The crew aboard the flight were kind and thoughtful and definitely oriented toward service.
The security process at the gate was really disorderly. Perhaps it is because it is a new and extra step required by the US but it was definitely not efficiently handled.

I love the smiley flight attendant , especially for long distance flight. It would make it better trip to have smiley and helpful flight attendant. The meals provided by QA is good. it would be better with more fresh fruit on every meals.

The food, the entertainment, the fact that the airline staff could speak English and that some of them were actually helpful
The upkeep of the airline, some of the airline staff to treat all passengers as one as I noticed more than an unusual amount of passengers were favoured over one another. A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class.
All were very friendly: at the airport and in the plane. Good food. We were well informed and in time!!!
After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman.
