It was okay. The airplane was a little smaller than a flight from Thailand to Helsinki.

Wish that everyone would board the back of the plane first. Also let kids on first. The gate wasn’t open at arrival and we waited 45 minutes to takeoff. They made up for time in the air.

This was an absolutely exceptional flight. The flight attendants were extremely attentive and very friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to make us comfortable and to make sure that we had everything we needed., We were in business and were very happy with the size and the details for our pods. We would definitely recommend Finnair and will definitely be flying with them again.

We had an excellent trip with Finnair. This was our first time and we’re very pleased. The only issue was with the boarding - it was a little bit confusing and needs a little bit of streamlining.

Crew very lovely. Arrived an hour late due to bad weather. We were given new tickets to an other flight but it could have been organised better, so we did not have to run through the whole airport to.

Flight delayed over an hour. They said they would hold our connection but then did not.

Major problems checking in at Alaska counter. They could not find our booking code because it came from Finnair.

Do not use KAYAK or Finair for future travel. Unless you purchase the tickets directly from the airline, you were going to have a difficult time checking in. Kayak canceled my flights twice and ended up causing great difficulty in me getting back from Europe because they double sold my tickets between American Airlines and Finair. The event caused significant delays and led to me having to rebook my flights.

The staff were all particularly great. The plane was clean and fresh. The bassinet worked great. It was all very nice.

Boarding uncomfortable. Stewardess said I would have to check my carry on as there was no room in the overhead bins. Another passenger helped me find a spot.

Flight was delayed and after being in the airport for like seven hours, it was canceled.

Flight delays numerous times. Everytime we would get close to boarding it would be delayed again. Strung along the entire time.

Overall very good, only complaint I have is the crew from CLT to SAT could have collected trash sooner.

Above and beyond effort from this crew in a tough situation. So helpful and understanding. Thank you!

We started with trouble checking in 24 hours early. Then my husband did not get his TSA precheck. Finally flight delayed due to no crew. I know things happen

Most miserable flight ever. We waited almost 2 hours on the runway because the flight was oversold. American offered $1200 credit. Then there was some nonsense about weight distribution. Ridiculous. No food for 8 plus hours on the flight. I will be writing a letter.

Honestly, I haven’t flown American in years, probably due to the pandemic and my being unable to travel for certain periods in the last two years, but it was a good experience to dig out or obtain a new American Airlines account after many years of traveling for business with American in the past.

It’s a great flight. Service is good. Staff is awesome.

Again flight was awesome except British Airways lost both gate checked luggage’s. Still missing

Everything about the flight was lovely…We left early, arrived early, cabin crew were efficient and helpful. Flight was easy and most pleasant.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

When I booked the flight, I wasn't aware that this was a "no frills" flight. No wifi, no reclining seat, no complimentary soft drinks.

In business class overhead bins were minuscule. Had to use cabin staff to find a place for my carry-on bag. Boarding process was shambolic, as “passengers who needed assistance in boarding” absorbed an excessive amount of time and attention that Aer Lingus was apparently unprepared for.

Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

Dublin to Boston was decent. Food and entertainment was included and that was expected for the rate paid.

The Nice airport was a horrible boarding experience. I have never experienced the kind of compressed mob (in the B12-B17 gate area) of people all unclear what was happening and no airport staff to assist. There was no signage and 1000’s of people waiting for any info for 2 hours.

No entertained. food and beverages were not complimentary. they lost my checked luggage which made my 10 day vacation unpleasant.

Check in needed to be in person, not nice. Also I won’t do connections in Charlotte again because you need to go through security again and short connections become a problem

Iberia lost my bag, said they found it in another country, said they sent it to me, but never did. Went my whole trip without my stuff, but expecting it to show up because that’s what they said would happen. Their communication sucks, their website sucks, and to top it all off, their seats are small and uncomfortable. They’re bad at their jobs and they should feel bad about themselves. Do not even get me started on the flight home. AVOID!

I described my experience in the previous window. I didn't realize that there would be another opportunity for this flight. Please look at my response in the previous window.

Boarding was 2 1/2 late no explanation Captain said he did not know why, but he rested at home for an extra couple of hours. Food was edible, Nothing more.

I liked the comfort of the plane. It was unexpected from past experiences.

BEWARE!!! Iberia changes your seats at random. I paid for a window seat and they changed it to one in the middle aisle resting against the bathroom- can’t lean back + hear every flush. This on a 11 hour flight.. There were families that were broken up with separate seats all over the plane. Lots of upset passengers showing their seat confirmation to the besieged and helpless airline steward. Also, the gluten free meal was tasteless.

Chair is very high. Your feet cannot touch the ground for 8 hours flight. It was a nightmare. Food was bad.

ground crew and check-in was pathetic - insisted on charging me for luggage even though the ticket said it was already included. They also accidentally sent my luggage through without a luggage tag and had to retrieve it. Generally, it was like a bad movie.

Moved the flight an hour later, were not reliable about confirmation, website didn't work, no gate information, boarding was a mad house. Flight itself was fine and short. Organization needs work.

The app on phone and the online check in is not good, it would not give me the option of Spain or Madrid City in the drop down menu and I couldn't move forward with online check in.

My experience with British Airways is excellent, thanks for all 🫶🏻✈️

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

Safe arrival. Improvement on Time efficiency Effective Communication will be great.

The crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for airplane food. The flight is long and hard to sleep. The leg space is great. The plane arrived in plenty of time.

A good flight back to Tampa and thankfully although we had a 90 minute delay because of thunder storms from Charlotte to bottom iof Florida, it was a prudent to avoid these for a comfortable flight as opposed to being tossed around with turbulence.

They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute

Enjoyable flight, helpful crew everything was organized to accommodate passengers.

Captain sick. Unable to get replacement so delayed me 30 hours, many others delayed 54 hours. TOTALLY DESTROYED ALL MY PLANS, including lost my rental car which would now cost over 5 times what I paid so stuck with buses n trains... lost hotel reservations.... HORRIBLE!!!

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

They’ve lost my bag and I have no way of really getting in touch with anyone and have received no updates.
