Cons: "I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Cons: "I was sitting in a "Delta Comfort+" seat in an exit row. The extra legroom was nice, but the tray table was so far forward I could hardly reach it, and there was no armrest on the window side. The seat covers appeared to be heavily worn, with tears and padding falling out in some places."

The staff kept coming around with water and asking if there was anything else we needed. They gave free blankets. The lavatories were a little larger and more well lit than other airlines."

Cons: "Boarding is ridiculous. Everyone who is not some kind of VIP is asked to line up and is treated like cattle. 5-feet tall woman holds above her head a sign with the zone currently boarding. Nobody can hear or see anything. Why not use the big LCD displays at the gate??? In the plane they had to restart the computer system as some TVs were not working and it took longer than they said. Toilets were kind of stinky and I could smell them from my seat on row 26. Blankets are way too thin for the blasting AC."

Cons: "This was the fourth first class leg of our overall trip and the first three flights on Delta were great. The attendants were pleasant and even fun. I have allergies and requested a special meal on all legs. No problem on the first three flights. All attendants approached me to confirm my allergy and the special meal. They were very polite. But on this flight, the attendant didn't speak with me about it at all. She tried to give me the regular meal. When I explained I needed an allergy free meal (mind you this was first class), I was told I could not get it and got no apology or other accommodation. Her attitude was take it or leave it. I found this interesting since on two of the other flights an announcement was made about another passenger with an allergy to peanuts so no one could have them on the flights and the attendants were very concerned."

Cons: "Again, Kayak should allow at least 2 hours of transfer time when booking flights through LAX. I had to go from one terminal to another AND go through immigration and security. In order to make sure I had enough time to make the connecting flight, I didn't check in my luggage which lead to me having to minimize liquids and pastes in my luggage (no vanilla extract or tequila). Also while making the transfer I felt rushed and stressed out. I might search for tickets using Kayak but I would not buy tickets directly from Kayak if my route involves a transfer at an airport that I am not familiar with."

Cons: "My seat's video monitor didn't work properly, despite crews attempts to reset it. Movie or anything was frozen at the advertisement. Worst part of flight was no ones fault--heavy snow conditions caused 1 1/2 hour back-up for de-icing. Only other complaint I also noticed on my last Delta flight--the volume on the captain's announcements needs to be turned up. Hard to hear much of what he said. His explanation of de-icing, and how it might cause an odor or even haziness in the cabin was very helpful so that I didn't worry when the odor happened. I do like Delta very much."

AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays."

When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."

Cons: "When I landed in San Francisco, my ticket did not have a gate number on it. My layover was only 55 minutes long so I knew I needed to get straight to my gate. I looked at the screen of departures. The screen said Eugene was at gate 72. I rushed to gate 72 to find that on display screen for gate 72, it said boarding for passengers to Orange County. I then walked to information. The gentleman at information wrote down that my gate was gate 67. I hurried to gate 67 (with only 15 minutes until boarding for my flight began). At gate 67 I asked a United Airlines worker if I was at the correct gate. He said no, my gate was 72. I explained to him I was just there. He was very rude and said if I did not want to believe him, that's fine. I said no, I believe you, I just want to be certain I am going to the correct place as I should be boarding very soon. I started running back to gate 72. On my way I stopped at the United Airlines customer service desk and encountered yet another rude United Airlines associate named Irada. She told me I needed to wait my turn in line and could not help me, even though I needed to be boarding soon. I ran back to gate 72 and the board said Eugene. I asked a pilot who was sitting down on break about the reasoning behind the boards and he helped me. A pilot whose job is not at all in customer service was the one who helped while those with the job in customer service were rude. I was very exhausted and upset with the confusion and noone willing to help. I do not believe I will be flying with United anymore if associates who are supposed to be helpful are not."

We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross. And of course the food was gross...but that's to be expected, I guess."

Then they rebooked me on a flight that had an additional connect and arrived 4 hours later then expected. By the time I got to my new flight gate- it was delayed so would miss my next connecting flight. Long story short it's 3 hours past when I was suppose to leave and settled for s flight to PDX tonight getting in at midnight. My friend From eugue is picking me up in Portland tomorrow. It has been an unsuccessful flight. Almost cancelled and went home......"

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours to start. Airline refused to give a reason! Finally it was operations. Then first officer times out, another 2 hour delay and instead of being proactive and having a Captain standing by because he was heading to time out we had another delay. Frontier has terrible gate agents who don't care. My flight that was to arrive at 10:55 PM arrived at 3:30 AM so I lost a day of work, had to cancel a meeting and lost an entire day because of Frontier's operations? Sounds like a poorly run airline who touts being low cost who nickel and dimes me to death. I WILL NEVER come back."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seating, too crowded."

Cons: "The cost of the carry on luggage was close to the same as the cost of the flight. I do not appreciate that level of surprise extra cost, as it was not highlighted at the time of purchase! When we decided to save $5 per piece of luggage and check our bags, the check in attendant threw our bags onto the conveyor belt haphazardly with little regard for what may have been in them. The seats on the plane did not recline and were very uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied, and will avoid flying with Frontier Airlines in the future."

Cons: "Arrived well before the flight to check bag which I paid $35 (highest rate for check in bag yet-compared to other airlines). Took over an hour to check bag as there was one person checking bags at DIA. The other employee was assigned to the customers who had paid a premium fee. Many of the customers left the long lines and went to curb side to check their bags. When I arrived at gate, flight was delayed. I got on the plane and into my seat. Unfortunately, I was not paying attention and sat in 8F, not 8E. There was a woman and her daughter who came on late and they gave 8E to the daughter. Moments later a woman, came and asked me to show my boarding pass. I took out my phone but forgot I had switched it to airplane mode as we were due to leave. In a full flight, the woman (Robin), started telling me that I was on the wrong flight and that I was on the later flight. I couldn't bring up my seat assignment because I was frazzled and embarrassed as she insisted I get up and leave with her. I thought we were going out to check my assignment, but when I got out to the gate, I realized that the plane was leaving. Robin and the crew realized they had made a mistake and told me the only thing they could do was get me on the 10 p.m. flight out of Denver. Never have I been treated so poorly. All someone had to do was ask my name which did not happen until I was totally humiliated as I struggled to get off the plane and was out at the gate. I was reimbursed my flight and was given a check and a $15 voucher for dinner which didn't cover my dinner. I took the later flight and arrived home at 0100 a.m. My husband had to come home from the coast (2 hour drive) to take care of our dogs who were waiting for me to come home to feed them and get them out of the heat."

Cons: "We were charger for soft drinks & no snacks"

Pros: "The flight left on time and arrived early."
Cons: "I didn't like that I had to pay for a carry-on and a seat assignment. And then to find out when on board, that I had to pay for any snack or beverage. Good thing I had a water in hand. I had flown Frontier many years ago when I received good service. This flight was just transportation....not a service oriented flight to get you to return. Also, we waited for 1/2 hour at baggage claim for our bags to finally appear..."

Pros: "We arrived early!"
Cons: "The $20 in extra charges for the most uncomfortable seats ever. I was also never made aware of the extra charges for carry on items. At least be up front about it. Made my round trip ticket almost $100 more in fees."

Cons: "Added cost just to get a window seat, carry on bags, and all food. Won't fly them again if I don't have to."

Pros: "The attendants made sure every one was comfortable before the flight took off, after the doors were close the offered open seats to customers that looked a bit crammed. They were very accommodating. I didn't eat any food, but it smelled amazing. I would definitely suggest Frontier to any one flying I know I will be booking with them again."
Cons: "The chairs weren't the most comfortable, luckily it wasn't a long flight. Is a bit much for checked in baggage. I understand charging for extra luggage but the first checked bag should be complimentary."

Pros: "Smooth flight, arrived early, fast boarding pricess."
Cons: "Everything was fine, no foodand only water for free, which was expected since rates are so low. So low score is only due to N/ A not being an option to rank."

Cons: "Delay after delay after delay. Took us TWENTY extra hours to get home. Missed work and caused huge inconvenience to family and friends. Terrible airline, terrible experience."

Cons: "The charges for sitting with the person I was flying with were unexpected as were the charges for the carry on baggage. I would prefer that the initial cost of the fights were indicative of what the flight would ultimately cost me so I could fairly compare them to other flights. On top of those pricing shenanigans the seats are smaller than average, do not recline at all and are generally uncomfortable and the tray tables are minuscule. I have told everyone I came into contact with during my trip and I will continue to tell anyone that will listen that I feel misled and taken advantage of by frontier airlines."

Pros: "The staff was very friendly. In fact on my return flight, one attendant recognized me by my jacket... It's covered in sequins so hard to miss. But still nice all the same"
Cons: "My flight was 3 hours delayed causing me to miss the entire reason for my trip. A surprise birthday get together."

Pros: "Boarding and arrival were easy. The only thing that improved my flight experience is that I was able to sleep."
Cons: "Cramped uncomfortable seats, the tray tables are about the size of a postcard, on top of fees that were not mentioned at all during my booking process (ie, carry on fee, you need to pay for -everything- on the flight including sodas/coffee/water they would give you for free on other airlines). I would suggest springing for a different airline at a higher cost because you'll be more comfortable and it'll end up costing you about the same in the end."

Cons: "All the extra charges for everything. The low rates are a scam. Could have paid the same or less on another airline and had comfortable seats. Very uncomfortable seats. Will try not to fly Frontier again!"

Pros: "The price is deceptively low. I avoided extra charges by not checking in until I was at the airport where a seat is automatically assigned and had all my clothes in one messenger bag. Avoiding interaction with their systems, last minute checkin, and one non-backpack/suitcase worked. It is like allegiant air = not clearly representative of costs."
Cons: "It was all about purchases. I thought I might get charged for a cup of water, but I was not. She said there are no refills. I could have insisted but I did not."

Pros: "Leg room!!! And my flight arrived early."
Cons: "No one informs you of all the charges that will be tacked on... Your seat, leg room, carry on. The staff were awful both ways. No one ever came back to my seat after their first round- so I had to get up and find a place to put my trash. The staff were completely unfriendly. The flight might be cheap- but you have to deal with subpar employees!"

Pros: "Overall it was a good experience. The crew was very nice and attentive to my needs. The boarding process was very smooth."
Cons: "The seats don't recline and since this was a night flight that was a drag. The tray table is not big enough to really work so with out being able to work or sleep it was not conducive to being a great experience and there was no free radio. So I rated the entertainment as boring. The reason I said the food was poor was I didn't feel like $2 for a Diet Coke was a value so I had water. The water was bottled and good so I went up to a mediocre."

Cons: "We felt Frontier used the old "bait and switch" routine on us. We weren't aware to reserve a seat we had to pay an additional fee. We also were not informed that even one checked bag would cost us extra. Last, the baggage charge from Denver to Portland was $40 for one bag but on the return trip it was $30. Did we get ripped off in Denver??"

Pros: "No frills flying but it was fine. It was completely clear at booking and online check in that it costs for carry on bags."

Cons: "Canceled flight for weather. Stayed on line for 30 minutes to talk to someone who couldn't rebook me for a week and gave me a number for the airport desk so I wouldn't have to drive there but that number circled back to the one I just called, so I drove to the airport where no one was at the desk for an hour and again couldn't rebook OR give me a refund. Back home then for more calls. Entire trip was cancelled and ruined. Never have been treated like this by reputable airline where I could have been rerouted or offered a next day flight or switch to another airline."

Pros: "That we landed safely in the end."
Cons: "almost the entire flight had various levels of turbulence- no real announcements about it to ease passengers. Floors where a little dirty and of course the fact that the seats are tiny and you are in a 90 degree up-right position doesn't help. I think I saved $50 - but none of it was worth it - I'll be back to Delta from now on."

Cons: "The extra $100+ to bring one small bag and have a seat. Especially when advertised as $40 one way. Cost $350 round trip in the end."

Pros: "The plane got me to my destination safely. Cute animals on the tail. Free reading light mounted above seat. Free seatbelt."
Cons: "Paying money to reserve normal seats so I could sit next to my wife. Paying money for a carry on. Not getting refunded for the carry on we paid for in advance but didn't use. Not getting offered water on the flight.\ People on the flight not letting people with tight connections off first, even though crew had told them to. Air vent was way weak. Long pitch for their branded credit card."

Pros: "No frills Flights were efficient and pleasant staff at check in and on board."

Cons: "What is there to like people are crammed in like a can of sardines. For a guy of my size there was no room for anything the tray table was bs is so small a can of pop had no room to sit. The whole charge for checked bags OK I understand but for a carry on also who does that this is the only flight I've ever seen that's charges for a carry on. It took 45 min to get my luggage which is not OK way too long for making people wait for there stuff. Btw I'm never going to fly Frontier ever again and I'm going to tell friends and family to never fly with Frontier such a horrible experience......."

I wouldn't even wish Frontier Airlines on people I dislike! I hope they fail and go out of business! THEY DESERVE IT!!!!"

Cons: "Maybe I haven't flown for a while but there is no longer any comfort on these flights. No room, no snack, no drink, no reclining seats... just sardines in the sky."

Cons: "The most uncomfortable seats in the sky. Charging for carry-ons and even sodas seems very "cheap". The only thing provided in your fare is an uncomfortable seat, a seat belt and free cups of water. Unless it's some sort of evacuation, they'll NEVER see me again."

And who is to say what my own standards are? I never heard that part before and it was insulting to them and to the passengers. If you have to cut corners by not getting and paying for a professional cleaning crew, why would we believe that safety is a priority and that you don't cut many other corners for a bottom line profit. And what kind of creepy crawlers were we sitting in if the last passengers had the job of cleaning the cabin sprung on them in the end ? If this is our responsibility, give us some informed consent before we get on your plane. Yuck."

Pros: "The flight and the crew were excellent! Check in, boarding, crew service during the flight, and disembarking were perfectly handled."
Cons: "The fees for anything additional to the regular flight are enough to make me think twice about flying Frontier on a longer vacation. Also, I'm not overly tall, but I found the leg-room to be very lacking!"
