Communication is key for customer satisfaction, and I am very frustrated at the moment with the whole non flight situation.
The aircraft had a loud weird noise for the whole time, it was scary and uncomfortable.

I have my tickets bought since June 2024 with extra space sits. Azul sends us emails every time to change flights. I was in vacation I naively did not think it would bring me any harm. Further, I am Diamond Client (Top fidelity club rank). During checking in this flight, I did not have the extra space, nor multimedia set (this does not affect me, I really do not care, I prefer to watch my own videos). My complaints have not being considered by the attendant, which said she was not from Azul and could not do anything and the she really did not care. She also said I should respect the other passengers. I have bought my tickets 6 months earlier, I had bought extra space, I switched flights thinking Azul was fair enough to keep my ticket settings, I am on the top of the fidelity class and I still have to listen to moral lessons of an attendant which does not even work for Azul. When an Azul employee came (the only information I have is her name is Chris) she validated the other company attendant. I have complained to Azul and still wait for an answer, but they keep calling me to renew my fidelity club, which unfortunately I already did days before my check in. Azul should pay more attention to proposals of switching flights (downgrading setting acquired in advance) and train better their employees and the employees of their associates. I have always had Azul as a top flighting company, after that experience I have changed my perception (and I won´t ever by extra space sits in advance, it must be changed and eventually you will receive a voucher you will never be able to used) and don´t participate in any fidelity program (they are only concerned to your fidelity with respect to them, not the other way around, you may even listen to a moral lesson in that case).
During boarding the company said that the plane didn’t have enough space and required to dispatch any luggage. But in reality the plane was with a lot of luggage space in the overhead bins. So it just took a lot of additional al time, specially considering that it took around 30m for the luggage to arrive in the retrieval belt in the airport.
Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.
All the service was very good. The only thing was that the flight was delayed. We didn't miss the connection, but other passangers were about to.
We only had 1hr connecting in Ft Lauderdale. Kayak should not have allowed this short a connection time, as FLL requires a change of terminal (exit the airport and get on a bus), so we missed our connecting flight home to San Diego.
Seat doesn’t recline - had to travel 8 hours like a zombie, Besides, sound on entertainment device (TV) only one channel worked. Was monaural not stereo (just one side) Stewardess said “sorry” meaning “it’s your problem
The Campinas airport has very poor signage, access for gate A8 is very confusing. Need more info on how to get from a domestic flight to international boarding. The place is a maze
There was a mechanical issue with the plane that they had to work on before we could take off. That's fine, by all means, PLEASE make sure the mechanics are functioning properly. What was a problem was the fact that we sat on the tarmac for 4.5 hours without moving, without letting us off the plane, and without climate control and air running through the plane. There was no explanation as to what was going on; they just kept promising that it would be "15 minutes, then we are on our way." At one point, they even switched the entire crew out and told everyone we just needed to wait for new employees to show up. Then, as the 4 hours were not moving, an hour before the full refund, they made a big show about "the flight starting and the doors are locked, so you have to sit down." We didn't move for another 40 minutes; they were just trying to skirt around legalities that entitled us to restitution. When the flight finally was underway, the plane was gigantic but cramped in design, my entertainment screen kept freezing and glitching, and subtitles didn't work, and the crew was passive-aggressive. Terrible flight.
I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.
Bought a ticket that included a bag and they still charged me to check it in, latam is the worst airline.
Lost ,y connection due to a mechanical delay, huge line to get new connection and vouchers
It was a very good flight, no entertainment is the reason for not checking that box.
Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.
Airline changed our itinerary several times (3). The second time, we were not aware of it, we landed at 7:24 pm and the flight depart time was 7:40 pm. We were not aware of this change and the flight departed without us, that made us being placed on an even later flight which was also delayed.
The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
I really didn't like anything 😕...it was an horrible experience, the personal is rude and lower in IQ ,the food ⁉️ there was no food, and all the rest forget about it 🤮❗️....they don't know what hell they are doing......

Evifente que o melhor seria a Hol cumprir com ssua parte! Vendeu voo dirto Caxias do Sul a Florianópolis e depois alterou, fizemos voo Cxs. Congonhas, com conexão, alem de um atrazo, mais de 1:20 min. Está errado e isso é vender uma coisa e entregar outra...
Alimentação mto escassa. Pelo menos deveria dar a opção de comprar e o Wi-Fi pago.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.
Mechanical issues caused our flight to be cancelled 1 hour into the flight; which was an issue they knew about, prior to take-off. There remedy was to reschedule my flights with Delta to JFK and then with United, out of Newark, to Phoenix. However, they never gave me a voucher for the 35 mile trip between JFK and Newark, which cost me $322.00.
Almost 5 hours delayed, no support or info from the company, we got a voucher of 45BRL for food when the local restaurant charges a 100BRL per kg, I had to pay an additional 50BRL to be able to eat and drink something. Poor service and terrible crisis management with the passengers. On top of that, got late for my next appointment in SP and practically lost a day in a hotel I paid over 1500SEK per day
Cabin was extremely hot - such a sauna, and all complaints were in vain. Boarding was messy and disorganized. Very poor experience and certainly a statement of how passengers are going to suffer in Brazil with the lack of competition in the local market.
