Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.

Customer service in Hanoi needs work, outside of that, everything was good.

Premium economy seats that I paid extra are not worthed.there was not much difference from the regular economy seats yet I paid alot more for it Disappointed

It did not feel like a luxury airline. We had booked premium economy and opted for AVML meals. This was one of the worst meal in any of the flights and I’m a frequent flyer. No great snack options were available. Drink selection was limited to wine and beer. On a long flight, you need a variety of food which was unfortunately not available. The seats were just OK and the foot rest are not comfortable.. Airline staff for courteous Audio and video section is extremely limited

Hostesses were very nice I am disappointed that I paid extra 900$for premium economy which wasn't much upgraded from regular economy, I have wasted my money on this trip 😫

The food was amazing good especially for evonoply. The seats were comfy more then usually..crew was very nice and helpful.

amazing and great food. everything was smooth from start to finished

love this boutique luxury airline. crew was nice and attentive. Lounge is too small , i think they should have more area for relaxing and lounging not just to sit and eat .. feels like a cafeteria more than a lounge. overall i enjoy it. food on the plane LAX to Teipei should inprove a bit. no flavor and more drinks pls

The overall experience with STARLUX was phenomenal. One of the best highlights for me was the smooth landing in LA(smoothest landing I’ve experienced ever) and the attentiveness of all your staff from check-in to boarding. Also, flight left and landed between airports on time. I highly recommend Starlux to my family and friends and I’m excited to fly with you again.

We are scare because almost missing the fligh from Seattle to San Diego ! Starlux not have enough members for servicing with wheel chairs? We almost left behind , so we must walking !?

Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

A little more room from the reclining seat in the front of me.

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

It was fine. Nothing special but nothing went wrong so all good.

Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.

They delayed the flight 3 hours because it wasn't full they moved us to 5 different gates probably the worst airline ever not even spirit is this bad.

Very easy ! Use the kiosk and bag drop and right to security within 10 min

Checking bag at terminal was horrible. No agents to check us in and only 1 kiosk working. Boarding went ok. Crew onboard was very scattered rained. Missed our row while serving and then didn’t see them hardly again.

Crew was amazing, takeoff wonderful. The bathroom was disgusting from before takeoff the odor made the flight uncomfortable as you could smell the bathroom from the center of the plane where we were sitting. Smelled like raw sewage. My daughter was throwing up as we landed due to the smell and horrible turbulence as we approached Newark.

Airline tickets are not cheap. You expect reliable competent service. Thanks to canceled flights and botched transfers we arrived at our destination two days late. This is not acceptable

Horrible! Several delays and then was cancelled! I spent over 24 hours in the airport and was unable to get a hotel or food voucher.

The entertainment they offer could use some games, and maybe they could add some cookies to the snack menu. And the automated messages are a bit repetitive. But it was comfortable temperature wise and the seats were comfortable. The crew is very polite and helpful

The entertainment is a bit limited, it would be better if they added some games to play besides the movies and tv shows. But the seats are comfortable and the crew is polite

This planes staff was top tier. Everything went great and had a great flight home.

Food was great. Staff was phenomenal. Seats were a bit hard and could use a lot more entertainment options as far as movies to choose from. WiFi was good. Overall great trip.

1didnt have wheel chair I ordered wheel chair in my ticket flight

Flight was overbooked and seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.

Good but I don’t received my bags yet is been 5days still no update

It was pretty straight forward, no glitches or hidden costs

It was a short flight so, everything went smoothly and we got to where we needed to be safely.

Didn’t make it on the flight. Delayed then had to be rebooked, which in turn had me waiting at the airport for another 8 hours before next flight

No TV on the flight. The charging outlet was not working. No food, even a sandwich. The served orange was poor quality.

Selected seats 5 months prior to date. Had email confirmation and seats were not honoured. Family did not sit together

Loved and was pleasantly surprised by the food!! Request Lufthansa to help transiting passengers at Munich (confusion whether to go thru passport control or not).

The flight was comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, we did not know we were flying PAL until we arrived in Canada, so it was a bit disconcerting. In addition, which port we were leaving from was confusing.
