Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Seated at front bulkhead for a smidge extra leg room away from home and on flight back home. Away crew was very proactive about assuring our carryons had space close behind us (because no seat in front of us our personal items had to be in a small bin overhead). They actively required passengers place overhead luggage on its side so more items could fit in bins. Home crew made no such efforts. I had to struggle back rows to get overhead bags upon landing, no crew help then either, and some disgruntled passengers as I and others retrieved our bags. There was a system that worked pretty well. The home bound crew just didn't feel like working.
Southwest has inacted unfriendly customer policies like other airlines. Watch the fine print very carefully if you are having to alter flight arrangements. Rules are now complicated and very stilted to travelers sacrificing travel funds (unlike before where the simple, straight forward flight change policy was worth the extra premium for ticket price.) On the positive side, SW Flight crews are still wonderfully helpful.

Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.
Seats were worn out but everything else was pretty much flawless.
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Flight was on time! That's the most important thing for me.
Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
The flight was delayed and knowing I was going to miss my connection, nothing was done proactively to try and get me rebooked. It was an act of congress to do so. This is not on the crew, but on the experience itself
No headphones, forced to sit in another seat that I did not book, had to check my carry on when I boarded the plane I saw backpacks and other non carry on items stuffed in the carry on holder! Horrible experience Wi-Fi did not work either
Sat in the tarmac at O’Hare for 65 minutes. This is a regular occurrence for delta at O’Hare
Delta is getting worst by the minute. Where this was at one point my only go to airline, it has become like a budget airline
We had a great experience with Delta. They helped us from the start at the kiosk all the way to our final destination, including help reassigning and upgrading our seats free of charge at the gates, escorts with the wheelchair for my brother and even getting our luggage at baggage claim for us. I also had special help because I forgot my pillow on the plane. The wheelchair escort contacted for associates at the check-in desk all the way back to the plane and retrieved my pillow for me.
Original flight was delayed, then cancelled and the gate staff did not expedite rebooking. Also, no instructions were given that a ticket number was needed before being called to facilitate rebooking. This could have been much more organized.
Flight was on time. Boarding was smooth and orderly. Flight attendants were friendly and professional. Bags came out soon after arrival.
This flight was of course delayed because American cannot have flights that are not delayed.
On time on a day with lots of weather cancellations on other flights. Thank you for getting me home during a winter storm!
Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.
Terrible. I didn’t fly and I had an important meeting the next day.
Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
