Cons: The flight should’ve taken 1.25 hours. Ended up arriving in Berlin 3 hours later. Seats are very crammed

Pros: Everything was so speedy with them, the checkin process, boarding and off boarding it’s all done with such efficiency and purpose. Staff are incredibly friendly and I think that they do a terrific job for such fair pricing.Would absolutely recommend them over the other budget carriers!
Cons: There’s no entertainment, so bring downloaded Netflix movies, or a book. I gave a slightly lower score for food as my first choice was not available.

Cons: Ground crew opened my checked in bag and stole a $800.00 watch. As a seasoned traveler, I know you should never carry valuables in your checked in luggage. However, this was never the intention, I had planned to take my small bag with me but last minute Vueling offered to check it in for free, since the flight was full. I should have never agreed.

Pros: Once we were on board the airplane, the flight was comfortable and just fine. The crew were competent and pleasant and the amenities acceptable.
Cons: The intake of passengers and check in was horrible and embarrassingly slow. It was a poor logistical plan and handled poorly by your onsite staff. And your rules compound the problem. The same for the arrival! The cheap fare was evidently offset by what seemed like a mile walk to customs after we got off the bus. Again it is poor logistics and planning.
Pros: Clean plane with reasonable knee room. Crew was polite and friendly. Bag drop was fast and friendly.. Flight left a little last due to ATC issues but landed at the scheduled time.
Cons: The departure gate was horrible. Very crowded with NO seats. We had to stand around for half an hour.

Cons: Legroom - knees jammed into sest in front, and guy next to me had to put legs into me to fit. Painful

Cons: The aircraft was not full. Passengers were staggered, but not staggered enough. People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs

Pros: Great beer selection on the flight. After spending 4 days in Paris with all wine it was great to have an IPA on the flight. More importantly, the service was incredible, airport was beautiful, and transport was seamless.
Cons: The gate agent was extremely rude. She had very bad attitude towards customers. They forced me to pay for my carry-on luggage because they claimed that it did not fit in carry-on size of the company. I purchased an international carry-on size matter fact. The gate agent was also threatening to remove us from boarding the process. I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly.
