Cons: "This was a flight to Morocco. The first leg was thru Jet Blue to JFK. The second Royal Maroc to Casablanca. I had contacted Royal Maroc about excess and overweight baggage (the ticket was purchased here). I was told no problem pay for it upon check in. At check in I was not allowed to bring the extra baggage. I had originally told Maroc that it would be two boxes. It ended up being one. Jet Blue said I was not permitted to bring a box or a 4th piece of luggage. No feasible solution was offered other than to drive to JFK (10 hours from RDU). I would have needed to check in in less than 8."

Cons: "Jetblue cancelled the flight 1 hour prior to departure. I had ordered a pkg through Kayak and had a departing flight to Asia from NYC leaving 2 hours after arrival. Instead of booking me on another flight that night to NYC, Jetblue rebooked my ticket for two days later. Even though I shared that we had prepaid the hotel stay and would lose that time in addition to a shortened trip, Jetblue did nothing to help. We were beyond devastated. We found our own ticket to NYC from Delta without help from Jetblue. This experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and destroyed my preference for Jetblue."

I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful."

When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Cons: "Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."

That then was delayed another 4 hours and I had to buy a rental car to drive home instead. Thus far they have been unresponsive in getting me a refund for my travel. Don't fly Delta."

Those families bring kids, screaming kids to a section filled with higher fare paying customers. The FA in my section had such big hips, that she knocked my shoulder EVERYTIME she walked by. Not only that, everytime she did the courtesy reach over to grab empty cups from the middle seat, she hit me with her trash bag. Woulda been fine had I been awake, but I was trying to sleep in between the bouts of screaming from the devil possessed kids."

There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

Cons: "When i originally boarded the flight i notices that the person next to me was an obese person that was taking over half of my seat when i went to the flight attendant and informed her she said she might not be able to do anything cause the flight was full. When door was about to close i noticed an empty seat and took. The thing that upset me is if there not been an empty seat i would have had to seat in a seat where there was no space and still would have paid the same as a person that is taking part of my seat and the flight attendant didbt even seem to care."

Cons: "My flight we canceled to LGA due to "weather". Every other airline had flights going to New York on schedule. To me, the reason was unbelievable. I was moved to a flight 12 hours later, at 540am. Not only was my flight time changed but I was now flying into a completely different airport. I had to stay in a hotel and pay $70 because United doesn't pay for a hotel if the cancellation is due to weather. I am outraged by this sudden change in plans. I will never fly United again and I will spread the word to everyone I know."

Cons: "-Flight was 2 hours delayed getting to the gate because they kept saying they were "bringing it from the hangar." Does it really take 2 hours to bring a plane from the hangar? And why didn't they bring it before our scheduled departure? -Flight was then delayed another 1.5 hours because the fueler put too much fuel on the plane so we had to wait for them to send out another fueler to take fuel off. -Meanwhile, I was late for work and almost got fired because of this mistake. -They then proceeded to put my luggage on the wrong airplane so once we landed I had to wait another 1-2 hours for my luggage to arrive. -Meanwhile, all gate attendants had terrible attitudes when dealing with customer. I will never fly United again."

Our boarding passes were not ready, we had to stand in the Frontier check-in line which wasn't necessary at all, only because they screwed up for the 4th time. Through the whole process I had to call Kiwi and Kayak multiple times! Never, and I mean Never use Kiwi through Kayak at all!!!!"

Pros: "We flew from Denver to the east coast and back. Both flights arrived early to the airport."
Cons: "The flight from Philly to Denver was was 45 minutes early so we had to sit on the Tarmac and wait for a jetway to open up. Instead of getting to Denver so quickly, the time could have been better spent trying to avoid turbulence. Both flights were incredibly bumpy to the point of nausea. It did not seem like they tried to avoid the turbulence by changing altitude or going around it as other airlines I have blown do. There is no entertainment. You have to buy anything beyond a cup of water."

Cons: "Everything else. The gate agents in Atlanta were nice. But the flight was delayed on the way out due to maintenance - Frontier contracts out their maintenance - so then we switched to a different plane. I was more than an hour late to my meeting in New York. Even The flight attendants were rude - they wouldn't even give me a cup of water after I had run to a different terminal and back trying to catch a different flight out. The flight back was even worse. Again, we were delayed. And the flight attendants were rude. I've flown probably around 200 flights in my life. These two flights were without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had."

Cons: "As I was arriving to the terminal they were calling for the last boarding call, the terminal ended up being right around the corner. I got on the plane and looked at the time and it was 7:30 and the plane wasn't scheduled to leave until 7:45. I had to pay for my bag to be checked or else I would have had to pay for a carry on bag that doesn't go under the seat. To keep costs down I was ok and understanding until I got onto the plane and saw how cramped it was. The seats were so close together that we couldn't recline. I can deal with entertaining myself but requiring the people to be sitting straight up for the entire flight is not right. If it was a short flight then sitting up wouldn't be so bad, however it was close to four hours and those seats were very uncomfortable. The beep that usually comes on when the captain turns off the seat belt light kept going off. It would be understandable if an announcement was going to take place or the seat belt light changed. However it would go off and I would look and couldn't figure out a reason we were all of a sudden alerted, so it was very difficult to get any type of rest in the uncomfortable conditions. I left confused as to why I was required to spend money for a possible carry on that went above in the plane when I was so cramped."

IS YOUR COMPANY SO INCOMPETENT THAT IT CAN'T FIND THAT ONE CRUCIAL CREW MEMBER WHO IS NEEDED TO FLY OR DO YOU NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY YOUR CREW MEMBERS A DECENT SALARY THAT THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO COME TO WORK."

Cons: "If I knew ahead of time the type of service Frontier offers, I would've just paid extra for a different airline. At least I would've been happier with better service. Every Feontier employee I came into contact with was either jaded or grumpy as if hey hated their jobs, which made the experience even worse. All of my flights were delayed for whatever reason, and dealing with the staff made the experience that much worse. Most of them were so rude! I can't see how this airline exists!"

You'd be better off paying a little extra for a southwest or delta flight know what you're paying for UPFRONT, and it will be a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience. DONT FLY FRONTIER"

You have be very self disciplined to NOT have costs added to you. But atleast I like that we have a choice but a very HARD one to make."

I felt annoyed and went a way with the feeling. I am NEVER going to fly frontier. Although I might fly frontier in the future that might be my last resort and will try to Avoid it as much as I can."
