Cons: "Our flight from Cancun to Tijuana would not let us on the plane because we went to get something to eat after we had checked in and the Stuart at the gate said we were too late to board when we still had 35 minutes before the plane was scheduled to take off"

Cons: "All of the flights were delayed on our trip to Cancun from SFO. One of the flight delays caused us to miss our connection from Guadalajara into Cancun. They did not have any other flights to Cancun that day so we were put on a flight into Mexico City then finally to Cancun. We understand things like this happen with travel, but the lack of compassion for the situation was shocking. They were not apologetic at all! The lack of communication in English added to the frustration. This was our first and definitely only time we travel with Aeromexico!"

Cons: "My chair was broken on a four hour flight to SF from Mexico City. I had to sit slumped over reclined despite not wanting to be reclined for the whole flight, even during take off and landing."

Cons: "*Seat was broken and seat cushion was hard. No one in our row was comfortable. Was not aware that the row before exit row does not recline. We were in row 14. Fortunately there were some empty seats so we could move. Would not have chosen that seat if website shared that information. The TV screens came done from the ceiling so everyone had to watch same thing. Music channels only played a few songs over and over again. This plane needs to be retired or have major upgrades. Definitely an older plane."

This resulted in a lot of excess walking with my luggage. The airport signs have tiny information for non Spanish speaking passengers. Never again."

This is the second flight on this trip where a flight has been delayed and there is just TOO much confusion. You guys don't have enough employees guiding us to the right direction. Which caused me to miss my flight. Making me spend an awful night over night at the airport, missing work, and overall just an INCONVENIENCE. Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! I'm not one to complain but this was so unprofessional!"

Our flight was scheduled to leave at 5:36pm, yet when we got to the airport we were told that the flight is actually at 4:25 and that we might not get on the flight. The gate agent was very rude to us when we were upset and asking questions about why our flight time changed and why we weren't told."

I needed to add my 2,4yr old to my trip.The Aromexico agent wanted to charge me over 1000.00 for the two children, to travel with me even though online the tickets were $200.00.They would not let me book my tickets online because the children were minors even though my ticket was already bought. I ended up purchasing tickets on delta to get to Cancun. However I was under the impression that I would return with Aeromexico on the round trip ticket I had already bought.NO! according to Aeromexico even though you buy a round trip ticket if you fail to use 1 leg of the trip you loose both ways WHAT! Then they refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor it was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an airline in the 30 yrs that I have been traveling internationally. I would paddle boat rather than use this air again."

Cons: "Aeromexico is a scam. I will never travel with Aeromexico again. When we arrived in Mexico City, MX the airline changed their boarding gate without notification. We were sitting at the original gate for 2 hours only to realize they never called us to board. By the time we got to the correct gate, we were not allowed to board the plane because they said we were late. The plane left at 5:00 p.m and we arrived at the gate at 4:50 p.m. They informed us that we had to purchase new tickets which cost $370 per person. There were 4 of us. After arguing with the Aeromexico representatives and supervisor for over 5 hours and having them check their flight boards they admitted to making the mistake so they changed our flights without charging us, but now our flight leaves the next day at 6:20 a.m. and we will not get to our final destination until 4:15 p.m. So, we have to spend our night sleeping in the airport until our morning flight at no fault of our own. Their customer service is the worse and I've never ever had this kind of travel experience with any other flight. I am fed up, tired, and will be reporting this airline for fraud because many other customers have had the same experience. Never again will I travel with Aeromexico and Kayak should be ashamed to partner with this airline."

Cons: "the drink service came through pretty late in the flight. i asked for hot tea. a few minutes later i was provided with extremely hot tea. about 10 minutes later it was a temperature i could tolerate drinking. about 1/3 through the drink i was required to throw away my drink because we were preparing for landing. i understand that, fine. bad timing. it’s just a drink. what was unsatisfactory is that the attendant rudely commented “you have to give us your drink. it’s not that long of a flight.” the comment made me feel like i had done something wrong even though i had just been drinking my tea as soon as it was at a drinkable temperature. i was not impressed with the attendant. also, there weren’t any biscotti cookies."

Cons: "No scheduled pilots for this flight. Pilots that did arrive had their schedule rearranged---they showed up to work thinking they were flying to Seattle. They were asked to step in to fly to Denver instead---20 minutes after our scheduled takeoff time; not horribly late, but seemingly disorganized, which leads to all kinds of thoughts about AA overall competence."

Cons: "Watched a very weird interaction between Muslim (with a hajib) women with a kiddo and desk crew. She wanted to sit next to her child on the flight and needed to switch seats to be able to. Woman was very gracious and understanding that she was asking for an accommodation. Ends up her flight to Philly had been moved to a different gate after they had found a volunteer to switch seats. Volunteer was totally unfazed but Desk crew made it seem as tho the Muslim mom was at fault for the time and trouble they had had to go through to accommodate her. She apologized profusely and was very appreciative for the trouble evernote had gone to for her. . As she walked away the crew looked at each other and shook their heads. Pretty crummy way to treat customers!"

I understand mechanical problems, but 3 hours later, and on another plane, the captain starts making stuff up, saying that the only reason we hadn't moved in the last hour was because people were using the bathroom, then something about having to deplane because the plane couldn't back up with us on it because of some sensor? And then, surprise ! All of the sudden they noticed there was an issue with his and some of the crews' hours and we had to wait till they could locate more crew. But they gave us each a 1/3 glass of water and later a $12 food voucher which didn't even cover a meal and beverage. Whoop-de-do. 7 hours later we finally boarded for the third and last time. The crew on the other hand stayed professional and friendly."

One incident during this trip was as follows: When arriving in Charlotte and running to catch my connecting flight, I arrived as the lady at the desk was closing the door, she looked at me and rolled her eyes. When I went up to the desk along with the other passengers arriving from the same flight as me the AA representative said "Hurry up , I want to go home!! At a point I'm just going to cut you off and that will be it!" She was of no help to me in anyway amd was forced tonstay the night in charlotte ; Normally this would not have been such a big deal, However I am on emergency leave from the Navy rushing home because I have a very serious family emergency, that representitive was very lucky I held my temper! From now on thanks to the poor unproffessional customer service I received I will no longer be flying American Airlines!"

I have a small purse I had gotten out of my backpack to get my boarding pass that she insisted I put back in my backpack before loading. I understand the concept and reason for the request but the manner in which she did it was so uncalled for. I don't recal a time in which I've been spoken to in that manner in a very long time. While I was doing it (it took literally 5 seconds), she was screaming at me to walk over to the side and lose my place in line. After I quickly put it in she screams it must go in all the way, which it was. There wasn't even a bulge from it and it closed with ease. I'd be happy to provide a picture of my small backpack/purse."

Cons: "The staff talked to me in a condescending voice. First flight I called the airlines and asked simple questions on what time we should be there and the process. Then we get there by said time and they said she missed her flight. Keep in mind I have a one hour each way drive to lax. Came the next day 3 hours early to stay in the line 3.5 hours and the line was short! They let people cut us left and right and the staff was rude on the phone and there. I lost ANOTHER work day dealing with them. They said she was on standby for next flight 3 hours later only to get to the gate and they said they NEVER EVEN PUT HER ON THE LIST. then she got put on the next flight 3 hours later to get told it was a full flight and so she waited another 3 hour flight and finally got on... on top of the stress I went through, the work I missed out on, the drive and gas it took to get there, her first day of her Job was the next day after that mayhem! It was absolute chaos. I can honestly say I hate that American airlines and I don't think it's right. The person next to us also had a horrible experience with them in the line next to us. She missed her best friends wedding due to three disorganization and horrible service.... SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIDESMAID!!! I wrote the company.... but I expect no return or respect from them if I can't even get that from their condescending customer service "manager" ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!"

Cons: "After 6 delays between 5 PM and 10 PM the flight was cancelled. They wouldn't comp a hotel and left us fending for ourselves. I finally arranged for my family to fly into a different destination 2 hours away from home after mid-night and drove home."

Pros: "The seats next to my husband were empty so my husband and I and the couple in the same row spread out (instead of A-D we used A, C D & F). They were on the second leg from Jamaica and we had a long day flying from Barcelona - it was wonderful to have the extra room."

With all of the security on an international flight, how does this oversight occur? Made me pretty uneasy! Boarding was slightly delayed but they didn't empty the plane and verify carry on items/ luggage weren't left behind."

Cons: "When experiencing turbulence, the flight attendant came over the speaker and requested everyone to be seated with their seat belts fastened. A few moments later she came back on reprimanding that "THIS IS NOT A JOKE YOU NEED TO SIT DOWN WITH YOUR SEAT BELTS FASTENED" which was still ok. The third announcement was the one I felt was highly inappropriate when she then stated "I DONT KNOW IF YOUVE BEEN WATCHING THE NEWS LATELY, BUT THERE IS NO WARNING WHEN THE TURBULANCE IS GOING TO GET WORSE" frankly I have been watching the news lately and there is plane CRASHES on the news. My husband is afraid of flying and that announcement was terrifying, even for someone who is not afraid to fly. There has to be some sort of protocol of verbage to use when the turbulance is getting bad, because to insinuate the plane could crash to get your point across is crossing the line. At least someone could have explained what was going on or why it was running late as to not leave us guessing. Upon our arrival in Cancun, my husband Never received his luggage. We filed a report and waited for it to arrive day after day. My husband spent HOURS of his vacation time trying to track down his luggage with little help. He spent HOURS on hold with Frontier which was also very frustrating to my family and our friends. His mother also made calls to Frontier with the same frustration and with no answers. My husband had medicine in his luggage along with all his clothes, many that were purchased for this trip as we don't travel often. We then had to spend lots of time and at least $800 purchasing new clothes--which was only a few t-shirts and a pair of shorts so he could enjoy the beach and our adventures. I could continue to complain, however, I refuse to waste anymore of my time with Frontier. Unfortunately this has been BY FAR the WORST Customer Service we have ever received. We are not ones to complain and have often given excellent customer service reviews. I am just thankful we made it there and back safely as that became a concern to us as well. I would highly recommend spending your money and time with another airline."

There is only expensive junk food to eat. My only option on my coast to coast flight was a red eye. So you arrived just wiped out. Before signing up for a Spirit flight, make sure you add the cost of checking carry-on bag, getting a seat assignment, getting any water during flight, boarding (yes they up charge for boarding). Then, make sure you factor in the small size of the airline which makes it far, far more vulnerable to weather delays - fewer planes, fewer pilots, fewer re-routes available. Also, add at least an hour to the end of each flight to get your bags if you do check them. So, you don't save money or time, and you're very vulnerable to weather and mechanical. With their organization this bad, I can only imagine how weak their mechanical is."

A supervisor came back and instead of reprimanding the rude flight attendant, she told all of us that if the flight attendant didn't feel "comfortable" with any of us, we would be "removed" from the flight! The flight was delayed because they closed the cabin doors before 10 additional customers were able to make it through their ridiculous lines. Instead of apologizing for their incompetence, they blamed the customers for being late, despite the fact that at least one of them initially arrived at the same time we did (2 hours before the flight)! Oh and the flight itself was rickety as hell with screaming babies everywhere. I'm absolutely DREADING the return flight home. This is the worst airline ever and should be shut down as soon as possible."

Cons: "The seats are very uncomfortable, hard, small and they don't recline. You have to pay extra for everything even water!"

Cons: "Still think your luggage rates are outrageous. What I saved on flight the luggage check in rate made it more expensive. Probably won't use you again. Sorry, but money is tight. And charging the outrageoust rates for snacks. Shame on you."

Pros: "Because of blizzard was cancelled. Took three days and hours to get another flight. Some on phone were not at all knowledgeable"
