Ahh Qantas. What a relief after an internal US flight on a US carrier. Spacious, comfortable, on time, good food.They even comped us for luggage delayed that was not their fault.

Great choice of entertainment. Served good food often with nice menu selection. Seats a bit tight as with all airlines. Fruit was fabulous and fresh - there were none left when I requested mine, but the flight attendant said there may be some left from other servers. Within a few minutes, she did bring one which I was thankful as I didn’t care for the other selection.

Close seats especially when others recline, but we were lucky on this flight no one did as it wasn’t a full flight so people moved around.

The salmon entree was top notch. Veggies cooked crisp too. Morning muffin was warm. All very yummy:) Wonderful smiling crew.

The audio headphones had patchy reception. Needed to wiggle the wires.

They greet you when you board, don't feel like a number like domestic flights in the USA be it American, Delta, United, or one of the others. They provide free premier movie access, serve a nice warm meal and drink, and make you feel welcomed - Keep up the great work Qantas, you could give the USA airlines lessons on how to treat passengers.

There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from. Breakfast was actually pretty tasty, and snacks and water were offered quite frequently. The seat was reasonably comfortable, and reclines back a decent way. For how huge the plane was, the boarding process was super fast and efficient!

Seats were still rather cramped for my poor husband, who is 6'3. It is very hard to get out of your seat if you're in a window and all the seats on front are fully reclined, and I am relatively spry! Can't imagine an elderly or debilitated person trying to do so! The in flight movies were great, but you had to use the headphones they provide, and none of the 3 pairs I tried worked well. All had constant static. Although the seats recline far, they also do it abruptly and are hard to get to come back up. The dinner (we had the beef) was not very good. The quality of the ground beef was what you would expect from a fast food place. The worst part of the flight was that the sat ALL the infants in the same area on the plane, and all right around us. 5 of them, to be exact. 17 hours of on and off screaming babies! My husband had to move to a different seat to get some sleep! Thankfully, I can sleep through anything. Overall, less terrible than I expected a 17 hour flight to be, but could have been better. Some crew were very nice and helpful and others not so much. The first woman my husband asked told him (rather abruptly) that he wouldn't be able to use his CPAP machine. Then a really nice guy helped him get it set up. The turbulence was a bit scary for me, and the way the captain would announce it didn't help! He'd just say "all passengers and crew be seated and fasted your seat belts" in a rather grim tone as the plane shook violently.

When food was served, it’d take at least 30 minutes for the flight attendants to collect rubbish, and since the seats are so small and I can’t keep the tray table open without pinching my spleen, it was really terrible. I paid extra for an aisle seat and was told there weren’t any.

Easy to check in on the app. The Qantas crew as usual are friendly and helpful, and entertainment is pretty good.

Unfortunately we picked the seats by the toilet, which made sleeping an issue. The space between the seats is quite cramped, very hard to get comfortable for a rest.

Staff not incredibly nice but OK. The thing that bothered me most is that if you book through KAYAK that sends you to Virgin Australia, you can’t book bag, nor buy a meal if you want. I didn’t want to meal but I did want a bag and it’s a big difference. If you do it online it’s 39 Australian dollars, but if you do it at the airport it’s AU$160. That’s just outrageous and the staff was not helpful at all

The crew was super friendly and went out of their way to do what they could to make everyone happy and comfortable.

I had input that I was vegan when I booked and it’s on my airpoints profile- however I did not receive a vegan meal which was a bit disappointing.

There was an excellent selection of movies to choose from. Breakfast was actually pretty tasty, and snacks and water were offered quite frequently. The seat was reasonably comfortable, and reclines back a decent way. For how huge the plane was, the boarding process was super fast and efficient!

Seats were still rather cramped for my poor husband, who is 6'3. It is very hard to get out of your seat if you're in a window and all the seats on front are fully reclined, and I am relatively spry! Can't imagine an elderly or debilitated person trying to do so! The in flight movies were great, but you had to use the headphones they provide, and none of the 3 pairs I tried worked well. All had constant static. Although the seats recline far, they also do it abruptly and are hard to get to come back up. The dinner (we had the beef) was not very good. The quality of the ground beef was what you would expect from a fast food place. The worst part of the flight was that the sat ALL the infants in the same area on the plane, and all right around us. 5 of them, to be exact. 17 hours of on and off screaming babies! My husband had to move to a different seat to get some sleep! Thankfully, I can sleep through anything. Overall, less terrible than I expected a 17 hour flight to be, but could have been better. Some crew were very nice and helpful and others not so much. The first woman my husband asked told him (rather abruptly) that he wouldn't be able to use his CPAP machine. Then a really nice guy helped him get it set up. The turbulence was a bit scary for me, and the way the captain would announce it didn't help! He'd just say "all passengers and crew be seated and fasted your seat belts" in a rather grim tone as the plane shook violently.

Easy to check in on the app. The Qantas crew as usual are friendly and helpful, and entertainment is pretty good.

Unfortunately we picked the seats by the toilet, which made sleeping an issue. The space between the seats is quite cramped, very hard to get comfortable for a rest.

We were unable to access the boarding area until about 15 min prior to the flight for some unknown reason. We were held in an "anteroom" area. The boarding process was a bit confused as a result.

The salmon entree was top notch. Veggies cooked crisp too. Morning muffin was warm. All very yummy:) Wonderful smiling crew.

The audio headphones had patchy reception. Needed to wiggle the wires.

Great choice of entertainment. Served good food often with nice menu selection. Seats a bit tight as with all airlines. Fruit was fabulous and fresh - there were none left when I requested mine, but the flight attendant said there may be some left from other servers. Within a few minutes, she did bring one which I was thankful as I didn’t care for the other selection.

Close seats especially when others recline, but we were lucky on this flight no one did as it wasn’t a full flight so people moved around.

Qantas provides a nice welcome when your board domestic flights in Australia like the one we took today between Brisbane and Sydney not just on their international flights. They greet you when you board, don't feel like a number like domestic flights in the USA be it American, Delta, United, or one of the others. They provide free premier movie access, serve a nice warm meal and drink, and make you feel welcomed - Keep up the great work Qantas, you could give the USA airlines lessons on how to treat passengers.

Ahh Qantas. What a relief after an internal US flight on a US carrier. Spacious, comfortable, on time, good food.They even comped us for luggage delayed that was not their fault.

Close seats especially when others recline, but we were lucky on this flight no one did as it wasn’t a full flight so people moved around.
