Crew was tired as we all were. Pretty abrupt. Flight was delayed. Not as enjoyable as the other 3 legs we flew.

Good until I was put on air canada flight Houston Vancouver not even one cookie

Both the WIFI and entertainment did not work for 2.5h

Very disappointing given gate agent behavior. Filed a formal complaint with United.

Crew was great. 2 1/2 hour delay was due to staff needing "rest" was avoidable and self inflicted as United not willing to hire enough crew to keep flight on time.. Ridiculous. The crew and the passengers both suffered due to this.

I so appreciate the crew members on each flight of United. They are outstanding.

Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks

I had no checked baggage but was required to hand over carry on baggage at the door of the plane. There was a lot of overboard space in the plane and I was one of the last ones. I ran to get my carry on but it was gone. I was given back at the plane door in Toronto, so the wait was not as long as it would have been at the carousel.
