Cons: "Our flight kept on getting delays, we were seated separated, a kid was hitting my seat during the whole flight even after skiing the mother to stop her child, not sure what is the solution there but I would suggest that in your announcements in the beginning you could mention a rule of respect to others like in the movies a little subtle regulation about other passengers space respect."

Cons: "The flight attendant could not serve coffee or tea due to "no potable water" onboard! The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

The flight attendants were very nice and gave good customer service. Although our flight was delayed due to unable to get clearance the staff kept us informed and the pilot was able to make up some time. Overall a good flight."

No turning back Our seat assignments had us separated on some segments and also at window and middle seats. On all flights we were bumped up to comfort seats with an empty seat next to us for his cast and the final flight home put in an earlier flight home to avoid a six hour layover! Delta really went over and beyond expected."

Cons: "the older stuardess on my flight from Cancun to Atlanta was very misinformed- told me my carry on wouldn't fit in the over head bin... it did. Told me I had to check my duty free liquor.. I didn't. Told me I couldn't bring all of my liquor in to the US... I could. I just kept saying ok to her just to shut her up, but she ensued with her comments and wrong info as if I don't travel as often as I do. Perhaps she was attempting to be helpful, but it came off as obnoxious and rude especially since she was wrong on every accord. Humbleness and customer service training would do her very good. All other DELTA staff have been great."

This made no sense bc the cancun to atl flight left on time. We landed 6 minutes late but had already been rebooked to a later flight to LGA. I'm also disappointed delta even allowed us to book on the original flight because there was no way we could have made that connection!! We arrived at our terminal 20 mins prior to boarding for the rebooked flight. It took us approx 2 hrs to get through customs and security in Atlanta."

Talk about making an easy $2k without doing absolutely nothing. I paid for another flight to get to Mexico to fly to el salvador when they told me that they cancelled everything. Now I am stranded in Mexico on Christmas and they don't care."

Cons: "Our terminal changed the same day we left. We got off at terminal 2 in Cancun only to pay for a taxi to take us to terminal 4. Then we left 1 hour and 45 minutes late, therefore, extending the total trip."

Ha, I wouldn't give AeroMexico another cent. Garbage establishment, can't believe Kayak does business with such a low end partner."

Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! Pros: "Absolutely the worst airline I have ever been on! You buy the ticket under the assumption you got a great deal. What they do not not tell you is that when you purchase an economy ticket, which everyone buys except first class you have to pay for carry on. Your first checked in bag costs $40, any bag after that is $45. So my carry on bag cost $45! Between my husband and I we spent a total of $170 on luggage for two checked bags and two carry ons. So if you are bringing any luggage with you, go on a different airline, you will save money by the end of the day. Also, all drinks and food are for purchase."

We were loaded on to the plane, then told it would be another hour, got off the plane, got back on, and it was still another 20 minutes until we started moving. It was tiring, frustrating, and caused a lot of issues with my ride in Phoenix. I do understand, however, that many of the issues were unavoidable, such as mechanical problems and missing mechanics, but it was frustrating nevertheless."

Cons: "I had a pretty unpleasant experience with Frontier on 12/21/15. Rain in San Francisco caused flight delays. Go figure. Frontier kept us waiting for six hours then cancelled the flight. They were rude; they didn't help their customers, including families with kids, get on other airlines; said they would try to getpeople out of SFO in the next couple days! When I realized I would not get to the wedding I was trying to attend, they siad they wouldn't refund my money' When I insistedon a refund they then said there would be a $19.99 cancellation fee. Eventually, they agreed on a refund. Pretty poor way to run a business. On the other hand, when I needed to cancel my Enterprise car rental, I was able to do it in less than two minutes over the phone - no hassle."

Cons: "It is incredibly dishonest to not include the 40$ fee to carry on any bag, and 13-20$ fee to choose a seat, bringing up a 60$ per flight leg additional cost. That means roundtrip tickets can easily be 100$ more expensive than listed, making other, more reputable airlines actually cheaper. Not to mention they do not take electronic tickets like every other airline, and when the flight was delayed, I went to have my ticket printed and no one was staffing the desk and no automated kiosks were available. I managed to flag someone down and they wanted to refuse to print me one because "my flight was listed as earlier" despite me being emailed by them that the flight was delayed. I eventually got to my destination, but I will never book a flight with them again. Let's not even mention charging for water, the plastic seats on the plane, etc. Terrible airline."

Pros: "The flight itself was okay, except there was a 1.99 charge for a can of soda. But what really made the trip miserable for me is that I was charged 60 dollars at the gate to carry on my small bag which would not fit under my seat but did fit in the overhead space. Nowhere that I saw when I bought this ticket did I see on the website that I would be charged for carry-on luggage. When I got my boarding pass, the guy asked if I wanted to check my bag and I said I would carry it on. We agreed the size was okay. He did not mention to me at that counter when I was getting a boarding pass and we were talking about the bag that there would be a carry on charge. I didn't learn about it until I was at the gate and couldn't do anything about it. If I had been told at the counter, it would have only been 45 dollars and 30 to check it which I would have done. On the plane - thinking about it - I realized he must have been told by the company not to mention the charge so that I would have to pay SIXTY DOLLARS to carry my bag on and the company would get maximum amount of money from me.. That is a complete scam and I feel really ripped off. Because of that experience, I WILL NEVER FLY FRONTIER AGAIN! and I am telling all my friends to stay away from Frontier as well."

Instead, I dropped off my rental early and showed up to the airport a couple of extra hours early so that I could just relax, eat, and read a book. As it turns out...these idiots aren't capable of checking bags for more than one flight at a time. So the bags I was going to check? I had to not only lug them around the airport for an extra 2 or 3 hours (since I couldn't go elsewhere after dropping off my rental car), but I also got delayed at the TSA checkpoint, because I wasn't considering the souvenir sodas and such that I had PLANNED TO CHECK and therefore shouldn't have been a problem for me. So yeah, I had to take my stuff over to the side and go through it and have my stuff thrown away and lose half of my "relaxation" time, all because Frontier is only able to handle one flight per 3 hours (and yes, they did tell me to come back in AT LEAST 2 HOURS, which was less than 2 hours before my flight, to actually check my bags). What a waste of time, money, energy, and trust. NEVER AGAIN."

Pros: "Checking in and the like was all fine. I was pleasantly surprised that the flight from San Francisco to Phoenix was only 1.5 hours, when frequent travelers of this route said that it usually takes 2 hours. Pilot was great. Ordered snacks and drinks. Pleasantly surprised that the Chex Mix was a sizable bag and not an air-filled handful of snacks. Free newspapers at the entrance of the flight was GREAT!"
Cons: "Pretty sure our two middle-aged flight attendants were NOT sober. The first clue came when they were doing the safety demo and something seemed off. Later when they were coming around with drinks it was obvious to me that they had been drinking. Hey, don't get me wrong, I ordered a drink on the plane too! But, they were so slow with service, being overly chatty and smart-assy with everyone they talked to. I'm all for having fun, but these women went a little overboard and were slow to serve, and sassy where it was unwarranted. I was traveling with 2 other friends, we were all seated separately, and when we met up after landing, they said the same thing. Two jeers for the staff, I've never seen this before. I will say that I flew the same airline home and the staff there was wonderful, and sober as far as I could tell."

Pros: "My return flight from Houston to SFO was scheduled to depart at 2:50 pm. I showed up at noon to check in, and had to wait an hour for Frontier personnel to show up to man the check-in desk. Two of the three automated kiosks were out of order, as well."

Pros: "Frontier is cheap as hell. They charge you for baggage but aren't as bad as Ryanair. If you check in online and pack a reasonable amount of toiletries and a laptop into a travel bag, you can expect a travel experience that is superior to Greyhound for the same or less. Don't compare them to first class on Emirates, that would be unfair. Compared to Greyhound or Ryanair, it was a superior travel experience."

I get the pay for what you use, but $55 per carry on and $50 for luggage and only up to 40 pounds where other airlines are 50 pounds. Would not fly with this carrier again, JetBlue or SW are much better options in this market."

This flight was a basic "no frills" trip, meaning that you get the bare minimum snacks, with a tiny seatback tray that isn't even big enough to hold an iPad. Won't be flying with Spirit Airlines again."

Spirit told us we would be delayed four hours, then 30 minutes later they said the flight was completely cancelled. I had to go back to the main terminal to pick up my bags and had to go to the Spirit Airlines ticket counter to rebook and get a refund. The line was so long and slow it would have taken hours to talk to someone from Spirit. I called Customer Service and was on hold for 50 minutes before I could finally get refunded. This made me miss the last Spring Training game in AZ! I've been flying for 35 years and this was the worst flying experience in my life!"

Cons: "Let's start with the fact that I got to the front counter and they did they close the flights an hour early. I had to pay $120 to change the flight. Now instead of flying direct to dfw I was routed through Fort Lauderdale. That was the biggest mistake. I come back and check in later that afternoon. The flight to Detroit had mechanical problems. For some reason it was decided that the Detroit passengers would use the Fort Lauderdale plane. And the Fort Lauderdale passengers had no plane. The next 4 hours were spent in long lines with no ability to book a flight on another carrier. Spirit put us on a flight the next morning that was delayed. I got to Fort Lauderdale around 10 am the next morning. I needed to connect to dallas. I was informed that the next flight would be 8 pm at night! Overall this is a cheap airlines with terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone fly to international destinations with spirit air"

Cons: "I cancelled the reservation after 10min, but I have been charged for a complete airfare. The company refuses to refund me for the full fare. The company offered me an alternative of flying with them and get a refund of 70 something $ within 60 days. That can not be done! BTW, in all other airline companies you can get a full refund if the deal was cancelled within 24H from when the reservation was done. I am very frustrated."

They are much higher when you add all the other charges in. I will not travel on this airline again. It is sad how everything is all about gouging the customer for as much money as they can."

I'm not sure i could have stood the seat much longer. i am only 5'1" tall and 120 lbs and I was cramped. I have no idea how a regular sized human would cram themselves into one of these seats."

I took the refund and purchased a ticket with a larger carrier for 2x my original return flight cost for 3 days later since Spirit's 6-day solution understandably didn't fit my needs. I assume they couldn't honor my original purchase any better because they are small, have bitten off more than they can handle; leaving thier fliers SOL if anything goes wrong. Offering 6 days as a solution to a single missed day due to weather is unacceptable and entirely irresponsible. The message I got was - don't fly with us unless you have no baggage (because what you save is offset by a few bags) and don't fly with us unless you can deal with getting kicked to the curb for an extended amount of time. Spirit are at the leading edge of poor trends occurring in the airline industry, which will only benefit them and put your experience at risk."

I landed in Florida with 20 MINUTES until the boarding of my connecting flight. I had to get my bag, recheck my bag, go through customs and security again. The Spirit employees were very inconveniently just 'not at a the desk right now' so I was forced to wait around as I panicked about catching my flight. The only reason I made my connection was because it was delayed. I ran onto the plane, barely making it and so stressed out I was shaking. Horrible experience and completely unnecessary."

Not sure what the big deal is on the seats. I am 6'1" and 235lbs and I was fine sitting in a window seat. Seats have plenty of cusion too."

Cons: "Very disappointed. They misplaced my bag for the entire trip. Central customer service is very difficult to get a hold of (I have yet to get a hold of them) and the front desk staff is unaccountable and incredibly unhelpful. Will not be using Spirit in the future."
