I do not like airlines charging for seat selections for standard seats. I did not pay and took what I was assigned and it worked out ok this trip."
Cons: "Paid reasonable rate for the ticket but did not know there would be a huge extra fee $45 each way for carry-on bag. Will have to factor that into future ticket price comparisons involving Frontier. I'm sure this snags a lot of new first-time-on-Frontier flyers, but leaves everyone feeling cheated and angry. Great marketing strategy."
Cons: "I don't know why I chose to fly frontier again. Cheap rates, but you have to pay for a carry on, which is ridiculous. You don't get a free beverage, the crew is alright and the seats are so uncomfortable and small. I can't imagine how someone bigger than a 5'4, 120lb female could sit through a flight. This was my last time flying with this company and I will not recommend it to anyone!"
