We showed up to our gate less than 15 minutes after boarding started and they wouldn’t let us in. It was still 15 minutes even before take off so we’re weren’t even late to the flight.

Great trip. No complaints. Impressed with the crew’s response to various challenges pre-boarding.

On this flight there wer only 25 people on board. So no one in 5 rows ahead of me and noone in 7 rows behind me. So very chill.

Generally Good. Outbound flight was marred by a continuously s creaming baby. Fortunately the flight was only 90 mins long it would be nice if people traveling with small childres could be centered in one part of the plane. Also, you need to adapt your servey to include a "not applicable " option for things like food and entertainment, which are not offered on shorter flights. I fily Alaska by choice as given all the cirumstances, I fel\el you do a good job.

Fine for a short flight. All went well. Snacks are lacking and I couldn’t hook up to wifi through the app, but it was fine.

Aircraft was freezing, cold air blowing on me the entire time and the individual fans were turned off.

Alaska used to be a top notch airline. With it's growth it is now in line with the big airlines. Not bad, not great.

Great. I did have a little issue getting into the Lounge, which is likely more an American Airlines issue. I did not carry my physical AAdvantage Executive credit card with me on this trip, which Admirals Club membership is a part of the benefits of having this card. The instructions on the AA website and the Citi cards website make it seem like you don't need the physical card, as both sites state you can enter with your boarding pass and driver's license. But both lounges said you were required to present the physical card (and not the digital version, via Apple Pay), as only the physical card says "Admirals Club" on the back.I also do not have a physical Admirals Club membership card, so while both lounges eventually let me in, both denied me entrance initially for this reason.

When I bought my tickets I up great my seats for extra $104 each seats 8A and 8B in the way back from Portland to Palm Springs they gave me the seats 15. I thought it was for round trip same seats . So I was very disappointed ☹️

There was a very drunk man behind me who kept talking loudly to no one in particular. He was slurring his words and at times he didn’t know where we were going or whether or not we landed. He was also loudly using a lot of profanity. The attendants didn’t seem to notice or care and in fact continued to serve him alcohol. He was allowed to purchase 4 little bottles.

The flight was late. The crew was rude. There was no food. Cramped and uncomfortable. Nothing about this flight was good.

It was just okay, no frills, basic transportation with no luxury. No screens on the seats, no water or drinks on a short flight. Full flight but at least it was on time.

The first time I flew in the extra legroom section. It was difficult to notice a difference. I had bad luck with my neighbors. The crew was okay. Southwest has reduced the live TV options.

No gluten free snacks. Seats felt worn or bare bones even though it was a new 737 MAX 8.

Plane was clean and comfortable. Flight attendants and gate staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Boarding and deplaning were orderly and efficient. All in all, the typical excellent Southwest experience.

The Southwest employees (all two of them) were very nice and cheerful despite the fact the line to self-check a bag (simply drop it off) was hundreds of people long. Thank God I arrived early to the airport because I stood in this line for at least an hour. Once on the flight that had been delayed by an hour, we had no Wi-Fi and thus no entertainment. Finally, I hope the investor strong arm tactics against Southwest pay off in a short-term windfall to your C-Suite because the rest of you are screwed. I have been a faithful Southwest customer for 15 years due to everything you just got rid of. I'm flying to Idaho and Washington in October, both places I used to simply book with Southwest without a second thought now with Frontier (Washington) and United (Idaho) because they offer everything the "new" Southwest does but cheaper and at better times, destinations, etc. This really makes me sad...

It was really nice! I appreciate the gate attendant allowing families with small children to board early on in the process… that was very helpful! The internet service didn’t work with the app I was trying to use even though I paid the $8… other than that it was great! Oh and I should’ve asked for the whole cranberry cocktail can. That cup was about 2 sips…

I liked the boarding process with our loading group and numbers. I disliked that I couldn't guarantee our seats together. I didn't like that the Internet costs $8/ flight, but did love all the inflight options available through their app. I disliked no charging station at my seat for a 3+ hour flight.

Great! Although the flight was about 40 minutes delayed, the crew did a good job getting everything boarded quickly and efficiently.

Flight had over 6 people in wheel chairs and there was only 1 gate agent. Very impressed though in how Maddie handled having to efficiency move that many people by herself. We still nursed in a timely manner.

Crew was real good, flight was smooth and came in early.

Love me some Delta. One of the few airlines to recognize and support veterans. Easy boarding, flight was on time and arrived early and the flight attendants were excellent on this flight.

We sat on the runway for over an hour before departure. That was unwelcome.

Bus to plane was delayed for no apparent reason and our luggage was still on the belt when they shut it off. Took about 20 minutes to turn it back on to get our luggage.

I haven’t flown economy in over 20 years but it was not bad. Room by my feet for my bag and seat was roomy enough. Surprised in a good way.

Second flight in a row where the entertainment system is broken. 5 hour long flight with no entertainment and flight attendants did not seem interested in resolving the matter. Very shocked to be treated this poorly considering I paid for a first class experience and have Diamond Medallion status.

The service from the flight attendants were of supreme quality. They greeted and treated everyone with a wide smile. This is totally absent nowadays. Kudos to them!!!!

My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.

The flights were on time- Great service Would have liked more options for food choices.

The brakes on the A220 are sensitive and uncomfortably grabby

They we able to seat my companion and I next to each other. Plane’s temperature was very cool. Willl be more prepared on return trip.

Plenty of overhead compartment room. The seat choice option is horrendous as best.

Flight delays - issues with delays waiting for a gate in Denver

I booked through Hawaiian which was supposed to have merged with Alaskan but offered free checked bags and said there would be seat selection at the airport. This was not honored by Alaskan Airlines and they even went out of their way to say “we are not Hawaiian and Hawaiian cannot pick seats on our airline ”. They told us that we could not change seats and that all tickets booked through Hawaiian were “saver fares”. The staff was rude and said that we would be helped last after they take care of the customers that booked through Alaskan. Once we got on the flight in our middle seats they played a message that said they have merged with Hawaiian and you can book on either website which would have been funny if we were not so uncomfortable. All in all it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend that anyone fly Alaskan unless they absolutely have to.

A cold sandwich would be much better than the warm gummy croissant.

Seats were so uncomfortable. Used to southwest so this was really disappointing. No wifi made for a long5 hour flight

It’s really tough when you purchase tickets and you are unable to purchase your seats, and just get random seats when you are traveling with someone.

Having enough fuel to get to our destination seems like it should be a given when you board a plane. Not in this case, delayed hours to refuel.

Almost everything was perfecto expect for entertainment. There are not a many options.

The screen where I sat was not working and charger also poorly. Can’t enjoy entertainments and space of seat was narrow.

it was a very short flight so my expectations were low.

the whole trip was smooth, and as comfortable as flying is these days. flight crew was friendly and very courteous and helpful.

Yet another flight in which beverage and snack service was skipped. Other that that, firmly mediocre. Landed early, to gate late due to congestion at the gates. Airline's fault or airports fault: unknown.

Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.

This was a Lufthansa flight. Disappointing main meal. Very rough over Canada and arrival at FRA. IFE was almost unusable.

I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊

Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.

Flight cancelled because of the grounded 737s. United was good about it and got us onto a later Alaska Airlines flight to Oakland (not San Francisco as originally intended). Had to go through security again and my wife dropped her MacBook Pro, which broke, a $2,500 whoopsie. But we made it home.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do. The flight from LAX to Palm Springs - passengers put small items in the overhead bins, like small backpacks, jackets, purses. When I boarded, the bin over my seat was full and I had to search to find a bin for my roller bag. I noticed hardly anyone had an item stowed under their seat. There should be more guidelines for people to follow.

This trip was a Christmas gift to our family. We were flying from Lexington to Palm Springs. When we were checking in the ticket agent said one bags was over weight by 4 LBS. We were flying first class which has baggage weight of 70 LBS per bag, one bag was 54LBS. We then had to take items from one bag to another. The agent also saw we had a dog with us. Once on the plane we were seated with the dog in the carrier. The United ticket agent came in the plane with two other people, I believe one was TSA and the other some security officer. The United agent said we had not paid for the dog ticket. We had paid for the ticket when we purchased our tickets. She did not give me time to find the email receipt. She then threatened all three of us with either I come with her or she would have all three of physically removed from the plane. I left the plane to pay for another ticket. She had to take my credit back to where we checked in. She acted as if it needed to be done immediately. She said we had 3 minutes. We then sat at the gate for approximately another 45 minutes. This was so embarrassing…to be threatened to be removed from a plane that we paid for all tickets including the dog. The flight attendance on the next leg of our trip were not very attentive to the passengers. On the plus side all the flights were on time. All in all, this was a miserable way to start a holiday vacation. United Airlines showed no compassion towards the whole incident. I feel we were purposely neglected.
