Cons: poor communication when our aircraft had mechanical issues and our flight was delayed while securing another aircraft.

Pros: cheap fare, and we didn't plunge from the skies to our certain doom.

Cons: nothing is included with that cheap fare. the seats are uncomfortable and you can feel every kick from that obnoxious screaming kid behind you. not so much a tray table is provided as a tray postage stamp.

Cons: 2 hour delay, had to get on and off plane, but mostly it was the rude ticket agents at the airport that were the problem. They were much more focused on scolding passengers on the mic than giving updates about departure time. To be fair the agent at the gate going to Des Moines was far worse.

Cons: This was honestly the worst traveling experience I've ever had. I bought my ticket online and when I got the airport I'm told that my flight is "oversold". How do you over sell a flight!? Thank God some guy was nice enough to volunteer his seat so that I was able to leave. Very unprofessional of you guys and very inconvenient for me. Will never in my life book with United again.

Cons: Late crew. Slow to depart added to delay. Arrival blocked by equipment in the gate, so we waited to get access to the terminal. 20 min after gate arrival, still no bags. Pros: There was those head rest flaps on my chair head rest. Checkin my luggage was seamless.

Cons: Boarding process was bit disorganized.

Cons: Delayed takeoff by an hour because the plane was too heavy. Had to kick 8 passengers off the flight before they would takeoff.

Pros: Despite boarding late, and sitting on the tarmac for half an hour since we missed our take off time, and having to move passengers around to balance the weight on the plane, we made it home alive.

Cons: We landed over half an hour late. Flight attendants needed to move passengers to balance the weight on the small plane, and asked for "volunteers." When there were none, the FA stood in the aisle and said we just weren't going to take off if nobody volunteered. They should have just MOVED people.

Pros: Newer plane .. very clean

Cons: There were 2 of us traveling. Both of the flights had huge additional costs. We paid an additional $250., for the flight !! It was $120., for the luggage (I could understand this) however, the additional $130., was an absolute joke ... what a ripoff !! It’s like Spirit now

Cons: The flight attendants were rude. Our flight was delayed and we were not updated nor given a reason as to why.

Pros: The crew was very nice and the in flight entertainment was solid.

Cons: The direct tv didn’t work ( I wanted to watch the NBA finals) and they had to restart the tv screens at least 2-3 times; which wasn’t end of the world stuff but it was slightly annoying because I was in the middle of watching a movie.

Cons: Everything costed extra, so the flight you think you saved on costs the same. Then you have the actual flight experience which was terrible. Finally, my flight was delayed going to my destination by 6 hours, and coming home, 3 hours with an extra 2 hours in flight. Do not use.

Cons: However, there are hidden costs, carry on baggage fees, fees for your seat assignment, etc. that quickly ballooned the price of the ticket by $180 ($90 each way). There was a very long line for baggage drop therefore we still had to wait even though we pre-checked and prepaid on line the night before departing.

We were charged for every bag headed back home when we were only charged for 1 bags leaving out. In flight TVs barely worked and the plane wasn’t that clean since they didn’t have much time to clean the due to the delay.

Cons: Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher...

Cons: Not having to change airlines. If the 1st flight hadn't come in 40 minutes early, I might have missed my connection.

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.

Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.
