Absolute nightmare dealing with British cancelled flight and then having them rebook me with American, their "partner" company. Spent three hours this morning dealing with these two unprofessional companies and their lack of communication between each other.
Flight was not to crowded
Seat are smaller than usual
Seats were comfortable and staff was very attentive as well as respectful of us when I was sleeping
There was condensation leaking from the ceiling of the cabin. A crew member said this was normal, would have been nice to know this ahead of time to reassure me that for a first-time overseas flier that this is normal.

Crew seemed to be a little more aggressive and rude than last flight from BA.
My seat was comfortable, with good head and neck support.
BA doesn't allow guitars as carry ins, unlike most every other overseas carrier. That's a major negative for me, and I've spread the word to other musicians who will avoid the company. Terrible policy.

Wish they had told me there was a shuttle to other side of airport. Had not been to this airport in many years.
No hassle of changing terminals in JFK, no bagagge claim, AA check-in-this time, was a "good luck"....Connection in Helsinki, very quik!
Finnair flight AY06 are old aircrafts. Every other in-seat monitor was out of order, flight attendants could not do much. That created mess for passengers, trying to move their seats to the ones with working monitors.....
Flight got canceled for over a week.
The crew at the ticket counter was quite rude. Our suitcases were 2kg heavier so, in front of them we opened and removed items and then they still made us go through security all over again
Lack of internet access is not acceptable during long flights.
Much better than the flight from Mumbai to Doha. The crew was attentive.
Meals could have been better. The good didn't compare to business class on other airlines.
The seating, crew members, and entertainment was really good.
I was given two options to choose from for brunch which were scrambled egg with sausage and paratha. Upon asking for paratha I was told that they ran out of Paratha. This happened very first time with me. Even though the crew provided me with excellent service I was surprised to hear the Qatar Airways could run out of food?
