Pros: "The crew was polite and professional. Boarding went very smoothly and the flight left on time. Baggage was very quick when we arrived in Seattle as it was already coming out when we arrived in the baggage claim area."

Pros: "I travel as a professional musician. I fly with American (because many booking agencies use them) I achieved status after years of their cruel methods of forcing us to check our instruments, thinking “FINALLY, I can board without being hassled about my instrument coming onboard with me.” Nope!! They fight me every time, as if I’m some guy going on vacation and bringing my beater guitar to play on the beach. They holler every time, “SIR YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO CHECK THAT” $6,000 worth of equipment to make space for someone’s socks. (?!?!) Today, I boarded TWO delta flights and was told, “see if it fits... if not, we can gate check it for you...” YES!!! That’s all I ask!!! Just let me TRY first! If it doesn’t fit, THEN I can’t complain! Anyway, sorry for the saga! I just want to say THANK YOU! I had peace of mind ALL day! Keep up the great work! Your staff is outstanding!!"

Cons: "No leg space whatsoever. I'm 6'8 and am being told to keep my legs in while it is near impossible or I'm eating my legs. I became so uncomfortable I became nauseous. Anyone above 6'4 is having a rough flight."
Pros: "About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Pros: "accommodating and friendly staff food and drinks were good -I had a layover that was boarding before we had reached the terminal and the staff let me know and guided me about how to get to the other flight and let the other flight crew know so I wouldn't lose my flight. Super appreciative of this. :)"

Cons: "Delayed for 2 hours due flat tire. They should've checked tires before we boarded. Cabinets were almost full. I had a hard time to put my skateboard and backpack in a cabinet. Attendant didn't help out at all! It took over a minute to figure out to fit my stuff in there like Tetris. One passenger was upset that I took his bag out. It was frustrating when attendant didn't help to store my bag."
