On time, smooth take off and landing, efficient boarding. Gate staff excellent, stewardess grumpy, but civil enough.

No WiFi available. It was too late to order food also. Guy next to me was huge (not fat) so had his shoulder & thigh next to me the whole way. Plane was delayed leaving PDX due to 8 other planes waiting. Not my best Alaska airlines flight.

Check in, they should have told me that upon arrival i needed to exit the secure area and re-check in with Eva Air. I wasn't sure what to do upon arrival at S.F.

The direct service from Logan to PDX made travel so easy, I really appreciate this route. Pilots were very communicative with passengers about conditions and expectations. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful. Boarding was easy and efficient.

Flight last minute delayed 2 hours for crew calling out sick

Husband was new to the wheelchair accommodations this trip. What a blessing that was. All employees were helpful and customer service was excellent

Seats are still too crowded and uncomfortable on long flights like this cross country one.

Laney was very helpful. I am computer illiterate. She helped me obtain a boarding pass and preferred seat. She was warm, friendly, helpful, and smiled. I was impressed.

The actual flight I was rescheduled onto was from Seattle to Bozeman. The flight itself was fine, but due to delays/air traffic issues i spent the day hanging out at the Seattle airport and had to miss a day of work.

OUr pilot was very good and also a good landing in a very gusting Phoenix. Most important.

Great service. Flight was delayed while we sat on the runway for a couple of hours. Weather related. Staff made is very bearable. The steward servicing the first class cabin was exceptional. Thank you! 💗

5 hours of delay that could've been much shorter if Delta had taken the 1 hour delay they imposed on the flight before boarding to run any of the plane checks required for flight to find the hydraulic issue that required nearly 3 hours to fix. $24 of meal credit buys a sandwich and a soft drink. Poor communication within the terminal about what gate we'd be re-boarding from and when we'd be re-boarding.

Great flight! Only complaint I had was that I didn’t get breakfast that morning because I don’t eat eggs for breakfast.. I ate an energy bar I bought in the airport which I had never done before. Otherwise, another great Delta flight!

Amazing flight! I have never noticed the uniforms of the attendants before in twenty years of flying except today when one female had the most amazing dress on. It was beautifully designed and showed she was in charge. I never dreamed I would google who designed Delta uniforms . The ultimate compliment is when another woman admires your outfit. . I hope your designer puts it on the market

It would be nice if was given wires ear buds. Overall was a good experience was able to sleep on the plane

My flight was 6 pm 6/6. Every hour they delayed it again - air condition issues then no pilot then the crew had worked too many hours and cancelled the flight at 11 pm. Sent customers to NJ a 45 minutes uber ride to a hotel. Had to be back by 5 am for a 7 am flight and again no pilot etc with another three hours of delays.

The entertainment and wifi mostly didn't work on this flight.

Terrible entertainment system - kept freezing and audio kept cutting out. Snacks were mediocre at best for a 5 hour flight.

The check in and bag drop off for Sky Priority members is slow. The Clear security was also slow - a TSA issue.

I am still upset that my bag was lost on a recent trip to Rome ; we were inconvenienced and out €150 Euros ; delta has refused to reimburse us

We purchased premium flex tickets for our overseas flight to London. I have food, allergies, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a full meal. WestJet doesn't seem to provide any way for people like myself to register their allergies ahead of time. I was given one small package of crackers and cheese as my meal. I was told there were no more packages available and no other alternatives for food. The flight attendant seemed quite disinterested in providing service. That stands in stark contrast to other Westjet flights where the flight attendants have gone out of their way to provide service.

Lots of overhead storage and a good crew and service.

On time. Friendly and efficient staff at check in and flight crew.

The flight was ahead of schedule. A half glass of juice and a cookie is pathetic! No entertainment possibilities. Not even a plug-in for phone or IPad if you wanted to watch a downloaded movie. Back to flying Air Canada!

The flight was ahead of schedule. A half glass of juice and a cookie is pathetic!

The staff were the friendliest I have encountered in years. Absolutely great!

Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight

Good. Would be better if the carry on baggage was free.

Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.

Westjet is one of the worst airlines in the world. 100% guaranteed to have flight delays and flight cancellations. Will never book again with Westjet.

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

PDX staff was great and we arrived on time in YVR.

Horrible I had a health emergency and couldn’t go Air Canada refused to allow me to reschedule

Really poor travel experience. My first flight was cancelled, which cut my international trip short and threw off my schedule. I will not be flying Air Canada again if I can so help it. The crew and in-flight experience was pleasant and enjoyable but the consistent delays and cancellations are not worth it.

Economy middle seat was so narrow that I could not sit back comfortably with passengers on either side of me. Over the 9-hour flight, with my body slightly twisted most of that time, my previously-healthy left knee became very painful, even though I got up to walk multiple times. The knee is still painful 3 weeks later. Otherwise, it was a nice flight, but I was crippled over my entire vacation.

On the Vancouver to NRT flight, The staff were condescending and withheld at times. There were times when they appeared to be more concerned with socializing with each other than appearing professional. I know it must be a hard job, but being chatty and handsy with each other in the public view only to be condescending to customers isn’t a good look.
