Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

The plane leaving from Denver was one hour late, boarding took forever and there was no communication regarding the issues. At least someone could have explained what was going on or why it was running late as to not leave us guessing. Upon our arrival in Cancun, my husband Never received his luggage. We filed a report and waited for it to arrive day after day. My husband spent HOURS of his vacation time trying to track down his luggage with little help. He spent HOURS on hold with Frontier which was also very frustrating to my family and our friends. His mother also made calls to Frontier with the same frustration and with no answers. My husband had medicine in his luggage along with all his clothes, many that were purchased for this trip as we don't travel often. We then had to spend lots of time and at least $800 purchasing new clothes--which was only a few t-shirts and a pair of shorts so he could enjoy the beach and our adventures. I could continue to complain, however, I refuse to waste anymore of my time with Frontier. Unfortunately this has been BY FAR the WORST Customer Service we have ever received. We are not ones to complain and have often given excellent customer service reviews. I am just thankful we made it there and back safely as that became a concern to us as well. I would highly recommend spending your money and time with another airline."

Cons: "Beware of the $75 charge for bags over 50 lbs. We were not aware of this policy until checking the bags in at the counter. Would have been better to take two small bags rather than one big one. Because of this we will look for other airlines when booking in the future."
Cons: "In cancun they sold our assigned seats away after we purchased months ago. They wanted to charge $50 each to seat together after we had already chosen our seats months in advance. We ended sitting seperate. That sucks!"

Cons: "THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING as an extra. You can't book the worst seat on the plane in advance without paying for it. They charge for drinks they charge for carry-ons, they charge for checked bags, etc. They are the reason the law should pass that says you must disclose all the extra fees at time of ticket purchase."

Cons: "I felt a bit nickle and dimed with having to purchase water on the flight and being charge for bags, even "carry ons". I also couldn't believe that the seats didn't recline AT ALL?!"

Cons: "The quality of food choices has really declined. No access to internet, small tv, movie (international flight of four hours). This airline is more like a spirit air where you are charged for everything extra, but the ticket price is more than spirit air. Really felt nickled & dimed with the charges for carry on, seat choice, sodas, etc. I will try to not fly frontier in the future if there are other options available."

Back to United and Alaska I guess Overall, just a terrible experience. If I had the time I would picket their check in area warning passengers about their upcoming nightmare."
Cons: "The seats are so crammed together, we felt like cattle more than humans. On both flights I lost feeling in my feet 3 hours into the flight. There is zero leg room and to be honest, the lack of leg room feels like a safety hazard. Not sure how Frontier can get away with this, because if there was a disaster and you needed to exit the plane quickly I'm not sure it would get done. It's disappointing how much an airline will nickel and dime its customers to death for things like checked baggage, choosing seats (so I could actually sit next to my wife) and even carry-ons. I think we've determined we'll never fly Frontier again, nor will we advocate for them in the future."

Cons: "New seats on Frontier planes are EXTREMELY uncomfortable, don't recline, have a nonexistent tray table, etc. The crew was not friendly, but I'm sure that's largely attributed to the fact that they have to deal with angry customers who have to pay for a carry-on, any type of beverage, and the air they breathe during the flight. Never flying Frontier again if I can avoid it."
Pros: "Cost of the flight was substantially less than another airline I was looking into and it was a nonstop flight, whereas the other airlines had 1 or 2 stops. Both flights were on time...everything went smoothly. Flight attendants were very pleasant."

The line for check in was relatively short in length, and we printed our own boarding passes and had pre-paid to check our bag, so we entered the bag drop line. The line moved so slowly that by the time we got to the bag drop employee, we were told that we were too late to make the plane. I would never fly Spirit again."
Pros: "The SPIRIT flight was good and the plane staff great, very friendly. We left and arrived on time, also they broke the wheel of my bag and gave me a compensation for it. Loved the plane staff."
