Last minute change in gate to satellite N a bit of a hassle since I needed a wheelchair . Someone did come and get me to the gate but it was close. Then plane late. It’s hard on older passengers and families to have to trek from one gate to another.
Still seems like Alaska Airlines is not doing a very good job of anticipating the number of carry on’s going in the overhead bins. I was asked to check mine not to find out there was actually(surprisingly)enough room for my small luggage in the overhead bins. In the past, I’ve seen PLENTY of items in the overhead bins that should be underneath peoples seats.
It seems like most of the time theres no room for my allowed carry on bag. People are putting their things in the overhead compartment that belong under the seat in front of them. Getting tired of that!
The seats are too small/crowded. It is frustrating to be forced to sit with someone who is overweight as they crown the other seat. Nothing against the person…just the airline companies who continue(over decades!)to reduce seat sizes. Americans are fat. Those of us who are not are tired of being compromised by the airline companies who don’t faces that fact and make adjustments. Maybe have “overweight seats”? Maybe give us a discount for being forced into an uncomfortable flight due to others overweightness? Please, make adjustments…be accountable. Thanks!
The crew was great and everything went smoothly coming and going.
No outlets, plugs, way to charge the phone or service and no food on one leg o the trip, but other than that, great. Loved WIFI, the flight, the crew, the pilots, the schedule, etc. Great job. My new favorite airline!
Wonderful as always! Pleasant staff, smooth ride, and timely departure.
Flight was scheduled to leave at 6a and delayed for 5 hours due to “mechanical” issues. Everyone else on the flight received an email voucher for $24 of food for the delay, except for our group. Also the carry on luggage bins were full and the crew requested that everyone to pass their carry ons back up to the front while everyone was still standing. They gave no other direction and kept rushing the process. After all bags were sent up, they then asked for seat #s to go with each bag… They should have probably had everyone get to their sits and then pass the bags up in a controlled process.
Late flight, screens not working and still had to pay for a drink

The WiFi on the plane was out. I also thought movie options were lacking.
They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.
These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
I missed the flight because the Minneapolis flight was 49 minutes LATE, and the Boise flight LEFT 24 minutes EARLY!

Good, our flight was delayed but that was totally out of their control due to weather and a presidential visit.
When we boarded we were treated with care and it never stopped. Got towels before breakfast and after snacks was a lovely touch!

My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.

My feedback from the trip to Columbia to Chicago was meant for Chicago to Denver.
The plane was delayed after we boarded - although they sent an email to my work email (which I did not get until later) there was no announcement from the PA about the delay in flight. Fortunately, they made up the time in the air and we landed around the original time.

Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding
My luggage was lost at some point during my layover between Chicago and LHR. I landed Tuesday morning, and did not get it until Thursday night. Ironically, the people at the ticket desk had added a “priority” sticker to my tracking tag.

Flight delays for communication overall not a good experience uncomfortable on the plane. Person in front of me reclined his seat, putting them inches from my lap.
the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.
