Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Do not book it’s a scam! They stole $1200 from me

I was exhausted from a long day. The flight was smooth. The first flight during my 3 week travel that took off on time.
Boarded early; and arrived home 40 mins early. After a long flight, it’s nice to be back home early. These flights have no amenities; no snacks. So need to bring your own
As I wrote earlier, poor planning and/or communication. At least twice, we were told that we would be boarding in less than ten minutes, only to have the flight again delayed at least another hour.
It was terrible. sat on airplane 2 hours then flight was canceled. made to pick up bags and go through Panama immagration to rebook another flight. worst experice ever at a airport.
Crew was tired as we all were. Pretty abrupt. Flight was delayed. Not as enjoyable as the other 3 legs we flew.

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks
More racist flight attandants maybe because i sm an attracticted darkskin latino man but once again bad flight attamdants they ignored me the whole flight even the woman sitting next to me notice how rude they were towards me i really never want to fly united or american airlines they alawsys have the rudesslt and racist flight attandants
The fight didn’t happen because I was rerouted to Trinidad as previously explained.
The check in from Panama to Houston was good. From Houston to Toronto was definitely an experience. The Pilot from Houston to Toronto was exceptional. He probably saved our lives by noticing a dent in the fuselage. Everyone was taken off the plane and we boarded a new plane
We had to de-board do to maintenance and there was ZERO help with getting rebooked. The flight was delayed by over 24 hours. Quite ridiculous. When I. called Kayak to get help to rebook, they said they couldn't and that it had to be done at the American counter that didn't exist without going outside TSA security, which I did.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
ATL to CLT return flight. Delayed way too severely. Had to cancel the return flight.
The flight up was great no issues. The flight back home was a cluster. I was told the plane I was waiting on was giving to another flight which caused me to miss my connection flight. Granted the airline did great with getting hotel and vouchr for food.

Got delayed several times, and now have to wait 5 to 6 hrs for next flight. Not including the flight from charlotte to Charlottesville had no AC.
the flight is delayed, which is not uncommon but the communication was still getting hopes on reaching on time which didn't happen. When I boarded the flight it was so like unimaginably filthy. My seat belt had some sticky stuff to it like food or something from before and the space below the arm rest is accumulated dust and waste like from few months i have the pictures. Cheery on top, the airhostess was an old lady who was so bossy and mad for no reason and bossing around everyone!! worst experience ever!!
We were delayed in CLT for 4 hours for mechanical issues resulting in us not leaving till 1:30AM and landing at 2:30 AM, so getting home at 4AM. The crew at the desk had no answers and provided very little information. I received a food voucher via email/app however there were no food places open. Even the walk up and scan your own places did not accept the QR code. I know mechanical issues occur but better communication would have made an unfortunate situation less frustrating.
Flight was good. Miss getting more options to eat than pretzels or cookies. Attendants were all wonderful.
