Cons: "Everything, they screwed up ticket. I had to take a later flight. I felt like a sardine. Will not travel with jet blue in the future."

Cons: "Crying hysterical baby on flight. I upgraded only to have a screaming baby sit one row behind. Not the airlines fault but when you upgrade, a crying baby is the last thing to help get thru a red eye flight. As a mother I empathize but I probably would have taken the child to the bathroom."
Cons: "JetBlue's livery is really beginning to show its age. The entertainment screens flicker and flash and the once-luxurious leather seats appear worn. The crew is still great, as usual, and our flight in general was excellent."

Pros: "I really like that JB offers entertainment especially having newly released movies. The planes look new and I like the ambient lights. The best part is the legroom that it's quite large comparing to other airlines without paying additional."

Cons: "The screen in my seat didnt work, my flight was delayed almost 2 hours and the information at the gate was very confusing. They kept announcing the wrong flight number to the wrong gate."
Pros: "Multiple gate changes (boarding pass gate did not match the departure screens in the terminal. I spoke with an AA employee. He was very rude while confirming the gate information) and several flight delays. By the time we boarded the plane, still departed another 30 min later."
Cons: "I understand flight delays may happen, but there is no need for employees to be rude."
Pros: "The Captain was courteous and the flight itself was good."
Cons: "There was a barking dog on the flight that was very high pitched. The stewardess was not polite, kept repeating herself and her voice was like the teacher you never wanted to have. The WiFi did not work. We had to wait for a gate approximately 30 minutes when we reached DFW."
Cons: "Don’t get the egg salad breakfast sandwich. It’s got more turkey and cheese than egg salad."
Cons: "Didn’t get my whole can of soda and pretzels are cardboard."
Cons: "It was an overbooked packed early morning flight with International passengers partnering with the flight. Everyone had bags and no one woukd check them to rhe final destination which caused delays. This was the only issue."

Pros: "In OKC the staff was amazing! When I got to denver it wasn’t very pleasant the boarding staff was rude! The person that assisted me with the wheel chair was so preoccupied with her phone we almost ran into people"

Cons: "Security check points at Frankfurt, Germany airport was absolutely atrocious. Arrives 2 1/2 hrs prior to scheduled departure. Took 4 hours to get through Security - missed United flight to EWR - insufficient staffing at all Security checkpoints - had a number of cancellations previous day duty weather, however, no adjustments were made"
Pros: "Flight was on time. Everything went smooth for being in coach."
Cons: "Big man in a small plane is uncomfortable. Add in a second big man as a seatmate and its even more uncomfortable"

Cons: "I was offered a full refund to cancel both flights (Phoenix to Denver, Denver to Omaha), or I could reschedule to fly to Omaha three days later. I ended up using the first flight to get to Denver, and rented a car to drive the rest of the way to Omaha. I was not offered any type of partial refund, even though I only got half of my flight."
Cons: "Getting off the plane my stroller wasn’t there. Then I was directed to 3 different places before I could find it near the baggage area. The reason I had the stroller... to help me Navigate an airport with little children. Totally defeated the purpose. Never again frontier. You all suck"
Cons: "Everything. Rude personnel, flight delayed 5 hrs, minimal help from customer service. The worst possible experience to start a Disney vacation for my little daughter. Supposed to arrive in Orlando 8pm, arrived 2:15am."

Pros: "This is actually almost a funny question because Frontier is the worst Airlines well actually that's not true spirit is the worst Airlines the seats are uncomfortable it takes about an hour and a half to just put your bags and baggage drop and then when you get on the plane They don't serve you anything they have no entertainment your crowded in can't move people are rude worst hairlines ever"

Cons: "Everything. The staff kept lying about the fueling issue. They kept blaming the fuel tankers being frozen. They said 3 of them came, however i sat on the window seat and only one tanker came. After being delayed for 2 hrs and 15 minutes, when we got to cruise altitude they asked us for money for water. Are you serious? Also i was told that same plane will depart from Denver to Phoenix. I was told the same thing while in Chicago, during the flight to Denver and in Denver. It turns out everyone knew the flight left already from Denver to Phoenix. Needless to say, I won’t be flying with frontier ever again."
Cons: "The flight was delayed with no warning at the time of boarding and then 5 people had to offer to switch flights. When I did I was promised a seat on an early flight but by the time I reached customer service they didn't have a seat for me and I was bumped again to a much later flight causing me to miss work."
Pros: "I would have liked the reasonable fare if it wasn't completely offset by the fees Frontier charges for everything."
Cons: "The reasonable fares are offset by the fees for everything, including seat selection and even carrying on a bag. Several flight attendants were dismissive bordering on rude, as if it was passengers' privilege that they were even on the flight."
Cons: "11 hour delay .....Flight 740 From phx to den departure @6 am had a mechanical. First it was going to be delayed until 10 am them 11 am then 4 pm then 530 pm .it left at 6 pm . It got in at 9 pm by the time we got the car and got to out friend home it would have been close to 11 . We would have been up for 20 hours ( got up at 3 am to get there for a 6 am flight . We were going to a business meeting in demver in the morning in the afternoon a 70 th birthday lunch for my best friend. This trip was planned for months . We live in phx after it was clear we had missed both events we went back home @5 We ended up paying for a supper shuttle and a rent a car in Denver . We paid all that money To go noware the customer service woman there , was uncaring to everyone on board we were just on our own . I am heartbroken we missed the party ."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 3 hours on the way out to Denver and they completely cancelled my flight without notifying me. Was not reimbursed. Will never fly spirit again."

Cons: "flight ran late because airline overbooked and had to switch to bigger plane. That caused hour delay. Didn't like 7$ price for can of Budweiser."
Pros: "The crew was professional and positive."
Cons: "The pilot was helpful in communicating most of the issues but didn't follow up with explanations for all of the issues. I did hear him provide further info in the terminal. That info would have been better if it was heard by all of the passengers. The issues were out of Spirit Air's control. The gate/desk staff could have avoided many problems if they gave an announcement. Instead they had to repeat the same message to most of the passengers trying to find out next steps or a resolution. The line would have been cut by 90%. My biggest issue was all of the extra costs that weren't communicated by Kayak. After incurring multiple extra costs I am NOW aware of the rules."
