Sweden has restricted the entry of most foreign travelers arriving from outside of the wider European Area until at least March 31. Swedish nationals and residents may still return to Sweden from countries outside the EEA.
On July 2, the Swedish Government announced that citizens and long-term residents of EEA countries, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland, or Vatican City, people with Swedish residence permits, and their family members may now enter Sweden, regardless of the purpose of travel.
From December 21 to February 14, Sweden imposed a temporary entry ban that will be in effect for foreigners who arrived from the UK, Denmark and Norway with exception for certain travelers.
Visa holders of Sweden and people with a visa over 3 months for another EEA country may also enter, as may people with an 'essential purpose' such as healthcare workers, health researchers and students attending a Swedish institution. More information may be found here.
In addition to this, residents of Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, and Uruguay may also enter Sweden.
Diplomats, border workers, healthcare professionals, transport personnel, relief workers, and travelers visiting for urgent family reasons may also enter Sweden.
Foreign travelers must present a medical certificate with a negative test result issued within 48 hours prior to travel. Travelers under the age of 18 are exempt from the test requirement.
The Swedish government recommends that all passengers who arrived from the UK since December 12 should self-isolate for 7 days and take a PCR test in the day of arrival and after 5 days.

I don't know what is up, but the USB charger on the two monitors didn't work and neither did the outlet between the seats. If it had been possible my mother and I would have completed the flight from Frankfurt to Houston on 5/15/16; however, my mother's medical condition precluded that from happening. I submitted hospital admission paperwork which I was told that the airline was requesting that I needed to get the forms in English. REALLY???? We were in Germany; the hospital admission and discharge paperwork are in German. Lufthansa is a German - based airline. Nobody speaks or can read German? The hospital did not offer an option of English paperwork and I could pay for translating the paperwork for a price and it would take a couple of weeks.. I had to re-book through another carrier after receiving clearance and a certificate that my mother was medically cleared to fly. The price was ridiculously high but I had no other option since your representative told me it would take 4-6 weeks to reach a decision. Thank you so VERY much for inquiring in to my satisfaction on flight from Frankfurt to Houston Intercontinental on Lufthansa. As you can tell....it was quite the experience."

SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

They treat passengers as if they are dogs, never saying please or thank you, but giving commands in condescending tones to people."

We kept trying and the only way we could pick a seat months and weeks ahead was if we bought an upgrade. We had already spent over $1000 to fly to Paris each and did not want to buy an upgrade. We just wanted the assignment of a seat. When we got closer to the date we were told that we would get a seat assignment at check in. At check in we were told we would get a seat assignment at the airport. At the airport we were told we would get a seat assignment at the GATE! At the GATE the attendant had difficulty finding our seats and finally found them with the help of another attendant. This adding extreme stress to a trip that was planned in September and should have been a pleasureable experience. Our seats were not together and we then had to go on the plane and ask other travelers to change their seats in order to be near each other. This was not our job! We ended up near each other but not together. Then when we arrived in Paris we noticed that our suitcases had been tagged STAND BY!!!!!! We were glad that we did not see that at the Philadelphia airport because it would have added even more stress to a long anticipated pleasure trip to Paris. Next time we will make sure that the tickets we are purchasing (FINNAIR) have nothing to do with American Airlines."

Our family of 4 got scattered all over; the agent was not at all helpful -- they seemed bitter about their working condition and the fact that they had to deal with dissatisfied customers. I talked to the supervisor and we were finally able to sit together just because a party of 4 did not show up. I am not at all happy with the AA for their stupid rule."

My first flight was with American Airlines, they gave me a boarding pass, however for my leg with British Airways, I had to go get ANOTHER boarding pass to board the flight. This airline was very inconvenient and I felt scammed booking with them. I would not recommend this airline to anyone!"
Pros: "The crew went above and beyond to cater to everyone during this long long flight, they were really sweet, moving people around for more comfort if needed. Hadn't seen such a caring crew in a long time. Thank you to the Miami based crew, they were amazing !"

Cons: "Trying to get through airport security was an unorganized clown show with them herding groups of passengers back and forth between airport terminals resulting in many people almost missing their flights because the lines just weren't moving. Once on the airplane, the international flight had TVs in the ceiling in the row playing one in-flight movie (what is this 1995?). American is such a terrible airline. The old US airways, Lufthansa, and British Airways, are way better international flights every time I've flown with them. Personal entertainment at your seat for each flight (i thought this was standard on all international flights in the past like 10 years) and more food and drinks throughout the flight."

Cons: "The scheduled one-hour layover was ridiculously short. By the time the plane lands a few minutes late, then you actually get off the plane, you still need to take a shuttle bus to the terminal, where you wait in line for Customs/Immigration. I took a few minutes to use the bathroom and buy something to eat, then arrived at my gate to find they were on the final boarding call. Since the entire flight was full of promo videos for Iceland, it would have been nice to have at least a few minutes to look around the airport, and maybe even shop a little."

Kayak needs to reavulate it’s business partners, because honestly I am not using kayak ever again because of the horrible experience with justfly.com. Boarding was a nightmare, the crew was extremely disorganized and refused to allow items that passed for carry ons with American Airlines, British airways, lufstansa, and KLM. The plane was small and cramped. The seats offered very little leg room to stretch. The spaces infront of the seats were also extremely tinny and could not fit back packs or purses. The climate control was also terrible. In 90 degree weather the ac was blowning out about 80 degree air. The air hostess never responded to calls and only showed up for walk throughs to give just water and take trash. The water was close to room temperature and no ice was offered to deal with the terrible temperature in the plane. No complimentary snacks were offered for a 6 hour flight. Definitely not worth it!! Will never fly this airline again."

Cons: "Due to undisclosed technical issues our flight was delayed by several hours going to Reykjavik from Munich. They informed us in Munich that we would miss our connections to the USA and would NOT re-book until we got to Reykjavik. They only have 1 flight out every day to the USA so they booked us conveniently in their Icelandair Hotel, had a bus transfer and dinner buffet all set for us. The whole thing felt a little too set up and I still cannot figure out what the scam was but it felt like one. The following day we were delayed again by one hour and by the time we were ready to fly it had started snowing so we had to be de-iced so another hour added. I am not sure I would fly with them again unless I was visiting Iceland."
