Cons: Flight delayed for one hour which caused us to miss our train. We had the longest check-in queue in the world although we have already checked in online and had our boarding passes in advance. Snack on board was a poor piece of biscuits

Pros: Food was quite good, and they were great about continually offering beverages throughout the flight.

Cons: Made me go through security twice, 2nd time was right before boarding. Reason: randomly selected. And, they lost my luggage. No valid explanation given. Apparently, will get delivered on next day’s flight. A disappointing experience.

Pros: The service and food are always fantastic. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The ticket price was fantastic too!

Cons: Service desk personnel at the gate were very helpful and attentive. The plane was only 1/2-2/3 full, which made boarding quicker. The food was tasty and coffee was great! We were also offered juice twice during the flight. Bathrooms were clean. Since the plane wasn't full, they weren't dirty even at the end of the flight. I brought my own headphones, but the stewards provided them if you need them. My one big complaint was that our seats did not recline, thus making any kind of shut-eye near impossible. Our plane left and hour late, but the pilots stepped on the gas and we got in on time!

Pros: TV series “The Name of the Rose” that I really wanted to watch for some time

Cons: Water, water, water... I almost died from dehydration

Cons: The only company that constantly delays flights. Narrow and uncomfortable places in the business class. They waited 4 days for the suitcase! They are not responsible for receiving compensation for the delay in suitcases! Where to write and call?

Pros: Crew was amazing.

Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable, no air controller and the TV screen with the flight information was right in front of us. Even the flight attendants couldn’t turn it off and it was so bright making it difficult to sleep.

Pros: Economy Plus is great (I’m 6’10”) & had plenty of legroom! Good food, great service, nice entertainment package and got to stay in SAS lounge until boarding!

Cons: They need to serve drinks with ice! US passengers need ice in their drinks!

Pros: Seat was comfortable. Entertainment was great. The service by the crew was great.

Cons: It would have been nice if the armrest went as far back as the seat. Flying with my partner, she doesn’t sleep well on planes unless she can completely lean on me. The armrest between our seats only retracted to the upright seat level.

Cons: No entertainment options on plane. Possibly due to 737maxs being taken out of service.

Cons: I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax.

Pros: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Cons: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Cons: Airport in Vienna was pretty disorganized. Several people from several flights had to be pulled out for additional screening that should have been done earlier. Passengers were confused and frustrated

Cons: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Cons: Nothing. The plane was clean, everything was on time, and everyone was polite and professional.

Pros: Amazing flight , crew excellent , good food. Definitely I will travel again with Austrian Airlines

Pros: I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful.

Cons: Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also.

Cons: Don’t tell passengers they can make a transfer flight supposed to leave in 20 minutes because the first flight was late, and then have the plane leave without the passengers who sprinted through the airport after having to go through customs and security again.
