Not enough bathrooms. Very long lines to go to the bathroom.
The food was SUPER DELICIOUS! The seats were comfortable, the movie selection is great, and the staff's care and commitment to customer happiness is unmatched!

Baggage charges that were not shown anywhere on the website. A nasty surprise when we checked luggage. Lost wallet on plane and customer service was unhelpful.

Apart from the unorganized immigration and check-in process the service is very average. On both transatlantic flights the toilets did not work properly. Furthermore the business practice to charge you for any luggage $ 90 at airport without prior notice during the booking process is quite unpleasant and uncommon for transatlantic flights. Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket
Had to wait forever to find out Gate Number.
The food was only for meat eaters and not very Good. Would have liked a vegetarian option.
2 meals included for a 7 hour flight!
We traveled with our 11 month old and the crew was super helpful. It was an 8.5hr flight, we got a middle seat to give him space to play and the staff had a lot of fun engaging with him. They even gave him a couple of toys to play with. Food was just ok, but better than most airline meals I've had. We flew Premium Economy which was a comfortable experience as well.
Checking in took too long, but that's more due to the new US-bound flight restrictions and process that's supporting that.
All airplanes are 2 Noisy. (Of course this is not the fault of SAS). I use noise canceling headphones that helps a lot. EBut the background noise level always strikes me as too much!
