It was about what I expected for a short haul. We were given a biscuit and water. But the people were very committed to service!!! Pilots were top notch 👌

On board service was very good. Airport service in Frankfurt was chaotic.

The Verona airport is 70 years behind the times. Boarding takes forever. First, you line up at the gate, then you go outside and wait at a barrier, after a long while a bus comes and boarding it is random, then you arrive at the plane and climb quite a few steps to board, again in no particular order.

You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim

very bad The bus does not have AC and the windows do not open either. Airplane seats are very hard, very uncomfortable.

Not good, the plane was warm , they were selling everything even water

The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.

Seats were not the most comfortable and food options weren’t great but overall but everything else was excellent

The food wasn’t great and it would be nice if the airlines showed documentaries about the countries we are flying into.

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Disappointed everytime. The app doesn't load the boarding passes. They have lots of agent that seem to be busy doing nothing with a long line waiting to get paper boarding passes. Food choices are poor. Entertainment is less than entertaining.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

I was at the airport on time , I checked in my luggage . The plane was delayed and the gate was change. The flight board did not give information . I did not get chance to fly. I am going to make a claim for it
