Pros: "Inflight experience was fine. TVs didn’t work but Flight attendants are friendly on Delta, cramped seating - but not unlike other airlines."
Cons: "Regular fare seat assignment not available prior to gate . Airport concourse F - poor - limited services. Customer Service seemed uninterested and unable to provide service both on phone and at gate. I’m a frequent United flyer & today’s Delta service experience made me more loyal to UA."

Cons: "Poor communication, a 6 hour delay followed by a 7 hour layover (during which we had to sleep on an airport floor because Delta couldn't offer us any hotel vouchers). Gate agents disappeared after 7pm becuase they were due to be done with their shifts when our flight was originally supposed to leave at 6 pm. It felt like we were trapped in the movie The Terminal. Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!"

Cons: "I was one of the last ones to check in on a flight I had already purchased a ticket for in economy seats but had to pay $15 extra at check in for an economy seat. Paying extra should be if I want to upgrade a seat and not for a seat in an area that I already paid for. This was definitely not an upgraded seat. I will avoid flying Sun Country in the future."

Finally SC put me on a different airline on a flight that left 12 hours later. No compensation for food or other costs incurred as a result of this problem. I understand that things don't always go right but it is important to provide good customer service on those occasions. SC failed me."

Pros: "The 2+2 seating in first class is a very nice change from coach. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The price break between checked bag fee and free checked bags of first class make it an easy decision to fly first class."
Cons: "The seats while having more room were uncomfortable for a 6'4" tall person (headrest digging into my shoulders and an odd lumbar section that seemed to be designed to give you back pain. However, the return flight seats on a different plane were incredibly nice and reclined more."

Crew was pleasant enough during the flight, although they didn't greet half of the passengers entering or exiting the plane."

There was one announcement from the captain, but it was so soft that I couldn't hear anything. Maybe their announcement system was down."

We pay entirely too much money to these airlines for them to deliver such painfully mediocre service and consistently delayed flights. I recommend that this airline do a SERIOUS audit of their Preventative Maintenance/Service division across their hubs. If I fly American, I would bet my entire checking account that the plane will be delayed well over 2 hours."

Albuquerque Airline staff were rude, dismissive, incompetent, and each individual I spoke with gave me wildly differing information. The two delays (leading to approximately 48 hours of travel) would have been stressful enough, but the callous, ignorant and unprofessional attitudes of American Airlines staff (and staff in general at Chicago O'Hare Airport) really disappointed me. This was even more striking compared with the professional service I received from British Airways (from whom I purchased the tickets). I was ashamed that my country could lag so far behind in terms of basic customer service and problem solving."

Also, in the middle of the flight, the TV did a reboot. If I am paying for this service, I expect it to work. I also did not like the boarding process. I don't know when there became so many preferred groups, but it became a little ridiculous. I felt like half the plan was in one of these numerous preferred or special seating groups. The crew was mediocre. They weren't overtly rude or anything, but they certainly weren't going out of their way to be friendly either."

Cons: "This flight was delayed by several hours, so I was concerned that I might miss my connecting flight in Denver. I could have flown through any other city en route to Raleigh, so it was frustrating that Frontier would not do anything for me until I got to Denver, because the risk was extremely high that I would miss the last flight out of Denver. Fortunately, Frontier decided to hold the connecting flight so that people on this flight could make their connection. HOWEVER, I landed a few hours later in CHARLOTTE, NC. Apparently Frontier had not checked my ticket when I boarded the wrong plane. My ticket clearly indicated that I was supposed to be on the flight to Raleigh. From Charlotte, there was an American Airlines flight that I could have transferred to--something that every other airline I've flown has done under these circumstances. But Frontier told me they don't put passengers on other airlines' flights, so I had to wait another couple of hours to catch Frontier's next flight to Raleigh. Throughout the whole process, it was very frustrating because for hours while I waited at LAX, I couldn't find a single Frontier employee. I even had to wait at ticketing when I arrived at the airport, not because of a line but because there was no one from Frontier at the counter. All of this suggests to me that Frontier just doesn't care. They don't care enough to be at the airport in case passengers have problems like this. They don't care enough to avoid missed connections by putting people on different flights. They don't care enough to make sure passengers are getting on the correct flights."

Cons: "They changed gates and there were no signs or announcements. We would have missed our flight if I hadn't searched out an airline employee and asked."

Cons: "Where to begin in this one. To start the flight was delayed for about 10 hours. Life happens delays are inevitable but thy way frontier handled this was absolutely the worse customer service I have ever witnessed For starters after the initial delay the flight was removed from the departure board. Only a single intercom call was made regarding the delay of the flight. After this every passenger was left in the dark. Only by asking other airlines were we able to find our new exit gate and leave time. Tens out that was wrong as well and the frontier employee in staff left as soon as possible and refused to answer questions. I contacted customer support, who belittled me for missing my flight. I was told that the plane had departed at 1245 and that I should have been at the airport an hour before the departure to ensure I was on the plane. During this entire time I was staring at the plane right outside the window. There system had lost track of the plan. After being transferred to a supervisor he spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out where the plane was before he listened to me telling him t was right in front of my eyes. They lost a plane... He then attempted to explain the delay which I already knew more about than him from all of the other passengers pooling our knowledge. The supervisor (id#881311) refused to give me a guarantee or promise that e would provide a way for us to all be informed. As of this point no annocumebts ha been made, the departure board was empty, and all websites stated that we had left an hour ago. However after my phone call in about 10 minutes the website updated to show that we were now delayed until 730. Sill no information was provided in terminal. The entire flight proceeded to go to the ticketing counter in an attempt at some reimbursement for this inconvenience. There was only two frontier employees inside the entire terminal at the time. They had to be badgered for refunds. After hours we were finally given 15 dollars in food coupons... The only reimbursement for this entire debacle. No more information was provided until we boarded the plane around 830. The flight crew provided no reimbursement or sincere apologies and the entire passenger base was treated as if we were the issue. When leaving the aircraft the flight crew was unsure if which baggage claim we would be going to find our luggage so we were directed to three different claims Frontier is a disorganized uncaring and unflinching airline that is only still around by some unknown miracle. They have a 1 star review across the board on all review sites I could find and it was well deserved."

Cons: "The chairs are like torture devices. They replaced their humane, padded chairs with these ultra slim hard plastic ones that don't recline so you're stuck sitting at a 90 degree angle with basically no padding so they can fit more seats on the plane with tiny tray tables. I'd like to see the CEO spend a couple of hours in one these. I'll never fly Frontier again because they've completely lost touch with the concept of treating customers with dignity."

Cons: "The Cost to get soda and snack.We had to wait in the plane for at least a half after the plane had landed before being allowed to pull into a gate."

Pros: "Seating, left on time, kind and hospitable crew, clean cabin."

Cons: "Frontier has way too many fees, fees to check bags, carry on bags and to pick a seat. I would rather pay extra in the beginning to avoid the hassle of juggling all the fees while checking in. Also the staff at LAX was no where to be found during boarding. I needed to speak with somene regarding my flight and there was no one around to assist and that may have taken part in me missing my flight."

There wasn't even anyone at the ticket counter until 1.5 hours before our flight. After a long international flight we were stuck in the terminal with no food, sitting on the floor. All because frontier is too cheap to do anything extra for their customers. And $40 for a bag? That's ridiculous. Put it in the price of the ticket... And give me a drink on the plane. NEVER EVER EVER again. I'll spend the extra money to fly southwest where they care about their customers."

To my surprise she was the same person checking our tickets as we got unto the plane. In addition, the seats on the plane do not recline and they serve expensive junk food boxes and drinks. Nothing nutritional on their food menu."

I had to purchase another last minute ticket from another airline, find another hotel and it was all extremely costly. Terrible customer service and no one seemed to care that I was stuck in la with no way home. Ironically enough- the next flight out with frontier was nearly on time and delivered passengers back to Denver only a couple of hours after me."

Cons: "They no longer have anything in this airline that makes them great. They charge for you bag, carry-on and even your seat. I thought that I was getting a great deal initially and ended up feeling ripped off...Return flight had a 2 hour delay for mechanical issues. I left for the airport at 5:30 in LA and didn't get back to Denver until 3PM... not happy and will not fly Frontier again."
