I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."

Pros: "The prior flight arrived late and then due to what appeared to be some mechanical issue, the plane was towed into the gate at about the time we were due to board. I mention this only because this was the only glitch during the rest of the flight. Loved the wide variety of entertainment available inflight, the AC outlets on EVERY row, and though I didn't need it this time, the availability of Wi-Fi Internet is appreciated. And though we left 40 minutes late, we made up part of the time and arrived only 20 min later than scheduled. Bravo Delta! I'll have to check out your version of Mileage Plus."

One of the flight attendents was more bossy I felt than necessary. She told me not to put my backpack in the overhead bin, even though there was enough space and the back 3rd of the aircraft was half empty (I was in the last loading zone so there weren't many more people after me)."

This was 1 of the 2 worst flights that I have ever been on, only second to my other booked flight for this trip home. This flight was 7+ hours long and it was nothing short of horrible. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and barely went back at all. The male flight attendant was clearly annoyed and was short with every person who would ask for anything. He would roll his eyes at every request by customers. At one point I saw him literally toss a sandwich into a customers lap because they were turned the other way and didn't hear him when he asked if they wanted one. There was no way to watch anything unless you had your own device and had downloaded it yourself prior to the flight."

Pros: "The Boeing 787 is a much nicer plane than the Airbus we flew on from Chicago to Helsinki. The seating on that plane was horrible. You have to recline your seat or you are on the back of the seat in front of you!"

Cons: "There was a glitch in the system with our boarding passes. It got sorted out but was just kind of weird."

Cons: "Seat pitch on the plane unbelievably cramped. When seats are so close that if you drop something on the floor you have to be a contortionist to get it, you know it's a problem NEVER fly the 787-900 economy."

Cons: "I find this fairly serious! All people were boarded on the plane In a timely manor. We were then informed that one flight attendant had not made to the flight and we were to wait until the flight attendant arrived. We waited over 20 minutes for the employee to arrive to work rather late. This put out over 200 people for one irresponsible employee. In my business that employee would of been fired unless there was a very serious reason. So a full plane of passengers were inconvienced as well as many people that were helping the passengers what maybe 300 + for one employee! Doesn't make sense!"

Cons: "let down by unattentive staff and felt more like a budget airline with the fact that you have to pay for meals"

Pros: "the crew and the people at the desk for boarding were great. the app helped me keep up with the changes"

Cons: "It really wasn't "On-Time", but you couldn't tell that from the monitors. (I'm sure you like to keep your statistics "clean", but they shouldn't be dishonest.) A TSA? agent had us initially wait in a long incorrect line after we picked up our passport scanner sheets even though we told her we had a tight connection. Afterwards, she moved us along with a few others. That line could have swamped us!"

Pros: "Crew came round regularly with water and snacks and were very helpful."
Cons: "The flight was late boarding and leaving but there was no message from the ground staff telling us why the flight was delayed."

Pros: "Actually, I like that it was late because my first flight arrived late. The flight overall was very quick and smooth."
Cons: "The seats were covered in crumbs from the previous flight, but that's probably because of the hurry to get passengers on to the next flight because the plane was late."

Cons: "The flight was actually on their smaller airline I think Mesa. The plane was really small with no amenities."

Cons: "The only negative aspect of the three hopswas a couple of gate changes prior to boarding... one at Dallas and one at Charlotte and the could not have been much further apart, new gate from the original gate... but it made for a leg-stretcher during a long day of sitting"

Cons: "I was first sent to the wrong terminal by a female flight attendant. When I arrived at the other terminal, I had already missed my initial flight, so crying back to terminal 3 another nice lady helped me get on the next flight to chicago and from their I had to take a flight to Philly. This really made me upset as I had nursing classes the next day and I would not reach philly until 8pm that night. On the flight to philly from chicago, the plane ride was decent, the crew was nice, but their was no more over head space and I had to give my carry on for them to put in the back of the plane with the rest of my baggage. The plane was small and I did not expect this flight."
