Smaller plane less roomy. Snack options limited. I understand it may be due to was a short flight. Gates for connecting flight was a hike.

When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

This flight was changed twice, the first time I received an email notification telling me the new flight was an hour later. When I got my check-in email 24 hours before my trip was to begin I noticed the arrival time for my return flight had been changed again, this time arriving another hour later. I received no notice for this change. Other than a shuttle service, there are no late night public transit options from the Victoria airport into town--a 25 minute drive. I was left with 10 minutes between the late arrival of my flight to claim my bags, clear customs and try to make the last shuttle. I specifically purchased my ticket so I would have plenty of time to make this connection. I missed it and wound up having to take a $60 (not including tip) taxi to get into town. Changing my itinerary to arrive 2 hours later without notifying me is unacceptable. I've never had any pot-purchase itinerary changes happen to me on Alaska Airlines, which also has regular service between Seattle and Victoria. I'm inclined to make sure I always use them from now on."

Check in was very horrible. A lady named Biko ( a supervisor was extremely rude and very mean to passengers. I and a few other passengers almost missed our flight due to lack of professionalism. When I reserved and paid for my ticket, I had requested wheelchair assistance due to severe nerve pain going down my legs from my hips making it very difficult for my to walk. I politely informed the BA agent that was attending to me that I did not check prior to coming to the airport but to verify that my request was active since I used it when I came but to my surprise, Ms Buki said that I was young and did not look like I needed a wheelchair and actually accused me of lying. She also refused to pull up my original ticket as proof when I asked her to as her to. After all said and done, I made my flight just in the nick of time. After going through all this, I arrived Seattle but none of my 4 checked luggages made it. I went back to the airport 24 hrs later and waited for 3 more flights to come in and nothing came in. I have both medical things and lots of sun dried food items that I spent a lot of money on purchasing and preparing/ packaging to meet travel requirements and so on. Now they may all spoil due to this delay. My hand luggage that I was forced to check in at the last minute has my meds too. Please help. I also hope that there will be adequate compensations too. Cons: "1.Outdated website information: I have a small travel guitar that fits in the overhead bins and I always take it with me when I travel, with no issues. It counts as my overhead carry-on. I checked the British Airways website prior to leaving the U.S. and it said small instruments were okay. I was able to board from San Jose, USA, with no issues. However, I was told at Heathrow that no stringed instruments were allowed at all, under no circumstances, ever, no matter the size, even Business Class, even First Class, even if other airports were not enforcing the rules. The rules that ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE 2. Poor customer service: Due to the above, at Heathrow airport, I had mixed signals everywhere and had to check-in THREE times, twice to oversize, I was sent back and forth all over the place, finally having to go all the way through the airport to pay to have my item boxed. Most of the folks along the way were extremely unpleasant and rude and acted as if it was the craziest thing in the world that I would have a carry-on travel guitar. TRAVEL guitar, small, not full size, not needing any special treatment. Most of the agents, who knew I was struggling with this, did not help me, for example, I had to wait in line all over again, twice! There was one woman that tried to help me and put me to the front of the line on one occasion and the last agent was helpful as well. I did not get any names, which I should have, because at the end, I FINALLY had those two staff members who helped me (see liked comments). I still had to check my box, but the final agent really went out of her way to make me feel better about the experience because she could see that I was given the runaround. But the folks at Oversize and the pre-Security line, were absolutely horrible and rude. No excuse for it at all. None."

Cons: "luggage overhead stuffed with jackets and small shopping bags. I travel with a slightly larger than average daypack. I tried to rearrange bags and coats quickly in the overhead to fit my pack but with people waiting behind me to get to their seats, I just decided to stuff my pack under the seat. It was sticking out a bit but the FAs didn't notice (or ignored it). I've heard recently on some flights that the FAs ask passengers to hold onto their coats until boarding is complete. Afterwards the FAs took about 90 seconds to walk the aisle and place coats in the overhead by passenger request in front of the luggage. I find this an efficient way for boarding to move a little quicker and get more luggage (and probably the same number of coats) in the overhead."

The two flight attendants in this flight were quite good, Lindsey and Mike. They did a great job being proactive and engaged appropriately.
For a delayed flight, and one that most choose because of the amenities, no one apologized for the lack of amenities. A simple, “we are truly sorry” announced to everyone would have gone miles. Instead, the crew kept trying to almost conceal the total lack of available entertainment and even feign like it might “sort of work” until the last minute. I was traveling with my life partner, who intended upon and did work the whole flight (despite zero internet, even for the little time avail that we are aware of when traveling to/from PR), but also with a just turned 6 year old who had been looking forward to using “his own” screen for the last 2 weeks. Underwhelming to say the least. The crew’s apathy didn’t help.

There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."

We had to yell to talk to the person next to us cause it was so noisy. Then apparently the folding stairs from inside the plane we not working correctly and maintenance had to be called in. The repair guy worked on it for about 15 min and got the stairs to fold down. Then we waited another 30-45 min for someone to "sign off" on the repair that was done to the stairs. Well apparently that never happened, because they eventually lifted the stairs back into the plane and rolled up a ramp to the plane for passengers to enter, which had been sitting on the tarmac by the plane the entire time. So we're all wondering if they could just use the ramp instead of the stairs, why the HELL didn't they do that in the first place??? It would have saved us 40-50 minutes in extra delays !!!"

The man at the booth was very rude, telling us this was a curtosey and didn't have to rebook our flight. He also yelled at the passengers multiple times."

Made us go back to partner (JetBlue) airline in another terminal we'd just come from. After running 1/2 mile between 2 terminals in 90+ degree heat they booked us on the next flight which was again 60 minutes away. JetBlue said they could have just called them but them made us run around, literally. In the end the first flight was delayed and we could easily have made it as when we got to security we were the only people there. Took less then 5 minutes to get from check-in to terminal. Ridiculous amount of stress and run around for no reason. Don't expect good service from these guys in FTT!"

Flight was delayed To save time when the planes finally did arrive they must not have cleaned them - there were greasy forehead prints and hairs on my window. The plane seemed very run down. A couple of the staff were nice (professional only) but one woman at check in was very rude when I approached her to ask a question. Not worth saving a few bucks to be mistreated and so stressed."
