She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

At next bar, in front of gate #16 there was no bartender. After 15 minutes someone appeared, only to take orders and disappear. Finally got a drink at a restaurant, nearby, but they said the drink had to be consumed there, not taken in the plane. No alcohol was offered on the plane between JFK and Burlington. Baggage crew ripped the handle off my Rimowan luggage."

As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

I called customer service to let them know we were on the ground waiting for a gate assignment. Despite this, the flight boarded and left with several people missing the connection even though that flight pushed back later than its original time and departed almost an hour late. The plane was sitting there with the door closed. After that, I was put on the next available flight which was already delayed more than 2 hours. That delay extended even longer and was eventually cancelled due to weather. United CS reps were not willing to address passenger concerns. They closed the CS area in some portions of the airport forcing everyone to a very limited number of reps. I ended up having to rent a car and spending the first 5 hours of my birthday driving home. I should have been able to make my connecting flight and would have avoided the entire mess. Instead, I am out of my ticket price plus the additional cost of renting a car since my changed flight was cancelled due to weather not the gate assignment changes that originally caused me to miss the connection. What should have been a brief 4-5 hour trip ended up being almost a 20 hour day....United absolutely SUCKS!"

So either way we were going to have a longer day and extra leg.....which I only paid for ONE plane change. After running to the gate because my first flight was late taking off, this flight was delayed due to engine issues. The agent had us standing in line for 1 1/2 hours while she tried to figure out what was going on. So instead of taking off at 5:40 pm, we took off at 9 pm and still had to catch a bus from Boston to Providence...HORRIBLE Flight = Long Day/Night"
Cons: "The gate changed twice. We were directed to a bus to take us to our flight to only be made to get back off the bus because we didn't have a crew. No one would tell us anything. Got back into the airport and then 30 minutes later got put back on the bus. The plane was disgusting, smelled like urine. The air conditioning didn't work. Terrible."

I will never fly frontier again."

Pros: "I had never used Frontier till today and I have to say for being a discount Airline I was impressed. The flight boarding was quick, the seats were the same size as a normal airline in coach.....while I did not pay for a reclining seat I was comfortable for the 1.5 hour flight. I packed a bag that met the personal item size maximum and was not hit with any other fees. I actually found that the service was good and other passengers were friendly......probably because everyone was so happy that they didn’t overpay for the flight. I’ll definitely book again!"

This might have been forgivable has the second person at the desk not shown me every bit the disdain the first one did. And $45 for one checked bag? Being hectored by flight attendants to sign up for a credit card while I was obviously trying to sleep? This airlines needs to either improve or simply disband. Nothing good at all to recommend about this pituful, aggressively ramshackle operation."

I was nervous because she needed a lot of assistance, but the Frontier guys who took care of her went above and beyond to make sure she would be taken care of. They walked her onto the plane, and made sure she was taken to her seat. The little things matter. And it's the only airline that flies direct from MIA to PVD:)"
Cons: "The additional charges added on make this airfare comparable with others. Initially, I only went with it because it was the only airline that flew direct to PVD. If Frontier is going to be comparable in price to others, make sure the service is also on the same standards. Also, the flight leaving earlier than the scheduled time can be a hassle for someone cutting it close."

Everyone thought we were going to crash or something bad was happening since they were not communicating at all. The emergency exit lights even went on and the stewardess didn't bother to announce anything to us. It was seriously the WORST flight and service I have ever been on."
Cons: "All the passengers and crew had to wait in Trenton while one man gave a half hearted effort to clear snow and ice from the passenger ramp. We would have been there for two hours if I had not spoken up. Once I did, they brought a replacement ramp that did not have snow on it. It is not nice to advertise to us about your credit card on a loudspeaker that is supposed to be used for safety and emergency announcements. You wake us up to hear an ad??!!"
