Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.
My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.
I would have liked to listen to music and that was not a choice. Would have liked a meal on almost 5 hour flight. 1st class not as nice as others.
We did have a delay but nothing that affected our schedule to terribly. Breeze is the best budget airline that we have found for the eastern seaboard. Price is good. Baggage rates aren't terrible. I suggest checking a bag which gets you more bang for your buck. They fly into smaller airports which is so much easier than trying to get through Logan or JFK. Overall good trip.
Great! Only problem is we can’t use the northbound flight on this route as it arrives much too late and is not non-stop.
This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.
Purposely delayed the flight by 2 hours and 58 minutes so that they would not have to give me the FAA mandated refund for a delay of 3 hours. Offered flight credit instead. All that is offered on board is water and coffee, everything else costs money. They charge you for carry on and checked bags. Would not fly again.

Really appreciate the great crew and pilot for keeping us informed about everything going on, updates, etc. It's so reassuring just to know (for example) why there might be a delay, etc. I'm very satisfied with the excellent service.
This was the first time that I traveled on Breeze Airways and I was very surprised at how well everything went. The flights attendants were very friendly and always had a smile in their face. I will not hesitate to travel on them again.
My experience will Southwest was good. I wish there was more entertainment and the boarding process was slow at time but other than that my experience was great definitely will be flying with SouthWest again.
Flight was delayed by 2 hours, meaning that a flight to Dwnver which should have arrived at 11pm came into the airport at 1 am. Made for a very long day.
I think Southwest is the number one airline that anyone can fly I have flown for the first time Frontier and what a joke and their customer service United was a very strange experience I'm only sticking to Southwest from here on out for sure

SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
It was great. The gate staff were very helpful in Portland when my son forgot his rolling bag and had to go back to get it just in time to make it on the plane. We really appreciate that. Great job!
WIFI was great. My selection for seating is an aisle, but during my trip, I never had an aisle seat. If we can get that corrected, I will be thrilled. No snack or drink on this flight.
It is southwest seat was ok. Not the most comfortable seat
Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.
3 hour weather delay followed by 1 hour (and counting) maintenance delay. UGH!
Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.
Flight was delayed , waited in the tarmac for 3 hours and then came back and was cancelled

Delayed almost 4 hours for a 45 minute flight with no explanation.
Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
