Cons: "I was bumped from my first class seat with very little explanation why, and wasn’t even informed until the boarding process was underway. My name was never called at the gate before boarding as a “Mr Smith, please come to the gate”, and it was very embarrassing to be pulled out of line like that."
Pros: "Great crew."
Cons: "100 minute delay due to "schedule disruption", despite no weather issues."
Cons: "It was United. Enough said. They stink, especially after having flown on Lufthansa overseas. The United flight had zero leg room."
Cons: "I was in business class and was terrible The airplane too old , so expensive for that? Can’t believe it..."
Cons: "Unprofessional rude United staff"
Pros: "Smooth flight once in the air."
Cons: "An hour and twenty minute delay due to weather. Cattle call for boarding."

Cons: "Seats are still so bad. I think I got a headache from looking at my phone the whole flight."
Pros: "The service was excellent! The crew was happy and accommodating."
Pros: "Getting off the plane"
Cons: "Crew disappeared for most of the flight as if it were a red eye and only served everyone one package of pretzels and came by with the drink cart once...this was on a seven hour flight. they did come by two other times wth a Tray of water but overall were not very friendly whatsoever."
Cons: "It was supposedly upgraded but my seat was shittier than the flight to Tokyo after it got delayed 7 hrs and no upgraded seat."
Cons: "2 hour delay sitting on the airplane!!!"
Pros: "Beyond one or two friendly crew members, not much."
Cons: "We booked our flights round trip on united.com, but when we arrived at the airport for our return flight from Budapest to D.C., we were told we were on standby and might not be given seats (despite paying full price for the fare months ago). Brussels Airlines, the codeshare partner, blamed United. United blamed Brussels airlines. We are the flight, but my wife and I were seated separately. When I noticed several seats empty after the plane had finished boarding and asked the head flight attendant if my wife and I might not together, she refused, saying they weren't going to give us a free upgrade. When we went to drop off our bags for the next leg of the flight, from Brussels to Dulles, the bag check counters we're severely understaffed and we waited almost an hour just to drop off two suitcases. This made us nearly miss our flight and required us to sprint through the airport and beg to cut the security line. After boarding, my entertainment screen stopped working, though they did manage to fix it a couple of hours into the flight. Needless to say, this was less then a stellar experience."
Cons: "Windows were dirty and that's looking for something. Lol"
Pros: "Everything !!"
Cons: "Not applicable ........................................... ..............."
Pros: "Atleast was able to reach my destination."
Cons: "No leg room. Definitely overpriced"
Pros: "The flight attendant kept the drinks and snacks coming and looked abundantly joyful to serve us. One of the best flights I've ever been on."
Cons: "No pillow or blanket."
Pros: "Flight was on timw"
Cons: "Flight was delay for more than 45 minutes"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "As with all other flights, no room to breath."
Pros: "It was great all the way. No complaints"
Pros: "Not much. We did arrive alive, which is the best part of it."
Cons: "Late, very late without any explanation. Only one food service in flight."
Pros: "Crew was accommodating. The flight was comfortable. The plane departed on time. The gate personnel were very helpful. When I got off the plane and saw that I did not have a gate assignment, one of the crew pulled out their phone, opened an app, and based on my flight number, told me what my gate was and where to go for the tram. Thank you!"
Pros: "The fly was excellent as always use to be. The best pilots united have. My favorite airline"
Pros: "Nothing much to really write about, except that flight arrived early."
Cons: "I had requested a special meal. Due to a date change in my travel, United messed up transferring over the special meal request. The "International Services Manager" offered a lip-service sorry. The audio output was intermittent. The phrase "friendly skies" has to be re-worded for United."
Pros: "After Carolyn M. Hamilton asks United Airlines for financial break to reschedule her flight, her broken leg and broken heart quickly heals when United comes through. Wouldn't that be a great headline and story? Thanks for trying."
Pros: "On-time boarding."
Cons: "Entertainment system very inconsistent and most of the time not working. If the airline removes the TV displays expecting customers to use their own devices, they need to ensure the wifi is working. The flight attendants said they could fix the wifi issue. That isn't acceptable, somebody should be able to address this in the plane."
Pros: "Flight from Calgary to Chicago was excellent!"
Pros: "I liked that they gave us blankets. It was cold when we boarded."
Cons: "I was put into a very uncomfortable situation when we finally got boarded and situated in our seats. I was in the window seat of a three seat row. The two men in the center and aisle seats knew each other and struck up a little conversation during boarding but it was a late flight and I was gearing up for some sleep in my seat. I fell asleep after take off and when I woke up the guy in the center seat had taken his shirt off and nearly had his pants down to his knees. Him and his buddy were both asleep, but half-naked-man was a much more mobile sleeper and was constantly rolling his head onto my shoulder to sleep on which I pushed him off many times. Now, someone accidentally falling asleep on you on a plane is one thing; a half-naked-man rolling his body onto yours is a complete other thing. I couldn't really get him to wake when I was pushing him off me so I was kind of hoping someone was gonna come by and tell him to get his clothes back on and pull it together; that never happened. On top of not being able to keep his own body in his own seat he must have been having a very interesting dream because he was having a hard time keeping his hands off of his private parts. Being a man, I was not incredibly grossed out by this (although not what I want to be seeing when I'm on a flight), but it doesn't make it any less sexually offensive. I don't fly that often but I find it hard to be believe that this could be considered acceptable behavior to be tolerated when paying for a plane ticket. To cap it all off, when we were landing and the flight attendants were roaming the aisles to check seat belts and stuff, no one seemed to care that this guy was topless and touching himself. One Flight Attendant asked his friend (the guy in the aisle) to tell him to "prepare to land" which he didn't do. It wasn't till we landed and the seat belt sign went off that his friend woke him up and he put his clothes back on. They had a good chuckle about it as if nothing happened. Kind of put me out. I took a picture of them in full slumber with his clothes off if you guys want evidence."
Pros: "United now has small mattresses to put on your lay flat bed in business class. Very comfortable! For once they had my first choice for lunch and it was delicious."
Cons: "The seats are lay flat beds. However they are very narrow especially where the feet are resting. If you are over 5ft10 it's too short a bed. You feel that your feet are pressed together when you sleep. Also no seat level storage space. Seats are narrow and are almost impossible to sleep in resting on your side. Would suggest united try out the Emirates airline business class seats on the A380. The British Airways business class seats and New Zealand business class lay flat seats are also much nicer."
Cons: "Always separate kids seat from parents. Always have to deal with swapping seat around . Stressful!!. Will be the last time fly with united. Bye!!"
Pros: "Was on time, good landing."
Pros: "Pretty typical domestic flight. The crew on this flight definitely seemed tired and "over it". The one attendant stood blankly, staring off to the back of the plane robotically going through the safety. Far cry from the staff on my previous 10+ hour flight from Munich."
Cons: "No free entertainment whatsoever, and even though the screen reads that flights under 2 hours are $5.99, and our flight was a few minutes under 2 hours, the price was still the regular $7.99. Not worth it."
Cons: "Food and entertainment is an additional cost.. Seats are too cramped."
Cons: "The gate attendant did not give proper updates when delay was occurring. Kept disappearing when people were getting upset instead of answering our question. The lady at the ticketing counter had an attitude problem when I asked for alternative flight options or when the potential time this flight would be leaving. They kept telling us only 30 more minutes for 3 hours!"
Cons: "The loud engine noise and WHY load from front?? Load from back so your not bothering everyone."
Pros: "All the united employees from check in at curb through the flight and at baggage claim were pleasant and professional, despite my destroyed luggage which they replaced, I was satisfied and thankful for each employee's assistance."
Pros: "The TV and very good selection of new movies"
Cons: "The snacks were too little!!"
Pros: "They held the plane due to delays in customs"
Pros: "See statement above."
Pros: "Crew was attentive. I liked the wifi option to watch movies"
Cons: "Didn't like that I paid to upgrade my seat for more legroom but another person saw the empty seat next to me moved into it without paying and crew did nothing about it. Also paid $50 extra for priority boarding and security but was informed by the airport staff in Aruba that it didn't apply for that airport. Seats are a little tight"
Pros: "Overall flight experience was my best of the year by far (10+ flights thus far)."
Pros: "Crew was attentive and friendly. Jumped at any and all requests. Always looking for ways to assist all flyers. Boarding was quick and easy. Plane was on time, boarded quickly, AC worked perfectly, plenty of blankets and food was spectacular. Crew made the 6 hour flight feel like an hour of comfort."
Cons: "No wifi because we traveled through Canada, and the tv was no working"
Cons: "Last minute flight cancellation. Minimal notice. Last flight of night. Next available was 12:30 pm next day."
Cons: "I was seated next to a morbidly obese man that smelled of feces so bad people many seats away had to cover their noses, overflowed his seat, taking up half of mine, and was watching disgusting pornography on his phone for half the flight, not that I was looking, but it was a bit hard to not notice, he wasn't trying to hide it. The power outlet under my seat did not work, so my phone died, and my armrest(left) was missing it's headphone jack so I couldn't use the in-flight entertainment, not that it would have mattered anyway, the fat man beside me was so huge, his fat covered my armrest so I had no access to the remote. The guy on my right, in the window seat, while not fat, wasn't small either and hogged two armrests, leaving me with none. I had to hold my seatback with my left hand the entire flight because there was nowhere to put my left arm without either holding it straight out in front of me, or laying them on the fat mans stomach which was folded over the armrest to my left. At one point I called a flight attendant and asked if they had any kind of a pillow or something to help my situation because the position I was forced to sit in was horribly uncomfortable and did not support my back, she looked at me confused, said they have nothing like that, and immediately vanished without any suggestion of a seat change or anything, just confused stare and then bolted away. All in all a pretty traumatizing experience, worst flight of my life."
