We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Even if you have a ticket labeled as Group 1, you may still be one of the last boarded because of all the different programs that have priority over you. Would be better to limit the advance boarding to people who need extra help and a single program. This leads to the question, why are there so many different programs? Wouldn't it be easier to have a single loyalty program? If you don't qualify for advance boarding because you did not purchase a first class seat, or you haven't reached the advance boarding requirements, you don't qualify. Let's start thinking about the customer again, and less on the profit margin. How would one of your executives feel if they had a boarding Group 2 and 85% of the plane was already boarded by the time your group was called, thereby limiting the space for your correct size carry-on? One more thing that would be beneficial, enforce the size limit for carry-on luggage. I have been to airports that limit the size with a box on the x-ray machine so you can not even get an oversized piece of luggage through security. Just one idea for the industry."

After being assured by the airline that staff would help her with her carryon luggage, she was abandoned and ignored by both flight attendants. Each flight attendant referred het to the next, so she is walking back and forth tor their amusement. Tears rolling down her face, finally an elderly passenger helped her. Then the staff gave her attitude the entire flight. She may appear healthy, but she was cut from her neck to her waist and had two rods inserted along with bone grafts. I just cannot believe how awful she was treated."

Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

Cons: "Was like riding a city bus. Even in row one didn't have much room to stretch out. Check in took awhile. Only thing they had going for them was good pilots and staff. But the planes are trash no entertainment, little selection of food and drinks. Don't suggest at all."

Cons: "I was seated next to a lady with a one year old child. In an effort to allow her to spread out and be more comfortable, I asked if I could move to one of the three empty seats together two rows up ( this was after all passengers had boarded and doors had shut.) I was tod there was a fifty dollar upgrade cost to sit there. So those seats remained empty the whole flight as I had a one year old to help entertain. I understand policy and upgrade costs ( those seats were not first or business class,) but once we were in flight I thought the attendants would use common sense and Cortes you which they did not. Very disappointed in there overall performance. They were neither friendly or courteous."

Pros: "I guess it was the cheapest flight option, but adding the baggage fees it probably was not. The crew was friendly and fun despite not knowing what was going on with my layover, but that was probably not their fault."
Cons: "Had a two-segment flight and was only given one boarding pass (it was the same plane and flight number for both flights and same seat), which gave me trouble getting on both flights as it wouldn't scan properly. Asked several crew/desk folks about this and no one seemed to know what the deal was. Had to pay for what would have normally been a carry-on, which was not explained before purchase. Bags took an hour to get to baggage claim, which was heightened by the fact that I did not want to check my bag but I did since it would have been $40 to carry it on ($30 for checked). Overall was not a huge fan. Would be worth flying if it was several hundred dollars cheaper than other airlines, but in this instance it was not."

Cons: "I had to check in through an agent, according to the kioske, and the line was a mile long. I made my flight by seconds and was at the airport an hour and a half before doarding time. I was also told I couldn't pay cash to check a bag and it was the only form of payment I had which was incredibly frustrating especially when the agent was rude and not understanding."
Cons: "I upgraded my seats to the ones with extra room but my seat mates were extremely over weight and I had to sit sideways to even sort of fit in my seat..I feel like if I pay and upgrade I should at least get the seat that I paid for to myself. The flight attendants avoided me most of the flight so I was unable to see if there was an extra seat available."

Cons: "Frontier Changed my flight a few days before take off and had to change around all my plans for transportation. Gave us a much later flight and were not offered any compensation for switching to a much cheaper flight initially. There were no water option or snack that were complinentary and for a 2.5 hour flight that seems ridiculous to me. Not please with the hidden bag fees ($30-35 per person)and seat charges ($13-18). Better off going with a pricier ticket to start with. Download the app it is helpful to pull up boarding pass and add your seat and bags. The website is confusing with its dumb perks pop up page that no one understands. So do your research before booking with frontier. Wish I had."

I referred to my outbound flight where the very same thing happened 5 days ago. I wish I could run my business this way and make a profit!"
