Cons: Our flight from Cancun to Tijuana would not let us on the plane because we went to get something to eat after we had checked in and the Stuart at the gate said we were too late to board when we still had 35 minutes before the plane was scheduled to take off

Pros: We were in coach and the crew made us feel like it was business class!

Cons: I requested a seat with extra legroom due to a medical condition over a month before the flight. I was not granted my request and was in pain for most of the flight.

Pros: Boarding was very efficient. Flight attendants were helpful and kind and seemed to care.

Cons: We booked basic seats knowing we might not sit together however we did not know they would separate children. They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo.

Pros: Crew was good, plane was new. More room under Seats than most planes. Seemed you could avoid carry-on a bit easier. Prompt with checked bags.

Cons: They didn't open check baggage desk until 2 hours Prior to flight. Many folks didn't understand that.

Pros: One member of the crew was positive and energetic. The flight was short and the pilot was light-hearted and welcoming.

Cons: Most of the crew was “blah” and one member seemed like she was having a bad day. Short with passengers. The seats are uncomfortable.

Cons: The plane was delayed 4 hours, they charged me $40 for a carry on. This is a bad airline

Pros: Movie selection was excellent. The package of peanuts was pretty small.

Also, your seats were uncomfortable and you charge $60 for checked baggage never in my life have i had to pay that much. Cons: The prices for the flights are deceptive. You pay extra for EVERYTHING! Seat assignment, drinks, luggage, additional weight for luggage I’ve 22 lbs. a real ripoff compared to other airlines. Plus, they wouldn’t give us boarding passes for the leg from Guadalajara to Oaxaca in Oakland so we missed that flight and had to buy tickets on another airline.

Pros: The crew seemed tired and we were delayed but they managed to keep smiling and comforting passengers on our delayed red eye flight.

Cons: The ground agents were rude and threaten us we needed to pay once we got to the gate we didn’t have too. Overall after being delayed the crew was great at smiling and they were great to passengers.
