Cons: "I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE TICKET I BOUGHT DIDNT HAVE LUGAGE INCLUDED! I HAD TO PAY 100 EUROS FOR 1 LUGAGE. I COULD BELIEVE A LONG COURSE FLIGHT, A 10 HOURS FLIGHT AND NO LUGAGE! VERY ANOYING!"

Cons: "The planes need to upgrade the seats. When we were served food if the person push their seat back your food tray would flip like two did on our flight. Staff was jaded and sarcastic. I'm glad I had a discounted flight. I'd be angry if I paid full price. Poor staff, seat architecture, and poor food."

Cons: "It was cancelled with less than 12hrs notice !! I had to rebook on another airline costing more than twice as much !!"

Cons: "Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

Cons: "We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal"

Pros: "I loved how the entertainment was complimentary and there was a wide selection of movies, TV shows and music. I’m used to having one or maybe two movies to choose from but TAP has an entire movie library on the back of each seat. I watched 3 new releases on my 7.5 hour flight. The food was also tasty and I technically had two meals. Great job, TAP!"
Cons: "The only thing that could be improved is the boarding process in the Lisbon airport. The boarding time for the flight was one hour before takeoff and the gate area was too small to hold the total number of people taking the flight. We also didn’t board until 30 min before the flight so passengers were waiting in one big crowd because it was impossible to find a seat or to even form clear lines for boarding."

Cons: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the 7 hours delay! the fact that instead of landing in Newark (my original reservation), we landed in JFK! VERY INCONVENIENT AND AN EXTRA EXPENSE! The fact that in Lisbon airport I had to wait more than one hour to reach the help desk and then plead to receive a voucher for refreshment (left Madeira on an early flight, no breakfast on that flight, the flight to NY delayed till 5 PM!). I chose TAP because it was the most direct way to reach Madeira - but the delays on both flights were more than unfortunate - it was simply poor service."

Cons: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Cons: "Seats need an inch or two more leg room for me, the biscuits they gave out were tasty but would of been really nice to have a sandwhich. But that's air travel these days. There was a slight problem with the air craft before we took off. Air conditioning was off and the door were closed while we sat there for 15 mins. They kept us well informed though, not the end of the world."

Cons: "My first flight from Madrid to Portugal was cancelled (at midnight) so I had to sleep in the terminal because the bus they provided to the hotel couldn't take all of us. Then my flight to New Jersey was delayed several hours making me miss my next flight to Denver (home) and I had to spend a 2nd night in the terminal. I never received and hotel/food/taxi vouchers. I will do everything to avoid flying with TAP Portugal ever again."
