Cons: "The flight attendant could not serve coffee or tea due to "no potable water" onboard! The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

Cons: "Enhanced security procedures are onerous and caused the flight to be delayed 20+ minutes. Too many TSA staff at PLN doing too many things horribly inefficiently. Extra precautions (testing a Ziploc bag of cookies and several chocolate bars for explosive materials) did not make me feel safer or less inconvenienced by the theatrics of security."

Cons: "Once beverage service was complete, flight attendants retreated to the back of the plane. On a 4-hour flight, it would have been nice to have someone come by and ask if we needed anything, such as water, coffee, or juice. Granola bar was good."

Cons: "We initially were put on a plane with defective air conditioning.... it took 90 minutes to finally decide to put us on another plane. The older planes have hardly any room under the seat in the isle seats."

Cons: "Flight was delayed from leaving the gate due to a fuel manifest needing to be signed. My baggage was really mauled ( by TSA or by Delta baggage handlers, I don't know). One zipper on a compartment was totally torn off. Another zipper was missing its pull and was difficult to open."

Cons: "Staff is ticketing were unhelpful in straightening out Boarding process. I ask for help and the agent came over and read the computer screen to me as if that was all he was there for."

Cons: "The fact that seats could not be reserved ahead of time. Having them assigned at the gate is illogical and does not reward the passengers who reserve / check ahead of time. Additionally, it creates unnecessary rush at the gate."

Cons: "The process of checking was very poor. One line was serving all of the Delta flights. Agents were very slow. Even when they started to serve my flight with priority still no impruvment. The agent who served me was so lost that he could not find the page with my picture and name in my passport!!!"

Cons: "The seats were not comfortable. I was in general boarding but I was still disappointed with the seats. Hard to stay comfortable during a 3 hour flight. Cabin temperature was a bit cool for my liking."

Pros: "We were late leaving and missed our very tight connection at JFK. When we went to an agent we found we had been already rebooked on another flight through Detroit arriving 2.5 hours later than original. Our luggage was also rerouted to follow our flights and was there in Phoenix!"
Cons: "45 minutes is too tight a connection in JFK when you have to change terminals even if the flight were on time!"
