It's fine but Newark to Nashville was too long
They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.
It was terrible. sat on airplane 2 hours then flight was canceled. made to pick up bags and go through Panama immagration to rebook another flight. worst experice ever at a airport.

Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks
More racist flight attandants maybe because i sm an attracticted darkskin latino man but once again bad flight attamdants they ignored me the whole flight even the woman sitting next to me notice how rude they were towards me i really never want to fly united or american airlines they alawsys have the rudesslt and racist flight attandants
The fight didn’t happen because I was rerouted to Trinidad as previously explained.
The check in from Panama to Houston was good. From Houston to Toronto was definitely an experience. The Pilot from Houston to Toronto was exceptional. He probably saved our lives by noticing a dent in the fuselage. Everyone was taken off the plane and we boarded a new plane
The flight was delayed almost three hours. I understand delays happen from time to time, but this flight was delayed no less than 10 times. I wish the amount of time of the delay was more accurate, versus delaying in 10 or 20 minute increments many, many times.
Delayed by 5 hours and I had to wit in the airport for more than 6+ hours.
technology worked well and everything ran smoothly. The seats are quite cramped so please don't try to re-engineer the cabin to squeeze more bodies on board.
Flying in the United States with the major airlines has become so underwhelming. A 2-3hr flight in most other parts of the world with the major carriers of the area comes with newer, CLEANER aircraft and significantly better in flight service in terms of both staff attitude and a actual meal service.
Delays experienced in boarding/take off due to incoming plane delayed. However, the boarding time/depart time in the app was significantly delayed in providing these updates. Usually not updated until an hour after we should have already boarded. Poorly managed.
Arrived early picked up my bag in a few minutes- great trip - thank you
Flight was smooth, quick and felt safe. The 2 delays not happening would have been better but I guess that happens in the airline industry
The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.
Flight was good. Miss getting more options to eat than pretzels or cookies. Attendants were all wonderful.
The waiting area in panama was super crowded, and hot
