The flights with ANA were great. The flights with United, not so much.

It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.

SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines

The boarding process, food is one of the best, seats are roomier with better leg room.. the attendants are nice and accommodating…

We have had better ANA experience. The crew are friendly.

The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.

Crew were efficient and friendly. But my seat was very uncomfortable . Was seated at last row window seat 27. Too cramp

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.
