We had to take the train to our next gate but had time to eat a meal. When to our next gate and asked employee about gate and got informed that gate had been changed so back on train to next gate. So thankful she was there and informed us of gate change. Because of the issue the boarding was slow but employees were there and busy helping all and keeping it organized.
The crew the employees were friendly and excellent. There was a problem with the plane and they had workers there immediately working on it. They made sure the people that had immediate connects knew what gates they had to get to and had them leave the plane first. Very thoughtful.
Very pleasant and the flight felt like it went by quick
All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.
It is very bad they do not give you money back
They lost our bag and it took them days to find it. Terrible communication and lots of lies about where it was. Their system hasn’t merged with Hawaiian yet they route people on shared flights with Hawaiian, creating an administrative nightmare.
Flight was about 30 minutes delayed. All staff were friendly and professional while keeping us updated.
Major flight delays, it was a 1.5-hour delay. The gate kept changing about 3 times in Seattle. very hectic and chaotic.
More leg room in back seats. Can you require people to smell good on planes? ha ha Staff was great! Plane was comfortable. I enjoyed the movies and TV. Smooth take off and landing.
The only problem was the time delay. Kudos to the counter agent in Seattle. Very helpful and gracious.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
Everything was good except when we're on a 6 hour flight at dinner time and all they offer as part of the fare are little bags of junk food, it's disappointing. Bring back food service without an added price.
Left on time and arrived early this extending our 31 minute transfer. Bags made it also!
Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!
Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
