Pros: Nice staff
Cons: More Movies and TV shows

Pros: Nice staff
Cons: More Movies and TV shows

Pros: Crew took great care of us
Cons: The cabin was so hot it felt like there was no air conditioning. Please turn up the air conditioning (make it colder). Passengers feeling cold can use a blanket to stay warm. Passengers feeling warm have no solution. I was wearing just a T-shirt and was feeling so warm. Thank you

Pros: Delay of check in with upgrade

Pros: I volunteered when flight attendant asked if I would help in exit row responsibility.
Cons: I got SSSS on my boarding pass and was subjected to not one but TWO thorough searches at NRT and DFW!!! It was traumatic for me and when an explosives man came up, I was totally upset!!! Please explain what I did in purchasing the ticket that flagged me for this horrible search!!!

Pros: Crew was attentive and informative of delays
Cons: This was American Airlines .. my Bags came out late even though i was in Biz Class

Pros: The crew members polite and nice.
Cons: To time the food service more evenly. Left side passengers were served a meal and finished before the right side was served food.

Pros: crew was professional, attentive and polite

Cons: More movie selections

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Two choices of meal and friendlier staff. Props to JAL.

Pros: Service was excellent. Premium economy seats well worth the few extra $$.

Pros: Great crew! Easy transfer. Handled our luggage very well! Will fly again. Food was good!
Cons: More movie options would have been nice.

Pros: Friendly and helpful

Cons: Cancelled flight

Pros: Everything was excellent no complaints

Pros: The seating on this plane was super spacious and comfortable- leg and seats. Also the seatbelt gave real room. The plane was cleaned; crew friendly, food delicious- featuring semi- famous chefs and well ventilated.
Cons: Flights should enter from back to front that way you're not waking over people to get your seat.-

Pros: The staff are always very polite and professional. Food was fine (better the past years). Everything was punctual and orderly.
Cons: The seats were extremely uncomfortable. The gray ones were much better (San Diego to Narita) in comparison.

Pros: Able to watch Three Billboards, Darkest Hour, Shape of Water, Wonder, and list goes on and on.
Cons: The seats on the 787 were much more crowded than on the 767.

Pros: So cramped. Very uncomfortable flight.

Pros: Very clean and modern aircraft. Staff were friendly and attentive. They provided directions and a guide for travelers transitioning from domestic to international flights. Strongly recommend Japan Airlines.
Cons: Nothing, well done.

Pros: Ms Yoshinaga went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth for my experience.

Pros: Hostesses were very nice. Lot's of room in aisles.
Cons: Food was okay. Not a great choice of movies.

Pros: Crew was polite and courteous, spoke multiple languages, they came around multiple times to offer beverages, pilot/staff kept us informed about reason for delay to gate, arrived earlier than expected, usb charging available, bathroom was cleaned multiple times during flight, clean bathroom, and there were toothbrushes/sanitary pads available in the bathroom, and enjoyed that they had Haagen Daaz ice cream.
Cons: The pocket in front had no room to put a drink/bottle. Food was relatively better compared to other airlines but okay. Movie selection was good but compared to other airlines has less.

Pros: They did their best to put me pn another flight to Norfolk buf it wasn't straight through
Cons: Missing my last fight straight home because of very slow US Customs...)0

Pros: Seats were comfortable. Food was very good and snacks and drinks were offered frequently. Plenty of entertainment on the in-seat TV consoles. Gave me a pillow and blanket and the seat reclined a bit so I could sleep some. The airline staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: Nothing, it was a very positive experience.

Pros: Still, love JAL's customer service from the cabin crew. The flight attendants are always friendly, courteous and professional. They do a great job of meeting and exceeding passengers expectations
Cons: The cabin area was extremely warm; at one point, I had to take out the safety card and fan myself. There was no explanation why the approximately 5-hour flight was uncomfortably warm. During the flight, I woke up from a sound sleep because of the heat in the cabin.

Pros: There was more leg room than most airlines, friendly staff, and good movies and food selection.

Pros: Comfortable flight, polite crew, good selection of movies

Pros: Service was polite and efficient
Cons: Vegetarian food very difficult to book on JAL. Unlike most other major airlines they don't offer a vegetarian option routinely on their menus. Both I and another passenger who flew JAL the weekend before found the vegetarian food poor - very bland and too salty. The exact same menu all four times we flew. A pity as the rest of the service wa excellent. If JAL wishes to attract more international customers it would be a good idea for it to broaden its global perspective and provide better vegetarian options. I know others who've had similar concerns about other types of special meal.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Flight Delayed for almost an hour Luggage got delayed in Japan not received in VN till 2 days later Small seat -uncomfortable

Pros: Wonderful flight...so great getting premium economy...so comfortable...crew and food were great....one of the best long flights ever!

Pros: It was the best flight and airline I have flew so far. The crew was extremely professional and very helpful, the space between the sits was great and I didn't feel cramped into the sit like on any other airline. Food was excellent also!

Pros: We were coming back from treking in Nortwest Viet Nam. JAL upgraded us to business class (ie, sleeper bed) for the Ha Noi to Tokyo, and gave us good seats on to HNL. FOOD was the best. Next time we'll try HNL-SAI entry to Nam. The Boeing 787 was a great ride to/from Ha Noi, particularly with JAL service.

Pros: I liked everything about the flight service and attendants. The attendants were always respectful and smiling....

Pros: Our flight had a long delay, but one we were on board it was a short and smooth flight.

Pros: The crew were all exceptionally pleasant, helpful.
Cons: I didn't care at all for the food.

Pros: Couldn't ask for anything more than what was offered. Flying is never exactly a pleasant experience, but JAL makes it as painless as possible. Food was excellent and staff were extremely helpful and professional at all times.

Pros: I like the service of the Crew (very courteous, The Movies are new and my first time to view them, and the temperature and smell of the airplane is just right. Keep it up!
Cons: None

Pros: The service was excellent and the seats were really comfortable
Cons: The food choice was a bit poor

Cons: All passengers were onboard but the captain said that we need to go out and change to another airplane at different gate too (note: the changes made after passengers on board)

Pros: Good food, real silverware, blanket and pillow provided to economy class, crew offering water and tea through the cabin constantly but unobtrusively.
Cons: Long, long flight, not much leg room.

Pros: the crew was extraordinarily helpful in getting me through customs with my luggage which i was lead to believe did not need to be looked at in Tokyo because it was checked through to Osaka by finding me taking me back through customs and onto the flight in time for its departure. JAL's crews on both flights and the ground personnel were very courteous and always extremely helpful.

Pros: Great movie selection, food was decent, good beverage service, good temperature in the cabin, good leg room

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Vegetarian Food, inflight entertainment was horrible. Even the air hostess approach Was unexpect from JAL. If it was any American carrier it's expected to have such service.

Pros: Almost everything
Cons: Can't say because I was satisfied w/ my flight

Pros: Courtesy of crew members
Cons: No vegetarian food available

Pros: Booked the flight on Japanese Airlines and the Jal flight to Japan was fantastic.
Cons: What I didn't know was the Jal return flight to the US was operated by American Airlines. The flight was packed, my inflight entertainment was broken, my folding table was broken so all my meals had to be held up by my knees , and I had a kicking screaming baby seated behind me keeping me up the whole flight. The crew was very rude and irritated by the full flight so the service was also terrible. Never flying with AA again.

Pros: For a little bit more cost than regular airlines, JAL makes you feel like you are flying a better version of business, while still being in economy.
Cons: No complaints.

Cons: Flight from Taipei to Tokyo was delayed and ultimately cancelled because of "mechanical failure". Many passengers on the flight including us had international connections through Tokyo, with only an hour between flights. It was clear we were all going to miss this connection, but in a frantic and haphazard way, the JAL crew's only solution at the gate was just to get us all on the next flight out to Tokyo (I believe via China Air) no matter what our individual final destinations were. They said "from Narita, they will handle all your connections to your final destination." This was a bizarre solution. Why not reroute us individually on other partner airlines, through other countries/cities, from this international airport in Taipei, like airlines usually do? (Also, all of this disorganized communication by the JAL crew at the gate was never translated into English, I just happen to speak a little mandarin and was able to understand what they were directing us to do). My wife was the one who searched for an alternative route on her phone (through HK instead of Tokyo) via their partner airline Cathay pacific and showed it to the JAL rep at the transfer counter, and through a series of radio and phone calls, only then did they say "there might be seats left", but they couldn't book the seats for us there. In order to make the flight, we had to sprint ourselves to a completely different terminal and concourse to another transfer counter to finally book our seats on this Cathay flight. Needless to say, our luggage did not get pulled from JAL in time to make it on the Cathay flights, so we are waiting 2-3 days for them to hopefully be found and sent to us. Overall, I was completely disappointed by the JAL staff, who didn't take responsibility or ownership of the situation, and who's solution to just fly everyone out to Tokyo, no matter our final destination, and to leave us to figure out our connections there was extremely short-sighted and irresponsible, and was a total disservice to their customers. I expect much more from this airline. On another note, we flew JAL from Boston to Tokyo, and Tokyo to Taipei: the food was terrible and food options were really subpar for an international flight, I would've expected much better from JAL and the dreamliner flight.

Pros: Excellent service--excellent food (ice cream included in coach).
Cons: Loved everything.

Cons: Great flight, great flight staff.

Pros: Crew service is excellent!
Cons: The seat is really cramp and tight!

Pros: The crew was helpful and meals are delicious.
Cons: Give free mask.

Pros: Excellent cabin crew.
Cons: No in-flight entertainment, economy seats are narrow.

Cons: Food and entertainment could better

Pros: Crews are friendly
Cons: Need more food

Pros: Cleanliness, spacious legroom
Cons: Serve coffee more

Pros: ANA is nothing but amazing. Great customer service and pleasant ambiance.

Pros: Crew on ANA is always the best Also custom check in was amazingly fast, I went to the side custom check in by accident (there are two) It took less than 5 minutes, I didn’t not know I had to fill another card to leave japan but it was super easy as there was a person to guide me + basic info
Cons: Other than chairs being more comfortable nothing really

Pros: The cabin crews were excellent. Food was delicious. Lots of leg room in Economy class. Overall had a great experience
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Attentive and friendly service, good food, fairly spacious seat.

Pros: Crew was fantastic. Really polite and attentive. Liked that they offered liquids throughout the flight to keep us hydrated. Good experience overall.
Cons: Entertainment - didn't have to many movies I liked. Food was ok.

Cons: Couldn’t print or get boarding pass for this connecting flight which was a bit annoying. Other than that, everything was amazing

Pros: Friendly crew, great movie choices.
Cons: Not a lot of left space, very full flight.

Pros: The 787 was awesome. Very comfortable. Great staff and service.

Pros: Loved that they offered us ANA postcards on the flight in to send home. I loved that they gave the kids inflatable ANA airplanes. Loved that they were accommodating with our Carry on luggage

Pros: The food and staff were great.

Pros: Boarding priority with kids, food choices, flight attendant so nice ans caring, kids friendly and child meal is nice and tasty
Cons: Very limit kids entertainment

Pros: Prepackaged sandwiches were so so. Crew were friendly and helpful. Leg room was pretty good. Bathroom had a lot of amenities.
Cons: The seats are kind of flat.

Pros: There was a air hostess I wish I knew her name I was seated at the very back she really took care of me she thought I was sick she kept asking me am I ok Flyer NH 175 LAX / Nairta because I did not eat at all the food was good don't get me wrong all Airlines should have people like her
Cons: My flight arriving Narita was lat but I was taking care everything was a range excellent again

Pros: Staff were friendly from check in to disembark. Food was quite good. Boarded on time and people were accomodating of one another in the entry and exit process.
Cons: I was travelling with my twin 11 yr olds one of whom has limited sight. They normally only allow early boarding of young children, but we need extra time as I have 2 children to organise and my daughters sight dictates that i have to assist her. Other passengers were not impressed. I would like the airlines to take the initiative to have all children boarded early as if we board with everyone else, the aisles will be blocked as my children try to get organised.

Pros: Nice smile and service. Food is good as well
Cons: Arrived later than schedule

Pros: Not crowded

Pros: The staff is very nice.
Cons: The exonomy seats.

Pros: Crew onboard and in Brussels where very nice and efficient.
Cons: Plane was nice and clean but they should upgrade the standard of the food and there movie selection.

Pros: Comfortable seats, very friendly staff.

Pros: The plane was new enough and clean, the food was modest but good, snacks were generous and tasty, but what sets ANA apart is the attentiveness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness of the crew. I used to fly Singapore Airlines often and felt this way about them, but in recent years I’ve noticed a fall off in service. ANA has maintained or even raised their standards of service.
Cons: The food good but not great. But...it’s airplane food.

Pros: ANA has been running a top notch game recently. NRTcanbea mess particularly if you're transitioning due to security, but ANA does a good job with the passengers, food and flight.
Cons: Would like to listen to ATC

Pros: I feel like home
Cons: The crew smail

Pros: Flight attendants were very professional and ANA is a very organized airline. I would definitely fly ANA again.

Pros: The service, our seats, overall comfort and cleanliness of the plane.

Pros: Drink
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Friendly and accommodating crew

Pros: Best flight ever

Pros: Flight was very good - enjoyed meal and entertainment
Cons: Should make it clear to passengers ahead of time that flight departs from international terminal (terminal 1) at Shanghai airport (and also that flight is NOT out of Pudong airport, although we were aware of the latter fact ahead of time).

Cons: Very nice services

Pros: Aircraft was new and spacious
Cons: Crew forgot to ask us for drinks upon serving us meals. I also had to repeat my order 3 times.

Pros: Didn't realize I'm flying united airlines. Nowhere on my itinerary was it mentioned. The whole time I thought I'm with ANA all the way
Cons: The flight itself was good but booking with bayaan, never again. I have used kayak many times but for the first time since I booked vayama changed me flight 6 times. They also could have mentioned my first 2 legs of my flight was with united. I tried to check in online thru ANA, couldn't go thru with many attempts until finally I called and the agent mentioned to check in thru united.

Pros: Great service, accommodating staff. Seats were comfortable.

Pros: The food and disipline on boarding the passangers according to their classes

Pros: Friendly and helpful stewardess
Cons: Seats could be more comfortable.

Pros: The food was excellent and the flight attendants were courteous and thoughtful.
Cons: I slept through a meal.

Pros: The service is first rate even in economy seating. Attentive flight crew. Excellent airline.

Pros: Great service, everyone was happy to do their job

Pros: Nice friendly staff in the plane. Nice friendly staff at the airport, although very slow and getting confused easily. Need more training.
Cons: Check-in process at the airport was ridiculous ! One ANA staff sends us to wait to a certain counter after looking at our ENTIRE trip (all 3 segments), only to find out 20min later that we were supposed to go to ANOTHER counter, because our ultimate destination was International (USA). Also, boarding passes had to be REPRINTED in Tokyo for some reason. Note: on the way to Okinawa 2 weeks earlier, we had similar poor experience, but we only had to wait 5 min in the wrong lane. Overall ANA staff is very nice, friendly and smiling, but seems to get overwhelmed and confused very easily, and take FOREVER to do simple tasks that their US counterparts do 3x or 4x FASTER. --> do more regular TRAINING of your staff at airport counters !

Pros: Flight attendant Lee-san is amazing and kind. I was feeling really stressed and having a panic attack. She brought me tea and comforted me. I am so thankful for her kindness.
Cons: Internet is way too expensive and barely works.

Pros: The service crew are excellent and very polite. Definitely like the new window feature.

Pros: I liked the friendliness of the staff. The overall service was very nice!!
Cons: The seats didn't recline at all. Normally I wouldn't care but it was a 12 1/2 hour trip. There wasn't a lot of good, recent movie releases. On other airlines there was more to choose from that were more recent releases. The food wasn't very good. It had all fish choices or beef tongue. I understand having an Asian meal, but maybe should be a more popular meal with different choices than a more eclectic menu. I noticed even the child's meal was not very kid friendly.

Pros: Best flight I've ever had

Pros: Time no delayed, Crew very nice, Nice and clean aircraft.
Cons: No ice cream serve on board

Pros: It got me on the way
Cons: An outlet and letting me get into Canada

Pros: Crew was amazing.
Cons: It would have been nice to depart within an hour of my original time.

Cons: The plane was extremely full. No chance of social distancing.

Cons: Seats need to be bigger (wider)

Pros: Without asking, the crew arranged to have my partner and I sit next to each other. That was such a pleasant touch of service for our trip. Also, the connection was perfectly timed at Chicago flying to Bozeman.

Pros: The text messages from United

Pros: First flight I’ve been on where United airlines has adequate leg room for a tall person. A newish airbus plane. I’ve been avoiding United for a number of years cause their planes tend to be very uncomfortable for taller passengers. This is the seat spacing that all airlines should have.

Pros: Empty plane personal seating everyone
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The attendants were amazing, fun, attentive and provided for a very quick four-hour trip!
Cons: Not one thing.

Cons: Delay for 3 hours

Cons: The flight was delayed more than 4 hours. It was a bad experience with United.

Pros: I liked the extensive entertainment options.
Cons: I didn’t like that for about 10 hours there is no meal service.

Cons: The waiting in the lobby.

Pros: Crew was great, and boarding was a breeze.
Cons: For the price, there should be better food, and a bit more breathing room.

Pros: Crew was helpful and everything went as planned
Cons: Smaller seats

Pros: My father passed away earlier that day and I needed a ticket quickly to fly home. At the airport I was a mess and the airline counter attendant was so amazing helping me ( I had never flown United and had no idea about their luggage policies ect..). She quickly pulled me aside.. helped me with checking in and did her best to fine me another seat thatvwas better than the one I had already chosen. Also, she gave me a hug and her condolences. Flying with an airline that has heart helped me so much during one of the most difficult times of my life. I will absolutely fly with them again.
Cons: No complaints ... but I paid for a movie to take my mind off of my father's passing during the flight and there was a short in my monitor for our whole row. It kept cutting in and out and "searching for signal", I only was able to see 1/4 of the movie I paid for with all the interruptions in signal.

Pros: The people were all very nice. The plane was top-notch. Would definitely fly with them again if I had the opportunity.
Cons: The boarding lasted much longer than I had anticipated. I was also not informed of when my group was boarding at the proper time.

Pros: a little bit more foot-room than my previous flight on a different airline.

Pros: The stroopwaffles were a tasty treat. The flight was well managed and crew was attentive and professional. I never have problems with United and like how pilots keep us informed with when to expect turbulence. The first hour through storms was a bit scary. T.v. on the seats was a good feature but I didn't order anything.
Cons: I put my phone in the pocket in front of me and when I took it out it was sticky with gum someone put in there. Inevitably crew can't check every pocket and nook for gum or garbage from previous travelers. I don't blame them. We almost were asked to leave the flight bc it was overbooked by 2 seats. Made me a bit nervous when we walked by check-in and they pointed out we were a traveling pair. Lucky there were a few others

Pros: Landing safely.
Cons: Everything else. I flew from PHL to IAH and was very unhappy with the experience. The gate agents were unfriendly. The bag check agents downstairs were unfriendly. I had two separate phone calls with United a week prior to the flight to understand and confirm the bag policy. This was AFTER booking my flight so they knew upfront I bought a basic economy ticket. After my first call, I understood a personal item would be free and I would be able to pay for my carry on bag, but only within 24 hours prior to the flight. I made a second call to be absolutely sure the previous agent gave me the correct information and pricing. So I paid the $25 for my carry on, checked in online, and waited at the gate while boarding at the very end because I was basic economy. They did not let me board with my bag. They requested another $50 to check my carry on with them or I would be rebooked. I struggled to afford the flight, let alone the carry on fee I had paid in advance. I literally did not have the money, and even if I had the cash, they only accept plastic. What blew me away was they weren't asking me to check my carry on because of the size. But because of my basic economy ticket, aka, the N fare. Despite checking with two employees by phone after buying my ticket and paying for a carry on in advance, there is a rule in place that states "if you have purchased Basic Economy, you will only be allowed one personal item, unless you are a Premier member or a primary card member using a qualifying MileagePlus credit card." Therefore, there is no alternative. You are a second class citizen; a no good deplorable, when you buy this ticket and there is nothing you can do to upgrade it. Only the "premier" passengers have the right to bring a carry on aboard even if you think you're paying for the privelage. What I was expected to somehow understand after asking two United employees prior if I could purchase the right to bring a carry on bag aboard, was to CHECK my CARRY ON downstairs or learn the hard way. Wow. What a ruthless way to learn this lesson. I waited 7 more hours to board the next available flight. What a nightmare. I thought I had did the appropriate research necessary and planned in advance to avoid these situations. Checking in online and contacting customer service prior is no longer the convenience it used to be. Even if you've done your research, bring additional funds with you. Even if you check in online and have a digital boarding pass, always check in with a real human prior to entering the TSA security line. A side note, United is trying to save money while "speeding up" the process by forcing you to use a computer to hand over your checked luggage. Speaking with a human now is a monumental struggle.

Pros: It had movie screens quite old but better than none

Pros: Flight wasn't full so got to sit w/o middle seat psgr.
Cons: UA app for in flight movie kept losing contact or sound.

Pros: Stewardess was nice
Cons: Delayed, then when we got here no lanes to land. Seats are way to small for normal sized people.

Cons: Just give free wi fi already

Cons: I didn't realize how you can no longer be accommodated without being charged for everything.

Pros: service on time
Cons: snacks very little amounr

Pros: I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff

Pros: From check-in to touchdown, my travel over this Christmas was awesome! Flights were on time, security ran smoothly, and I would use Kayak again for sure.

Pros: My flight stopped for over 2 hours for refueling which caused me to miss my coneccting flight, plus 2 other reschedual flights. Then no one would accomodate me on account of this. Never flying united again

Pros: United, as always, was professional and efficient. Once I was able to find the information from price line for my check in, everything went smoothly. I was impressed that the airline sent an email suggesting a change of itinerary due to weather in Chicago, and waived change fees to facilitate this. I got home without cancelled or delayed flights.
Cons: The kayak to price line to united interface led to communication breakdown. I received no notice to check in for my departing flight, and had to dig through several messages and 2 websites to find the appropriate confirmation number. It should be clearer who you are actually purchasing from, and there should be better fail-safes in place to prevent loss of information

Pros: The flight attendants were friendly and attentive to my needs. I like good service and friendliness so for this experience I give 5 stars
Cons: I was uncomfortable in my seat but that's expected on an airplane

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Delayed 3 hours

Pros: Free beverage and snack. Flight attendants were nice.
Cons: Sat inside the airplane for more than an hour! It was horrible. Why have the customers board the aircraft when crew members know that we're going to be delayed due to weather?! Ridiculous.

Pros: United got me from point A to point B
Cons: Crew was rude, not just to me, but to other patrons. Flight was packed going and the man scanning boarding passes spoke to those of us asking simple questions as if we were stupid and defiant. Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job.

Pros: The crew was nice and great with the three very young kids sitting in front of me. Left and landed on time!
Cons: Very cramped seating. The on flight entertainment kept searching for a satillite signal, only ever staying on for 30 seconds before searching for the next 3 minutes.

Pros: Seats are comfy
Cons: Food service sucks

Pros: I'm handicapped and the help getting from terminal to terminal. The people were very helpful.
Cons: I have metal leg braces. I had to remove them to get in the seat. So the flight was uncomfortable. It would be nice if the plane could have handicapped seating.I know I wouldn't have minded paying a little more for comfortable seating.

Pros: Pilots and some flight attendants were kind and friendly.
Cons: On the return home, I was seated in the last row right next to the lavatory. I was bumped into at least 25 times by other passengers and flight attendants. I would suggest removing the aisle seat on both sides.

Cons: First leg delayed on Tarmac for over an hour so I missed my connection. Then united rebooked me for the next day but gave me no voucher or money towards a hotel so I had to get one myself since it was all night in the Houston airport.mthem the rebooked flight had mechanical problems we had to change airplanes, and gates/terminals and were delayed another 2.5 hours. It was terrible.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Plane was delayed due to fuel issue. Missed connecting flight and was put in economy when I paid for first class.

Cons: My connection to YYZ was cancelled and I was not even rebooked to the next flight. I needed to buy a ticket on Air Canada in order to get there. Every time I fly United I find myself asking "why in the hell am I flying United?"

Pros: Getting off the plane
Cons: Very delayed flight No updates for departure, empty desk until it was time to depart, for why we sat on the runway for so long, no update on landing time or that we were starting descent

Cons: Either ran out of or no snacks offered. Crew seemed a little impatient

Cons: Where do I start. Let's start with booking and the lack of knowledge, inability to listen and respond in an appropriate manner, and the fact that after I asked to speak to a manager due to the previous issues with the agent, and after being transferred all I needed was some understanding and support due to a family emergency and instead I get a short rude push back and then hung up on by the manager after I expressed my struggle and desperation for help. The lack of empathy and just the overall experience was beyond horrible, and if it wasn't for the desperate situation I was in I would have never used your services.

Pros: On time bags made connection

Pros: It was a light flight, so I could have my carry-on with me even though I was in group 5. The breakfast -- berry pecan French toast -- was surprisingly tasty and satisfying (if not very attractively presented).
Cons: Too bad I had to pay so much for the exit row seat. I'm tall and it's needed for standard comfort (as opposed to extra comfort). Oh well. Gotta squeeze those dollars out of the passengers every way they can.

Pros: Got me safely to my destination. Other passengers were friendly and helpful. Sf and Vic airports nice. flight attendants passably pleasant. No food that I was aware of. Entertainment at least there was a wifi option since there were no screens.
Cons: Check in agents all might as well have been robots, but with bad attitude. Even at the star alliance gold checkin desk the agent was clearly unhappy/furious (seem to be ongoing issues with the system/ machine frustrating him) and was consistently abrupt and cold though our interaction. He did help by lifting bags onto weigh and to press buttons to get the tickets issued, but I would have a much better experience of United if he has shown any sign of warmth or even smiled. I was struggling with a baby in a carrier, and several suitcase, and he didn't show any sign of humanity. The guy who labeled our bags was a bit nicer. The team overal though just barked instructions at the customers, never looked them in the eyes, and seemed to all hate their jobs. We got our boarding passes issues successfully, yes, but I felt on pins and needles like I had to be very careful not to offend anyone.... Which I don't think is what you want your passengers to feel at the start of a flight.

Pros: Boarding was efficient and the crew was competent.
Cons: United charges you extra for everything. Economy is uncomfortable.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: My first time flying through United and I am dissapointed my flight was delayed over 6 hours and we get no refund for that? Really United? Aren't you suppose to be a top airline for a reason. Never again

Pros: The flight staff were courteous.
Cons: The seats were too tight I was squished to the window by big person next to me and the person front of me reclined to tighten up the space more. My seat could not recline
