All of her instructions were unnecessarily snappy, but that’s the one that struck me most. He’s a service dog. He’s allowed to be here. Seats are too hard/rigid, and I wasn’t able to get much sleep due to discomfort/screaming babies. I don’t blame the babies though."

After sitting in the gate area just a few minutes, the women at my flight desk announced a delayed flight(flight would depart at 10 instead of 855) The asked that passengers come retrieve their meal vouchers. She checked my boarding pass and I went and ordered myself dinner and returned to sit down close to 9pm. I waited for the screen to change for the new flight information but it never did. The terminal was busy with music and basketball finals.lost of mumbling announcemrnt so I kept checking my flight screen and it still had the original flight. I sat waiting. All of a suddent the tv changes and it’s a different destination??? I got up and asked why my flight wasn’t posted and she told me ‘sweetheart your flight left 20minutes ago.’ I was shocked. How could this happen? She informed me i’d missed my flight that was never delayed. I was so tired and worried and she kept calling me sweetheart. Telling me there were mo more flights but that she’d put me on a 6am the next morning. With my disability I was so worried I pushed and pushed and spoke to both counter airling people. Finally, I got mad and she put me on united. I am so upset about the whole ordeal. That was a surreal awful experience that had me crying on the way home."

Cons: "however on the initial trip to cozumel we where rerouted from kc to huntvilles therefore missing our connecting flight to cozumel so the airline was accomodating and reseated us on a flight to cancun instead and I was thankful but i know that that flight was cheaper when i booked this but i didnt want to make the treak to cancun and bus and then ferry to cozumel but ended up doing that anyway is there any way at all to be compensated for the diffrence I am not upset at all but that made for a really long day getting there Just putting it out there"

I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. If the airline would have given a realistic timetable, customers could have managed their time much easier. Instead, United Airlines kept delaying takeoff for 15-20 minutes, multiple times. When they finally get the customers into the boarding process, they act like they're doing you a favor. Poorly managed, customers manipulated."

They said only 1 member of our family can go with him to wheel him to the gate. So my husband went since my father had 2 carry on luggage plus he wheeled my father. So the ladies were not very understanding. At that age I do hope he makes it back in 6 months for us all to see him again! We've been issued passes before and their only excuse was it was busy which it was not at all, no lines anywhere."

The review could easily turn into an essay on United's complete failure (ask the remaining passengers who were supposed to be on the PIT-IAD), but such a review would not change the state of affairs in the airline industry. I will be contacting United reps to lodge an official complaint."
