Cons: "Awful flight attendant that was rude in not passing a snack to us and then not handing a bottle of water to me when snacks were being stroked to the passengers. When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

Pros: "Cornell and Dorothy and the other flight attendants were the BEST! Cornell actually welcomed each passenger as they came onboard. Dorothy modeled the emergency info in such a graceful way... that you chose to pay attention because she made you feel secure. My colleagues and I have all agreed to fly Delta again ( specifically the Atlanta/ Milwaukee flight) Because of these courteous, caring, and professional people!"

When I asked about blanket, they didn’t look fir any & said they didn’t have any unopened. Upon leaving big plane, I saw a stack of about 5 packaged blankets in the front. Just rude & lazy older crew. Time for a different job fir them"

Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

When searching where to go at dallas ft.worth (DFW) airport to check in for our alaskian airlines flight the website sold us to go to terminal E 18 where they are, but when we arrived we were in fact flying out of a completely different terminal A, not having enough time to check our bags and missing the flight."

There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."

Then we got to the Hotel and they gave our room to someone else, so we had to wait 6 hours to get in A room, not the $100 room which we booked. American Airlines is fine, Wyndham Hotel screwed us. I paid $200 for 1 night."

Cons: "I had one small bag and just did the economy and was going to put it under the seat. The guy at the checkin did not allow my bag and made me check it EVEN THOUGH it fit in their mock tray. He said I squeezed the sides 1 inch and that it just need to go in the tray by gravity. That is complete BS. As long as it fits under the seat and I am not putting my feet in others space thats is all that matters. Check in people at least one guy in Denver needs to be retrained."

We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross. And of course the food was gross...but that's to be expected, I guess."

The gate agent told us all to head to United customer service. There I received RUDE, poor excuse of a "service" only to be told they don't give refunds at the counter as we were told by the gate agent. So do that on your own time. THEN I had to buy my bus ticket and spend 1.5-2hrs on top of already waiting 1.5hrs for the flight that got canceled. HORRIBLE. Will never fly United again. Did i mention upon my arrival home I found out American was WIDE open seat wise to chicago?? And no one checked for me!"

Cons: "In Houston, At the gate with my ticket in hand, I was told I was not on the flight and would have to be scheduled on the next flight. The boarding pass in my hand matched the flight and time with the seat I picked out online when I purchased the ticket. Then a bad storm went through and many flights were cancelled. (Not the fault of United of course). About 9 hours later with a new boarding pass, I went to the gate to board and was told once again that I was not on that flight even though I was holding a new boarding pass!! What is going on here!? How can this happen twice to the same person, let alone happen at all??!"

Cons: "No fast menu foods in madison. I honestly wanted a day did burger for the first time ever but had to head to town first"

Cons: "I heard that this happens a lot with Frontier. Everyone arrived about 2 hours before the flight before receiving the notification of the delay. The pilot announced he was contacted last minute in Denver to fly to Vegas and cover the flight."

Cons: "Delayed bording time by over 1/2 hour, 4 crying babies, snippy/jerky flight crew and check in personel also charged me $75 on top of the $45 bag charge on my originating flight because my bag was 8 lbs too heavy, yes a whopping 58 whole lbs."

Pros: "Even though plane on tarmac for 20 min, made time up in the air for an on time arrival"
Cons: "Flight has attendant had very negative attitude, smart mouth remarks and seemingly did not want to be there or working at the time"

Pros: "This was the only flight out of 4 that the stewardess smiled and was helpful. Flight 160. I wanted to cry when I was actually treated like a person rather than a cattle call."
Cons: "I barely caught this flight as my connection was an hour late. I wished I had time to grab some food or drink. I went all day without anything but two small glasses of water (1 per flight). My anger though resides in my cheap 250 ticket actually ended up costing over 450. Traveling by air is becoming only for the elite of society. Next time I fly, I will travel with an airline that costs are upfront."

Cons: "I am a 75 year old female and I did not hear the overhead page for early boarding, as I am a little slower to get on the plane and would appreciate the extra time to get into my seat. When I went to board the plane (zone 3), another passenger and his girlfriend wanted to sit together and refused to move out of my window seat, even after I told the gentleman I paid for that seat, including extra ($6) for the window seat. I felt I was bullied me out of my seat that I paid extra money for and because then another passenger in the other row yelled at me to "sit down" so I would not hold up the other passengers from sitting down in their seats. I was forced to take the seat the gentleman's girlfriend must have had in the middle of the two other passengers in the other row across from where I was scheduled to sit. I know I could have called the airline stewardess but felt pressured to stay where I was because of the other passenger I had to sit next to who had yelled at me earlier. I wish there was more of an attempt to let elderly passengers board first."

Cons: "No food/snack included with fare"

Pros: "A bit annoying with add on fees. Just a bus ride basically."

Pros: "The crew was pleasant overall and my inflight experience was fine."
Cons: "The check-in process was terrible. I had checked in and had the tickets available on my phone but just needed to drop off a checked bag -- and it took over an hour and a half to do so! I was only able to drop off the bag when "last call" for my flight was announced. I arrived at 6:15am for an 8:35am flight and made it to the gate just in time for boarding. Unacceptable."

Cons: "The flight attendant talking throughout the entire flight. It was an early flight and wanted to sleep."

Cons: "All good! Want to fly Frontier in May if I can!!"

Cons: "The extra charges are ridiculous. I paid out close to $100 on top of the ticket charge. Ridiculous. Never again and I'm telling everyone I know. Unbelievable. I wish I had known more about it. Also, it's nearly impossible to talk to a person for information. I don't know how you stay in business, let alone try to expand.."

Pros: "cancelled our flight for 5 days and offered zero compensation"

Cons: "I left for the airport 2 hours before my flight because it takes 30 minutes to get there. My flight was on-time when I left for the airport. When I got to the airport it was cancelled. WTH! No weather issues in either the from or to location so not sure why there was not more advanced notice. HORRIBLY handled by Frontier. This has happened too many times and I will NOT be flying Frontier again. Terrible planes and very, very unreliable."

Cons: "We were delayed because of mechanical /electrical problems. They allowed passengers to get off the plane. They finally admit they can't fix it. Now we have to wait while the people who got off get their bags again. Then we have to switch dates. Our flight was supposed to land at 7:19 it was after 11 o'clock p.m. my mother had the same experience on Frontier on Wednesday flying out to Denver. Frontier needs to get their act together it will be a long time before I book with them again."

Cons: "Canceled flight and no flights till Friday [4 days away]. Frontier incompetence."

Pros: "The flight was exactly like any Delta or AA flight minus the frills at a very reasonable price. I added a bag & seat choice package for $100, but even with that additional cost my flight was $200 less than it would have been."
Cons: "The seats were pretty much very fancy, padded lawn chairs, and the tray tables that fold out from the arm rests are pretty much useless, but these are minor complaints compared to the value of the flight."

Cons: "I was notified about our flight delay this morning - at least six hours before boarding. There was no explanation of why, which doesn't always happen, but odd that alternate arrangements couldn't be made during that time. When it came to the planned boarding time, there was no update. The city name was removed from the board and a new one added. Still no update. We started boarding about 20 minutes after the delayed *departure* time. Passengers from the next listed flight kept shuffling in line, based on the confusion of the destination update displayed. It was a mess. Saving money on flights was not worth this hassle. Beyond the flight itself, here are some other gems of the experience: *upon arriving at the airport, at least half of the kiosks weren't working. There were hundreds of people in line, and five counters staffed. *when we arrived on our previous flight, we were early! However, there was a plane at our gate...and it had mechanical problems. We sat on the runway for at least half an hour."

Cons: "The $17 price for a seat when i checked in. Why would that not be part of the ticket price when i bought the ticket."

Cons: "I waited an hour and a half in line only to have the gate changed and for you to not let me on my flight. Horrible experience."

Cons: "Upon arrival, baggage took over 15 minutes to be available to passengers and it was at different carol that we were told on plane. Frontier flight from Madison to Denver a week earlier was late to board. Time was made up in flight only to remain on tarmac for an hour and twenty minutes. It seems there is a shortage of staff. Was not informed of additional charges for carry on baggage."

Pros: "Drinks."
Cons: "I don't like that they charge for everything. Seat assignment for two people traveling together, carry-on luggage and checked bags (note that checked is actually cheaper). They don't have gluten free food. In Madison, at a certain point there are no staff at the ticketing counter. They are at the gate and cannot help you."

Cons: "Don't mention a mechanical issue on a flight I just got off of, that's a little scary boarding the same plane. Tight, uncomfortable seats, no entertainment, only free water. Very poor, not the same Frontier I flew a few years ago."

Cons: "I was seated next to a lady with a dog. Why is a dog on the plane? She called it a service dog, not comfort dog. Had no identification collar stating either. I paid extra to sit closer to front of plane and this is what I get?? I have also have allergies so didn't appreciate being next to a dog. It sat on the ladies lap and looked at me with its tongue hanging out and panting while the lady slept the entire flight. Planes are full of germs already without adding the mess of a dog. Too many people are taking advantage of this whole comfort dog thing. New rules and regulations are needed. Snakes can get certified as comfort animals. What's to prevent someone from bringing such an animal for their comfort? When people board a plane it is expected that it will have human beings in it. Anything else should be known ahead of time. What about people allergic or afraid of animals. Please think of your paying customers first. My flight was $400. I should get better treatment than a $75 dog."

Cons: "Changed flight, Sat on runway for an hour. Missed my bus, had to wait 4 hours for another bus. Got all my stuff stolen while on the bus."

Pros: "We chose Frontier because it offered flights to and from our home airport at times that fit our schedule."
Cons: "I thought the price was competitive, but with all the extra charges, it certainly wasn't. When you check in you'll find that checked bags cost more than most other airlines. If you are bringing a carry on, that costs too. When you choose your seats, they cost extra. When you get on the plane you'll find cheaply made, narrow seats, with very little leg room. On top of that, the seats don't recline. Want a drink or a snack, even a small plastic cup of soda comes with a price. But to top it all off, one of our bags didn't arrive, and we're still working with Frontier to locate it and deliver it to us. I'll find an option other than Frontier when I fly again."

Pros: "Nothing, I was just glad it was over. The staff weren't awful but I had no interaction with them other than to day goodbye."
Cons: "First impression was that the tray table is the size of a hardcover book. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. The seats seemed like they might be doable but right away the armrest became a source of pain. After an hour in the seat of became a huge pain. By there time we landed another hour later my back and butt were very sore. I will not voluntarily ride in another am Frontier flight again."

Cons: "Frontier is now charging for seat selection, yet another hidden fee. Between the baggage fee for each leg of the trip and the seat selection, it was an additional $85."

Cons: "I couldn't check in early because you wanted to charge for the seat I already paid for. Then, you charged me for a carry on. Who doesn't have a carry on? The attendant at the gate was extremely rude. The seats were uncomfortable. The plane made a high pitch squealing noise that made it impossible to even talk with my husband. You charged me for carry on bags on the way home but not on the way there which made for a horrible surprise. I find charging for carry on bags appapalling. I paid hundreds of dollars for the flight and you can't even handle a carry on bag without charging me? I will never fly Frontier again and have already spread this around on Facebook."
