WiFi and more free snacks especially with all the delays that has been happening
Entertainment did not work. Could not check in online for some reason.
Crew are clearly stressed, not the best group on our flight.
The planes are CRAMPED for sure.. you know this. Seems like you're nickeling and diming us to make money... pay to board first? Pay to upgrade, Pay for luggage... this is getting ridiculous. No wonder why people fly Southwest...
The two flight attendants in this flight were quite good, Lindsey and Mike. They did a great job being proactive and engaged appropriately.
Delayed over 6 hours for a mechanical issue. They had to fly mechanics in to fix the problem because there are none in Aspen. I feel like we should all get half off when this happens. Ridiculous.

Pros: "Watch movies, charge your phone, play games, and snack away after meals. Had an excellent flight. I have to say that the crew made the experience very relaxing. Departure and arrival were as stated, maybe a few minutes over, but it is not like JAL can control the weather. Great experience overall!"

Pros: "Started when 7 am flight from Knoxville was delayed - multiple times until finally at 4 PM there were no options. Nobody with AA saying a single word all this time even when asked. Finally called their customer service line only to learn that I could get on another flight that left in a few minutes. Door was still open but gate agent argued with the lady on 800 line about who could ticket faster. By time they finished arguing the door closed. That began a 14 hour nightmare of bumping between flights and delays and the inevitable lost luggage. Paid for $300 hotel room at Vancouver that I will get to stay in for 4 hours. Will NEVER fly American again"

Cons: "The weather was bad in Dallas preventing our landing. Our plane had to be diverted to be refueled which caused us to miss our connecting flight. There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."
