Cons: "Boarding left a majority of passengers standing on the ramp for 10+ minutes. Business boarding seems non-existent. Lavatory had no facial tissue and ran out of tp. Service was meh. Hand towels were heated up wet wipes. Hardware was ancient. Enforcing safety rules was not a priority."

Cons: "The checking process at the counter in Lima was horrible,they moved me to another flight saying that mine was delayed. Once they moved me to Alan they couldn’t check me in and send me back to Avianca, during that process they lost my suitcases. I arrived to Orlando with no clue where my suitcases where and I was traveling g with to young kids. Although I recovered my suitcases I haven’t heard a follow up."

Cons: "We had to wait about 15 minutes for the stroller to be delivered (thoroughly wet), and then another 20 minutes for the bags."

Pros: "The food was good, staff in the plane was courteous."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours. At the time when we were supposed to depart, nobody from the airline was at the counter outside the designated gate. I asked couple of people from Avianca and they told me the flight was departing at the original time, which was not correct. The flight first was pushed to 1 am departure (3 hours delay) and then to 4 am departure (4 hours delay). After several people asked about the flight and an hour after the original departure time, the airline finally had staff at the counter indicating the new departure time and apologizing for the inconvenience. The airline offered a meal at the airport, but I didn't find this through their representatives, but through another passenger. The gate changed about 5 times, which I understand is not under the airline control, but part of this probably could have been prevented with better coordination. My first day in La Paz was horrible, as I couldn't even sleep waiting for my flight to depart. Thank you Avianca!"

Pros: "They still give you a food option and free entertainment is provided to all passengers. Plus they really went out of there way to be accommodating to a non Spanish speaker and were very kind to all the guests on board."

Cons: "Airline employees at gate did not take the time to search passenger return flight in system, despite return being through Avianca and easy to find. This led to passenger missing flight. They ended up finding it after the missed flight and placing passenger in the following day's flight."

Good news, I'm having a wonderful time. Ill be back."

Cons: "The food was very bad. There was a pilot strike and the airline was not willing to give any compensation even though they placed me in a flight ten hours later than the originally programed and the delay was a problem for me."
