Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy

Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage

Eveeyrime I fly they are begging for bags due to cabin overhead space. What they should so ia take the bags that are clearly too big to fit wheels first on their side. And those of us who give up the bag should really get their bags first. When boarding, nobody wants stupid jokes about how hot it is on board. Give us some cool air. Im usually sick from the heat by the time we take off.

Friendly crew kept coming by to make sure all was ok, provide additional refreshments, etc.

SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.

Kayak could’ve posted the correct gate number. Almost missed my flight.

Crew always seems to be unprofessional no matter what Southwest flight I fly

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.

No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either

There was no food, so :( to that one. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. Not Delta's fault. Not the crew's fault. Considering how tired all us passengers were, everything went surprisingly well. The flight crew were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I always fly Delta.

Terrible. Waited on runway for 1+ hour after landing and then was brought to wrong terminal

Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.

Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.

Boarding was quick and i made my connection early due to early arrival time

My flight was canceled, and instead of rebooking me on a non-stop first-class flight for the same day, which I originally had, Delta rebooked me on a one-stop flight for the following day. When I checked the Delta app, I noticed that there were available flights for both the same day and the next day. I believe this indicates poor management on their part.

Planes were clean, no water or snacks on either flight.

I have executive platinum status with American Airlines. It seems impossible to be upgraded anymore and I’m never offered a cheese plate or thanked for my loyalty.

In premium economy I was expecting a bit cleaner area. Tables were not very clean. Only one of us received a blanket and pillow. The food was okay. Probably a smidgen better than coach. The crew were very nice but should have done more walk through to at least pick up trash.

We had a 1 hour delay due to mechanical issues, then another hour, then 2, and eventually it was an 8 hour delay. The airport staff was confused about gate changes, as they were not getting good communication. They were trying, but we changed gates 5 times in one hour!

Horrible. Flight was delayed for 4 hours first till 7pm. Then for one more hour. Then again and around 9pm we were finally boarded and waited for catering delivery for another hour. At 10pm we were not interested on food at all. Tired, sleepy we arrived after midnight. Insane.

My flights were all delayed , mostly due to technical issues with AA aircrafts. I had to rebook my trip 4 times . I lost my whole day and finally arrived in LAX around midnight. This was a very bad experience with American airlines , I will always try to avoid flying with them

Experience was good, however I had a delay due to weather happening and had to re purchase a seat on a new plane for a higher price (could be my own issue and misunderstanding) but other than that situation. First time flyer (by myself) was terrific!! The last from ORD to ALO didn't have wifi, but it was only 45 minutes so I'm sure that was part of the reason. Overall my experience was great! Next time I will remember to buy tickets with longer layovers. The delays really saved my overall anxiety. :)

The plane was broken so we had to change planes.

Uncomfortable seats and flight attendant was rude as she insisted on waking up my husband to ask him if he wanted a drink. When he said that he was sleeping, she replied “without an attitude “. He was seated at 8c

Airlines must do something with overweight people... Maybe reserve a business class seat for them, or you could pay the consequences if someone overweight seat side by side to you in economy.
