Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

But what was even worse, is that they didn't allow me to check my bag in the last connection gettting to the US, instead they made me check it from my original destination which made me loose almost two days of work without giving me a logic response on why I couldn't check my bag from my inbound flight to the US. By the way, this protocol from TSA is terrible. No internet in their flights No chargers plugs in all of their flights (including the ones that take you more than 4 hours) Lunch in their 15 hours flight is mediocre, everyone was starving since they only gave us one mini empanada."

Another long, slow line for customs, another long slow line for security=Charles De Gaulle airport was awful. Pros: "Cabin crew were quite good. Food was fine for airplane fare with excellent ice cream mid-flight. Airplane was spotless. Entertainment was very good. Plenty of carry-on storage on this 787-9. Customs and airport (DFW) experience was very good. Baggage claim and return for connection were prompt and rapid."
Cons: "Seats were tight in basic coach. As typical at CDG airport (other than the government subsidized Air France facilities), check-in and security is a nightmare. Clearly the worst airport in the world."

Cons: "We were sitting right next to the crew resting area and it was very restricting to us. I had two little kids that I had to keep quiet for about 6 hours out of 8. Even when my kids were quiet, we were reminded twice to keep quiet. It was very restricting and I was forced to walk back and forth with my two year old to keep her quiet so the crew can rest. Why is the crew resting when they are supposed to be working on that flight? The meal quality sucked, I did not finish it, let alone my kids. My kids were prettu much hungry for 8 hrs. Not a very family friendly flight."

Pros: "The return flight served a small whole grain tasty sandwich for breakfast on the return flight. That was good."
Cons: "I was delighted to spend the extra money to have the Lufthansa experience, riding on an airline considered in the top ten airlines out of 100, as opposed to United's ranking of 68, down from 60 the year before. I was extremely surprised to find that I, indeed, was scheduled for United. The double trip code was VERY inconvenient, found myself constantly having to call the other airline to book the seat, find the gate, find out about luggage limitations, etc. Not intuitive in any manner. Please don't confuse customers with your 7 point tiny type saying we're just kidding, you'll really be on an airline of our choice when the day comes!!! but you'll pay the bigger bucks!!! UGH."

Pros: "It was my first international flights, and both going there and coming back went amazingly well. Everything was exceptional."

Cons: "A mechanical issue delayed our return by over an hour. I guess they didn't know the extent or the time needed to repair, so we boarded at the regular time and sat in the plane. Good cabin crews both ways. Food meh. The 787 over was much better than the aging 767 coming back. I like the new app based entertainment system."

Cons: "I was very disappointed. Why spend so much money on updating first class and business when the rest of the seats are completely out of date. I couldn't even charge my phone to get ahold of my ride when we landed. And the tiny screens barely worked, couldn't even watch a movie because it just froze up the whole time."

Cons: "I couldn't put subtitles in French on English movies. 8 could only watch them dubbed. I didn't understand this as it seems standard for all other flights I've taken."

Cons: "Tried to change flight to different day, and agent said it was available. I had to call them to find out not only was the flight no longer available, but there were none in the same time frame I needed and the next option would cost $1500+. I lost over $575 for a flight I couldn't even take. DO NOT BOOK ON KAYAK!"

Cons: "Our flight was not operated by Lufthansa but by United Airlines. We received no email notification of this change and were very confused when we arrived at the airport and Lufthansa employees told us they don't operate a flight direct to New York. The flight was very nice with United but notice of this change was needed."
