The flight attendant said that it’s always warm in that part of the cabin, but in all my years of flying (pretty frequently for the past 8yrs), I’ve never had this issue. If anything, it’s usually on the cooler side. Regardless of the reason, I was in a premium seat (paid extra $99) and to be so uncomfortable for this 5hr the red eye flight was super disappointing.

Two of them were fine. The third one on the isle seat was up and down, in and out of his seat the majority of the flight. I couldn't sleep. This was my second flight of the day after staying in Seattle for 7 hours waiting between my flights. The kid was loud and it seemed like the crew couldn't correct him. He just did as he pleased. I wasn't the only passenger who had a problem with him. And apparently the crew did as well. I paid a lot of money for that flight and he ruined it for me. If they are going to fly children like that, the crew should be able to correct them so the other passengers can have a pleasant flight.

Cons: We had purchased round trip tickets for our son to come home from college. He was able to get a ride a day earlier as he wanted to surprise us. The night before his return flight he went online to check in, and received a notification his reservation had been cancelled. We called Alaska and were told they had canceled his reservations as he failed to check in for his initial flight. Their policy reflects in the event of this happening they "may" do this, NOT shall. They wanted us to pay an additional $205 for a one way ticket. Hard lesson for my son, he just didn't think about canceling as the seats were paid for, and not understanding why the reservation would be canceled when their service was paid for. We would have thought as we paid for a service Alaska would have at least called or emailed us to check the status of the reservation. they had all of our personal contact information. Again, hard lessen for us all.

They Put us in a hotel In Atlanta, which was nice and convenient, but it was 2am when we went to sleep and backup at 6am to catch our flight. The staff was clearly overwhelmed and focused on moving us along (Cheryl) rather than resolving our need to reach our destinations.it wasn’t until we found one extremely patient and persistent employee (LaShondra-?) who booked us through NYC rather than Atlanta so we reached Rochester on the same day. So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?

Plane itself was very modern and surprisingly comfortable, as much as a small space can be. Good amount of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. Pros: Our Delta plane was brand spanking new. Everything worked and the inflight entertainment system was fantastic with many movies to choose from, free headphones, games, tv shows, etc. The crew was polite and the seating at least as comfortable as expected for a 4 hour flight.
Cons: The restrooms in the rear of the plane were remarkably small, even by airline standards. I'm a somewhat larger person and I fit, but I know a lot of people who would literally not be able to fit on the toilet without touching both of the sidewalls or risk getting stuck in there. The boarding process at San Jose Del Cabo was the most ridiculous setup I've ever experienced. There were numerous flights boarding out of the same gates and at least 3 or 4 lines for different destinations forming on a ramp just outside the gates. There were guys with signs trying to herd people into the correct lines and then loading the people onto buses which took you out to the planes. The planes were loading from both the front and rear doors and people were getting tangled up inside because of the haphazard loading process. Very easy for a person to end up on an incorrect plane!!

Cons: On the MSP to ATL leg the gate crew made a huge deal about checking rolling bags. They even stopped us at check-in and nearly begged us to check our bags pointing to the backed up jetway. But we had a lot of unpacking to do before checking our bags so we politely declined three times. On getting to our seats there were at least 8 open slots for bags near us. I heard a crew member call forward to say "tell them no more rollaboards" so they forced everyone left to check. On departure they slammed shut several very large empty overheads. WTF
Cons: the older stuardess on my flight from Cancun to Atlanta was very misinformed- told me my carry on wouldn't fit in the over head bin... it did. Told me I had to check my duty free liquor.. I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great.

Pros: The price was unreal so I had to jump on this, I was able to get on and off with my backpack no problem. The flights were good, captains were very communicative about times, expectations and when turbulence was present.
Cons: The check in had to be done in person because of the need to check my bag size, I felt a little insulted that I would have to be checked on my honesty. When I got to the check in it was like watching a special forces team measuring and prodding peoples bags to get them in to the little box even when the shapes were the reason they couldn't fit, not the size of the bags. I literally watched someone fit their bag and the attendant take it out and make it misshaped for the box and show how it didn't slide in. I had no issues with my luggage, but that sucked to watch happen to others. The food and drinks came about 10 minutes before the plane landed.

Her statement to us was : “If you don’t like it we’ll have you checked on to another flight tomorrow morning”. She seemed to stop passengers she could intimidate, I’m not used to being treated rudely by service providers! I’m sure they wanted to reduce the passenger loading time, but rudeness is not acceptable!
Pros: The flight from Frankfurt to Chicago arrived late, had to collect bags and clear customs which delayed transfer, had to go from one end of the airport to the other on a train which operated very slow which delayed transfer, had to then clear TSA security checks which were very slow and again delayed transfer. Moving at the max speed we were capable of, we arrived at the opposite end of the airport too late to board and were left behind. United was not very sympathetic, although provided ticket for next morning flight. The entire experience was very disappointing following what was a decent tour of Italy.

Cons: My husband and I flew from Newark to Atlanta on 03/12/2017 with United. My husband is active duty military and Alicia assisted us with checking in our baggage. She was very kind and helpful. After retrieving our tickets, we went through Security and my goodness, the process at Newark is awful and TSA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. That's besides the point. Our flight was delayed because the pilot was not there. Our departure was at 0605 and we didn't leave until 0630. Everyone boarded the plane and we were waiting for the pilot. Then the crew members were pretty rude and not friendly. I know it's an early bird flight but jeez, they can be a little nicer. One stewardess had high heel boots and literally would stomp up and down the aisle. Then she kept saying my purse was not under my seat which it clearly was. I don't know where else she'd like me to put it, maybe in the passengers seat in front of me. I would probably not fly United unless I have no other choice.

Cons: I didnt like how i had chosen a seat a month before the flight and then its like i never asked for one
Cons: The crew was not very helpful with my concerns. As well, there was a handicapped man sitting on my roway and he received insufficient service.
Cons: The tsa lines of course.
Pros: Easily the best flight of our entire trip. Airplanes was nicer so the others couldn't help that but the crew was outstanding on this flight. All of them were amazing! Kindness is what the world needs and all three were wonderful. The comfort was also the best on this plane. This was the first time flying with United.
Cons: Problem was after the flight. My luggage was lost. This was the first trip with United so I'm not sure about the future. This was the first time my luggage has ever been misplaced.
Pros: Boarding crew was very friendly.
Cons: It took a long time for the luggage to be unloaded.
Pros: Should have switched planes sooner

Cons: The plane was very tight, no leg room. I felt as though I was sitting with the couple in the seat above me.
Pros: The flight attendant was cheerful.
Cons: Logistics. Please figure out how to board a plane on time and have a gate available upon arrival. Neither of these happened for this flight.
Pros: I liked that I wasn't flying standby. The man in charge of scanning tickets and boarding was very nice also.
Cons: The comfort was terrible, no technology or internet options unless you paid, seats were not comfortable. Thank goodness I was by the window. There were so many screaming kids. It should be an option to choose kid friendly planes.

Cons: Late leaving by nearly an hour. I'm glad this was my connector and not my first leg of my trip. Again seat no back tv. And as we didn't leave "on time" it was t very clear when we would land
Cons: I was in a middle seat and the woman next to me required a seatbelt extension- which in my opinion means she should have purchased 2 seats. Why should I pay full price for 3/4 of a seat because the woman next to me is overweight?? Moral of the story: Seatbelt extensions = BUY AN EXTRA SEAT!
Pros: All was fine. Nice, friendly staff. Plane had more leg room than most. I did not use any entertainment so can't say.
Cons: The mix of whatever cracker things you give out. They are virtually tasteless. Pretzels or peanuts or cookies would be much better.
Cons: The flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours due to a mechanical problem. They found a different plane to switch with the original plane. They pushed back the estimated departure time about 10 times.
Pros: I love the check in process!! You go to a kiosk and print your boarding pass and luggage tag and then just go and hand in your bag to an agent. Soooo easy. Then no ones in line forever. I was very impressed with the little extra amount of leg space that is not always on most planes. The flight wasn't very full and the crew was kind and generous with a couple of us wanting to switch our seats around. The tvs in the back of the headrest definitely kept me occupied watching New Girl. Overall, I was very comfortable and got to my destination without getting upset or angry once...which can't be said for all airlines.
Cons: The security line for united in Newark was RIDICULOUS! It didn't take very long to get through...maybe 30-45 minutes (which I planned for) but the line snaked through two floors and wrapped through the check in area. It just looked incredibly daunting. But I realize that there isn't really much that can be done about that!
Pros: Professional and compassionate handling of medical emergency. Did not mind the flight diversion to Salt Lake City. Captain kept us fully informed as situation developed.
Cons: It never happened!
Cons: Extremely long delayed flight and was highly disappointed by the I was treated as a disabled valued customer. They keep changing the departure time's, I was left sitting in the wheel chair for several hours without any attendant checking on me, had nothing to eat nor drink for several hours, due to the fact that the attendants was extremely too busy or unavailable.. Thus far I have not received my compensation for my flight from Newark, NJ, to Atlanta, GA. I am requesting a compensation. Thanks. Respectfully, Cynthia Lopez
