Cons: "From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible."
Pros: "Yes and yes"
Cons: "For what it is that you offer I am not sure what more I should expect. All staff were courteous and friendly. Great job."
Cons: "Whether the type of aircraft or the plane itself the pressure system did not work. It has been years since I have had to deal with clogged painful ears, but for 30 minutes this was the case. The flight was over 40 minutes delayed and no announcements were made. Boarding and deplaning was chaotic."
Cons: "It all could have been a bit better. I feel like I’m traveling on a bus- & the price is not sooo much lower to warrant that!"
Pros: "Crew was very kind and professional."
Cons: "The carry-on rule was a bit absurd. After being asked to combine two backpacks into one, I was informed they had reached carry-on capacity and needed to check my bag thru to Gatwick."
Pros: "EasyJet is always a good option. Baggage is included which is not common these days among small airlines. Flight attendants are very friendly."
Cons: "I had booked a day trip to London. The night before flight I received phone call from Easyjet offering me Euro250 to take a later flight as only a smaller plane than planned was available. But then you decided obviously not to send the smaller plane but did not bother phoning or emailing us customers as you had done the previous evening. I wasted more than half my day (1.5hr drive to airport plus 3 hours a airport) as I had to reschedule my day trip for a later dater to fit in the few meetings I had. I understand problems arrive, but Easyjet push their planes too hard. They are often late. Unreliable. At least communicate to your customers if you care about hem"
Cons: "Too warm in airplane at boarding and took to long to cool"
Pros: "I paid extra for exit row seats (more legroom) and speed boarding, and it was worthwhile."
Cons: "Went to the wrong airport, Kayak is so confusing that when I booked my flight I booked it at the wrong airport."
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "No inflight entertainment like we were supposed to have. No snacks, and 30 meal was small and terrible."
Cons: "Do NOT spend money buying an upgrade for priority boarding. There is no such thing on this flight - the staff actually told us that we board at the end after everyone else... The boarding process was a mess and the flight barely had water"
Pros: "Ticketing staff very friendly. Smooth check in process."
Cons: "Disorganized on boarding of passengers. Entertainment system had to be rebooted three times by the captain. Crew not super friendly."
Pros: "The crew on-board was nice this time around."
Cons: "The entire process: -the check-in staff are rude -had to wait in line for over 1.5 hours to check in (no self-serve kiosk at CDG) -the 10kg total (backpack and suitcase) carry-on limit was a surprise on this flight and cost €80 for being ~2kg over - generally confusing with bad surprises"
Cons: "Trying to get info about the flight in advance was difficult and confusing."
Pros: "The flight was perfectly fine. The crew was good."
Cons: "There was a 2 year old child in front of me bouncing in the seat and screaming the whole trip while the mother and father watched movies and played games.with their headphones in. Ignoring the 2 year old boy completely. Then we sat waiting 50feet from the terminal for 30 minutes and an hour 4 luggag"
Pros: "The crew was nice but strict, which I guess is a good thing. The seats are decently comfortable."
Cons: "The seats are very narrow so it feels tight even for a smaller person like me. There is no meal served on this 7-8 hour flight, unless you pre-purchase one online when you buy your ticket or the weeks leading up to the flight. You can purchase snacks, but they take over an hour to be delivered."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. They went above and beyond. I love traveling with Norwegian Airlines"
Cons: "Everything was perfect."
Cons: "We were held on the plane post landing at MCO for an additional hour due to the customs lines being over capacity. Finding a way to mitigate holding passengers on a plane post a 10 hour flight would be optimal."
Pros: "Upgraded to priority seating for the overnight flight. Worth it! Entertainment system was easy to use."
Cons: "I had a middle seat ..."
Cons: "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. We had chosen an 11AM flight and had appointments late afternoon in NYC. It was a direct flight. Instead, we had a flight from CDG with a layover in London, and then another flight to NYC. We arrived at 5PM at JFK. By the time we arrived in NYC, it was 7PM and of course too late for our appointments."
Cons: "Most of the TVs did not work on the flight. They had to hand out iPads. Security in Orly was very rude and made us check luggage that was fine as a carry-on to France."
Pros: "I liked the customer service I got on the plane and take off was smooth. Also the engines were not as loud as I was expecting. The spacing for seating as ok but being that I was in economy, I couldn't expect much more."
Pros: "Personnel was nice and accommodating. Flight right on time and even early arrival."
Cons: "The plane must have been old for the seats didn't hold well and every move from neighbour ahead or in back made things shakier, lots of TV screens didn't work either - so iPads were provided. The food was not appetising at all."
Cons: "Went through and booked the flight that was billed as American Airlines on Kayak, but the first leg turned out to be British Airways. I had to pay 39 dollars for each seat then to sit next to my niece. It was a gift to her and I couldn’t wait until 24 hours before boarding and leave it up to chance. Was next to family with 2 crying children, younger one threw up all over mother and the aisle and seat. Flight attendants did nothing to clear the area and it smelled like vomit for 4 hours. I have flown with British Airways many times. The flight crew was not of the caliber of British Aireays flight staff. Very disappointed with this entire experience, from booking to flight."
Pros: "Food service wasn’t bad. Nice food selection. Many bathrooms available."
Cons: "The flight attendants are very short. The aircraft is extremely old and outdated. The seats are shabby rusty dusty and belong in a museum. The tv system did not work for 3/4 of the flight. No headsets available. Barely any leg room."
Pros: "Honestly nothing."
Cons: "So my flight started with a 4 hour delay. Normally I wouldn’t mind because I want my plane to be safe in the air, but they WOULDN’T EVEN LET US OFF THE PLANE. We had to stay on the plan that entire 4 hours, being updated only twice about the situation. When we finally took off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. At one point my friend asked for more water and the attendant said she would be back with more and never returned...during landing it was extremely unsmooth. We were about to land and then the pilot shot us back up and circled for another 45 minutes because he was “too early”. I can understand this may happen at airports sometimes but after being on the plane for 12 hours this was extremely annoying. The seats were very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep at all during my red eye flight. I ended up getting sick during landing because of the roughness of it (mind you I have never in my life thrown up on an airplane) and the flight attendants were extremely unaccomodating. I couldn’t even get up to throw away my bag and they wouldn’t bring over anything to put it in. Also my sick bag had a piece of someone else’s used gum in it so that was gross as well. Overall I had an absolutely horrible flight and I’m absolutely dreading the flight back home. Please fly another airline if possible."
Pros: "I asked if it was possible to get a window seat. The lady said flight was full. Flight was empty she just did not care"
Pros: "Fairly easy boarding Laptop entertainment"
Cons: "Coach was too tight the food was mediocre otherwise it was good"
Cons: "The plane was far too small for a 8-hour, trans-Atlantic flight. I understand that companies are reducing space to cram more people (read: "money") onto flights, but most of the planes I fly on for a 1 hour flight from STL to ORD are bigger than this plane used for an 8 hour ORY to EWR flight. Being crammed like sardines is fine for a 1 hour flight. It is not okay or acceptable for an 8 hour flight."
